It's Mike Bennett and from what I gather he's going to be a low rent version of BO DALLAS IN TNA!!! Which if it is the case he's dead before he even arrives

I don't like that. He can do that without a stupid catchphrase and some idiotic videos. I do like the idea that he and Maria think they are just the best thing ever, but this isn't a good way to start it.
Also, giving him a HUGE push right away (which is supposedly what is going to happen) will only be a good idea if a babyface winds up with the title, which would mean Ethan losing, which isn't good.

the videos are pretty tacky, but the gimmick should be similar to the one he had when he started in ROH, the dude that is destined for greatness (not WWE in this case). I also hope they don't start him up going for the title, but I'd be ok if he starts with a feud with either Galloway, Lashley, or Hardy assuming they lose the title, and ECIII can feud with whoever wins the title. I highly doubt TNA would do this, but if they would turn ECIII face in the future and feud with Benett for the title, that could be gold.

I also wouldn't be opposed to a ECIII/Bennett tag team while Taven gets signed

I'd actually have Taven show up and be more of a stooge than an equal, but a competent and dangerous stooge nonetheless. I agree with the early-ROH Bennett idea, and having super-hot wife Maria plays into that well. I'd love to see Bennett, Maria, and Taven continue their dog and pony show stuff in TNA, especially now that Ethan is using it less.

They could use Bennett to try to build up the King of the Mountain Title (I'd pretty sure the current champ is a babyface). That way, you'd have Bennett ready to go as a top heel once Ethan gets pinned (Slammiversary would be ideal, I think BFG will be too late).

Indeed, Third Wheel Matt Taven is my favorite Matt Taven. KOTM Bennett and even X Division Taven would be awesome.

Now that you mention it, they already announced that Roode is defending on the first POP show, maybe a miracle upset

Speaking of weird, The Beautiful People (Angelina, Madison, & Velvet) vs. The Dollhouse (Jade, Marti Belle, & Rebel) is apparently being advertised for the POP TV debut... except that Angelina is still pregnant so why are they advertising that she will be wrestling.
