Impact Wrestling announced the passing of arguably its most recognizable voice as well as a wrestler who worked for them in their earliest days.

Barry Scott, the voice of countless videos for then-TNA and Impact, was 65 years old. His final work for the company was earlier this year in an introduction for Moose. In the tweet announcing his passing, Impact shared several of Scott's most memorable voiceovers.

The Connecticut-born Scott attended Boston's Emerson College and had hosted a syndicated radio show ("The Lost 45s with Barry Scott") since 1981 which focused on the music of the 70s and 80s.

The company also announced the passing of Stevie Lee, aka Puppet The Psycho Dwarf who was part of the TNA weekly pay-per-view era. He was also on Half Pint Brawlers, a 2010 TV series that briefly aired on Spike TV. According to a GoFundMe set up for funeral expenses, Lee died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday. After wrestling, he did some acting work including on the popular FX series American Horror Story.

Really sad to hear this. He was the one thing TNA consistently had better than every company in the world. He was so good that I actually popped when he got to appear on the screen in the video for Bound For Glory one year.

This was the last thing he did for Impact this year.
