WWE is looking to avoid a situation similar to what’s happening in All Elite Wrestling by hiring an ‘Operations Manager’ to handle talent.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer noted that WWE has a listing for an Operations Manager to manage conflict.

The job description says that the person will work with WWE’s travel and creative teams to ensure an easy process for Superstars.

An interesting line from the listing reads that the ideal candidate “will have direct contact with talent and must be able to manage conflicting egos, personalities, and concerns.”

Is this a rib? This has to be a rib.

The timing is too good not to be.

Well... they just brought Strowman back, and there is a rumored Bray Wyatt return, so maybe not? And that's on top of Charlotte and Rousey, plus anyone else I'm forgetting and/or that we don't know about.

I’m not saying it’s not a legit job, or that it may well need doing.

But the timing 😂
