Gargano and the DGUSA belt are correct, though he didn't lose it to Thatcher. He lost it to Galloway, who almost exclusively defended the belt as if it were unified with the EVOLVE Title, which is how Thatcher got a hold of it at the end (and later presented it to Gargano to keep when the title was officially deactivated).
