If that happens...

Goodbye any and all Chikara awesomeness

Then comes "I shouldn't have to lose to him"...

Then "I cut better promos when drunk"...

As well as "This guy needs a job"...

You're assuming it's more than a one-shot deal. And Nash and Hall have always been willing to lose to guys, or at least win in a way that protects their opponent.

I think Waltman is underrated. He can definitely hang with the average indy guy.

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing them come in for King of Trios, and get to the second round before losing to someone.

Hall & Nash would be awesome on commentary or just as back-up for some Waltman action. I've always loved Waltman, he may be naering 40, but the guy can still go & BRM's right, he could easily hand with the elite of the indy's.

CHIKARA certainly wouldn't suffer if these guys turned up.

good point, it be nice to see them enter the King of Trios, it would definitely help CHIKARA to have the "NWO" in the tourney and it would definitely help whatever teams get pass the NWO

Am I seriously the only one who thinks this would be AWESOME?! Just for one night, having them appear would be AMAZING, and having them on commentary would be even better!

I think it'd be cool if they did it Outsiders style though.

I wouldn't mind seeing them come in once for King of Trios but as soon as King of Trios is over so are they.

"Since 2002, CHIKARA has been thrilling audiences across the globe with it's unique blend of Lucha Libre, Pro Wrestlng, and Puroresu. From this proud tradition heroes have been born, villains have become infamous, and legends have been made. In 2011, everything changes. The Band is coming in March."

Anyone else see the humor in these statements? It's as if The Band is going to ruin everything, and they're promoting it!

I'll check that out when it happens. Hall, Nash, and Waltman are all talented guys in their own right. This isn't TNA, I'm sure CHIKARA will know how to utilize each of their strengths. That is, if this is indeed whom the video is referring to...

Just saw another add for this and a thought occurred to me: How EPIC would it be if the "Band" in question were the ROCK... AND RAVE... INFECCCCTIOOOOON!!!!!!!!?

I would mark out like a four year old in Disneyland!

So we have our answer. Not going to lie: I was pretty disappointed when this didn't turn out to be the Rock & Rave Infection... but for some reason I REALLY love Archibald Peck and Veronica. I don't even know why! They just appealed to me so much in this one short promo.
