BOTB: Passing the Torch Moment

What do you guys think of as the best moment featuring "the passing of the torch?" Batista beating HHH at WM21? Austin's KotR victory over Jake Roberts? This is def open to interpretation so hopefully we'll get some good discussion out of this one.
Two def stand out in my mind:
1. HBK winning the Ironman match over Brett- SUCH a huge moment. HBK def deserved the win, but without Brett passing him the ball, HBK would not have become the legend he is now.
2. the Rock's win over Hogan at WM17- HUGE! Beating Hogan at Mania is a feat that only two guys can claim, and the Rock REALLY worked and made that match prolly the the best Hogan match I've ever seen (it at least blows the Hogan v. Warrior match out of the water bc Rock and Hogan actually added an entertaining match to all the hype that came with it)
how about you guys?
