BOTB: Wrestling Show Concept

There are many PPVs now that have a certain concept to them, tournaments, TLC, HIAC, cage matches, etc etc. What is in your opinion the best Wrestling Show concept that there is today?? is it TLC?? MITB?? a Tournament PPV?? All titles on the line PPV??

I think the MITB is great, the HIAC has been done to death so has the TLC matches
tho Id love to see them vacate all the titles like WCW did years ago and let people go at it, un predetermined

Lockdown; TNA has managed to do this right almost every time out. The Rpyal Rumble is great too, as is Survival of the Fittest....

I'm going with Lockdown on this one too, cage matches are simple enough, but TNA made so that lethal lockdown is not a bunch of cage matches, it's actually a bunch of different types of matches being held within a cage (it was most awesome to say "six sides of steel" but whatever).
Right behind this I'm with Night of Champions, but only on WWE. Why? the idea of "Every title is on the line" and trying to keep it more as "every match is a title match" was awesome considering that the E had a bunch of champions that would not always get time in PPVs, so it was cool that for once, you had matches with only one thing being the relevance of the match: The Title. Random pairings!? sure, why not, this match is about the title and nothing else. it's good to have that every now and then.

Night of Champions, because that's what your big show of the month is supposed to be about.
Money in the Bank, but (1) it needs to be at this show, not WM and (2) some aspects of the MITB contract (if you want to call it that) need to be modified so that it's less predictable (but that's another topic entirely).

At this point, though, it isn't pro wrestling. If it isn't predetermined, it is a legitimate athletic competition, rather than a performance.

I would generally crap all over a concept like
Lockdown, but TNA somehow always manages to make it so that none of the matches feel out of place in a cage.

The problem isn't the concept. It is the bookers. MITB, under its current rules, can result in tons of different angles:
1.
Sneaky Heel- The standard with a heel taking advantage of a weakened babyface.
2.
Standard Babyface Win (announced a few weeks ahead of time sot hat the heel has equal time to prepare, won cleanly, etc.)
3.
Standard Babyface cash-in... but he loses- someone has to be the first to lose an MITB match.
4.
Babyface Substitute- the heel champ takes out his babyface challenger before the show. Then he brags about how he won't have to defend his title tonight... until a face MITB holder comes out and says that he will avenge his friend, and give the fans the title match they paid to see! The babyface wins the belt... when the other babyface returns from injury, he feels as if the new champ stole his spot, and turns heel on him, chasing the belt
5.
One-way ticket to Wrestlemania- An arrogant, cocky, heel who wants to be the center of attention wins MITB, then announces that he will use it to guarantee himself a main event match at Mania, by announcing the he will cash in at next year's show (the latest possible date to cash in).
6.
A Taste of the Gold- Either a popular babyface who has never held the title, or who has only held it once, (preferably for a short time, and not in many years) cashes in on a fellow (and more popular) babyface because he wanted feel what it is like to be champion, and accomplish his lifelong dream (one last time). Basically Punk's original rhetoric towards Jeff: "The contract doesn't say 'you can cash in on anyone except for Jeff Hardy'"- this would obviously be the beginning of a heel turn
7.
Turning Over a New Leaf- a heel has tried everything in his power to win the belt, but he just can't do it. He wins MITB and takes advantage of the babyface when he is down, but still manages to lose via roll up after too much showboating. This inspires him to turn over a new leaf, and he becomes a babyface (and maybe eventually acheives his goal of becoming he World Champion).
The problem is the bookers, not the concept.

I love the idea of the Rumble, 'cause it's fun to try and guess who's gonna be next, or who's gonna take the whole thing... It's a very interactive match for fans to watch, especially if you're watching it with friends. Also, the little morbid part of me loves the Hell in a Cell and Elimination Chamber matches, and I don't remember which match it was, but there was one in TNA which was essentially a Hell in a Cell with weapons hanging from the top... That was pretty awesome too hehe.
I like the Night of Champions concept too. There are really a lot of neat concepts out there that really only fail because of the execution.
