Did you know that Joey Ryan's first PWG Title defense of his historic 13 month title reign was actually at a CZW show?
Ryan was scheduled to face El Generico at CZW Cage of Death 7 on December 10, 2005. However on December 3rd, Ryan won the PWG Title from Kevin Steen at PWG Chanukah Chaos (The C's Are Silent). Since he won the title and he had a match the following week, PWG allowed his match with Generico at Cage of Death to be for the title.
Also, did you know that Joey Ryan dedicated his PWG Title win to Hilary Duff because he is a huge Lizzie McGuire fan? (According to Eric Gargulio.)
