Mathews might be ready and able to take over, but at the OTL ppv, he was either laughing so hard he couldnt say anything, plus when he did, Booker stepped all over him.

I like mathews, he tries and really does a kick ass job, but the WWE really doesnt need to put booker with him

I think that Cole should go back to SD! and bring back Jim Ross to RAW, IMO

RAW belongs to JR & King, Cole belongs to SD!, IMO

and also, WWE needs to let Michael Cole be Michael Cole and he'll never fill the shoes of Gordon Solie, Gorilla Monsoon, Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, Joey Styles, Mike Tenay or Larry Zbyszko

I also think that the announcers needs to go back to the way it was which is Unscripted

He is being himself, he hasn't been stealing lines from any the of the people you've mentioned he was just being Michael Cole and doing a good job at it. The best compliment for a heel is booing them which in your case is muting them.
