RAW Discussion 8/22

Last week we saw Alberto Del Rio defend his newly won WWE Championship successfully against Rey Mysterio and after the match he attacked Mysterio which brought out John Cena for the safe. CM Punk confronted Kevin Nash who said Triple H sent him a message to attack whoever won the Cena/Punk match. Trips said at the start of the show that Nash wanted tickets for SummerSlam so he left them for Nash to pick up. Nash met with John Laurinaitis backstage, Punk also bumped into Stephanie McMahon. Hopefully we will see some good development in this area without revealing everything.

Results:

Alberto Del Rio defeated John Morrison.

Eve Torres w/Kelly Kelly defeated Brie Bella w/Nicki.

Alex Riley defeated Jack Swagger.

Evan Bounre & Kofi Kingston defeated Michael McGillicutty & David Otunga to win the WWE Tag Team Championships.

John Cena defeated CM Punk.
-Cena is the new #1 contender for the WWE Championship.

She'll be happy someone said that. But truly when they advertise something as epic it doesnt live up to expectations.

I honestly hope they bring out a new championship belt sometime soon. I'm really starting to hate that belt, it looks like a childs toy not a World Title.

And of course Cena has the audacity to interrupt Del Rio. Crowd seems to be cheering Cena a bit but they still boo him, he's definitely getting a reaction.
