Also, sticking a different team in the title picture at the July PPV allows you to go back to Cesarmus vs. Hardys at SummerSlam without having done on every single PPV from Mania through SummerSlam.

oh ok, i wasn't sure what you saw that would warrant writing someone off. Yeah maybe, it could be dangerous for him since Jeff would go solo and if it becomes a hit, WWE may not want them together for a while again.

He'll come back broken and classify Jeff as obsolete.

I feel like it would be a mistake to break up the Hardys until a couple of other teams are built up better to replace them. The main event has enough guys in it without Matt and Jeff, but in my opinion, they are needed in the tag team division right now.
