yeah, apparently it happened since October, but it's been barely made relevant, exactly the day after Ambrose and Renee were separated by the "SUPERSTAR SHAKE-UP!"

Which means that either
1) this separation is a set-up for an angle at some point down the line
or
2) WWE just found out about it and are pissed that they didn't let them know so that they could make a big deal out of it on Total Divas so separating them is their punishment

And seeing as how we know that WWE is both extremely petty and rarely capable of thinking one week down the road never mind several months, I'm going with option two.
