OPENING SEGMENT- Good stuff, mostly. Sting claims that the Network gave him power tonight. Remember last month, when this happened, and Sting was lying? Why should anyone believe him this time?

THE BRITISH INVASION vs. DEVON & THE POPE- 4/10. Too short. The Brits looked impressive, though.

BFG FINALS HYPE SEGMENT- dull.

TNA TV TITLE MATCH: Eric Young(c) vs. Robbie E- 4.25/10

RVD & JERRY LYNN SEGMENT- good

MICKIE, VELVET, & KAREN BACKSTAGE- eh.

TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH WITH STING AS THE SPECIAL GUEST ENFORCER: Kurt Angle(c) vs. Mr. Anderson- 6.5/10

ANGELINA LOVE & WINTER vs. MICKIE JAMES & VELVET SKY- 4/10. Spitting blood? Really, TNA?

AUSTIN ARIES & BRIAN KENDRICK SEGMENT PROMO- GREAT CHARACTER WORK!

HOGAN & BISCHOFF- too much overacting. This is ridiculous. And Hogan decides to check his contract… NOW? Rather than any point in the last six months when the Network has been stepping on his toes?

JAMES STORM vs. BOBBY ROODE vs. GUNNER vs. BULLY RAY- 4/10. A FIVE MINUTE MAIN EVENT? WTF?

JEFF HARDY- No one seems to remember what happened the last time this guy was in a TNA ring. Aside from Jeff. From both a kayfabe and non-kayfabe point of view, what bothered me about this was its placement on the card. If “wrestling matters,” then why is a talking segment the main event?

Overall, Impact sucked this week, with the only match that got more than six minutes being a Title match that ended in a gang-assault DQ.
