Yesterday I started watching ROH's Stylin' & Profilin' and, to my surprise, Dave Prazak's partner on commentary on that DVD was "The Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko. I am only three matches in, but Zbyszko has been great on commentary. I remember hearing him do commentary on a few other ROH DVDs and enjoying him then, too. Does anyone know if Larry Z has ever done commentary elsewhere, and if he was good or not? From what I have heard of him on ROH, I think that, if he did commentary regularly, he might well be one of my all-time favorites.

I'm stating the obvious here, but WCW is all that comes to mind.

what shows does he do commentary?? i don't have styling n profilin, but may have some others

He was on and off from '94-ish until the end I think. He was deffinitely in the booth for color/3rd man for the Monday Night Wars. I remember Scott Hall trying to bully him into a match. Not sure about specific shows, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was in the booth for any ppv during that era. Behind Heenan, he's the only other mainstay color commentator I can remember from there!

Not sure off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure it was around that time. Probably stuff from February and March of 2009. I know he did at least one other show. It was either Insanity Unleashed or Steel City Clash.

I always hated Zybsko on commentary during Nitro.
