Was invented in Canada? I didn't catch who first concocted it, but it was part of Christian's preamble on the Ladder Match 2: Crash and Burn DVD.

Well I'm not surprised that you knew this.Big Red Machine wrote:Yup. Not sure whos brainchild it was, but it was first done in Stampede in the early 70's.
Clearly not proud enough, as you didn't say it right: You forgot your dramatic pause.Serujuunin wrote:Well I'm not surprised that you knew this.Big Red Machine wrote:Yup. Not sure whos brainchild it was, but it was first done in Stampede in the early 70's.
The more I learn about the role Canada, and Calgary in particular has had in wrestling, the more proud I am to be Calgarian.

Seru, you need to spend more time reading random wrestling articles on Wikipedia instead of wasting them on something silly like a social life.Serujuunin wrote:GOD people, I finally come up with a Did You Know and you all know it. *is a sad panda*
Dan Kroffat wrestled in the 70's? Doug Furnas' partner?cero2k wrote:first one i can recall was Dan Kroffat vs Tor Kamata, '72yourcrapsweak wrote:Yep. Junkyard Dog was in the first one, I believe.
I don't even have a social life. I sit on my computer all day watching wrestling and doing homework, or else working. XP My social life consists of taking the bus home from school with my best friend and talking about wrestling. I keep trying to get her on the forum but she won't do it.Big Red Machine wrote:Seru, you need to spend more time reading random wrestling articles on Wikipedia instead of wasting them on something silly like a social life.Serujuunin wrote:GOD people, I finally come up with a Did You Know and you all know it. *is a sad panda*
