The general theory on this is as follows: Summer Sizzler 2017 is the day before this tour starts, and stuff that happens there might affect these shows so they're not announcing any RevPro guys yet, even though RevPro is listed as an equal partner to ROH, CMLL, and New Japan in all of this.
