Cody Rhodes is the reigning Intercontinental Champion, any thoughts on him?

Personally i think he's been great.

He's great and talented, but I can't get over the fact that he looks like a pissy little kid to me.

I think he's brilliant. He has the in-ring skills, he has the charisma, the mic skills. He's on his way to the top, and I think that WWE choosing Cody to bring back the classic Intercontinental Title signifies that in a way

He's been very good, but he hasn't given us that breakout match yet.

I think he refers more to a match that makes him jump from mid card to main event. For all that he's been doing, it's still midcard, yet slowly building up to a main event scenario

Exactly. Something like that bunch of matches that Morrison had back in the summer of 2009, where he had three awesome matches against Punk, one against Jeff, and another against Rey that really made people take notice of how good he is in the ring.

Which is where I was hoping they were going with Randy Orton.

he's where he needs to be; I think a lot of ppl got over excited once he got an actual gimmick, tho. He's good in the ring, and okay on the mic but there're a lot of guys better than him overall, so I don't see him moving anywhere any time soon. If he continues to defend his title week after week he'll def gain the ground he needs to become worthy of a main event push.

I don't get his character. I don't get the motivation behind the character (that I don't get).

Whatever his character is supposed to be, it certainly doesn't seem like the type that would give two poops about the prestige of the title he was holding, another aspect I don't understand.

That aside, he's good on the mic and above average in the ring. I think he's right where he belongs right now, thriving at the top of the midcard. I don't want to see him rushed into the main event, he's not 'there' yet.

Loving this latest incarnation of Cody! The new music, the white hood, the new attitude. Loving it!
