A day that many thought would never come has arrived, with WWE clearing Daniel Bryan to return to the ring.

WWE made the announcement on their website this afternoon: "Following more than two years of extensive evaluations, four-time World Champion Daniel Bryan has been medically cleared to return to in-ring competition by leading neurosurgeons, neurologists and concussion experts, including Dr. Robert Cantu, Dr. Javier Cárdenas and Dr. Jeffrey Kutcher.

"Bryan underwent a full review of his medical history and received comprehensive neurological and physical evaluations independent of WWE. He was cleared by each doctor as well as WWE’s Medical Director, Dr. Joseph Maroon."

After Bryan gave a candid answer about potentially competing at WrestleMania 34, Dave Meltzer reported that there has been movement on the story over the last month and new doctors have cleared Bryan to return after his brain has responded well to hyperbaric chamber treatment

Meltzer also noted that if Bryan were to be cleared and wrestle at WrestleMania, he was told that Bryan would be teaming with Shane McMahon against Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn.

You're not wrong... but I'm at the point where I just want to see him wrestle again.
Hopefully they'll let him work a safer style, meaning that they'll have no problem with him going out there and doing grapplef*ck matches with Gulak and Ziggler and Fish and O'Reilly and Bate and TJP.
