Creative Incompetence *Smackdown Spoilers*

Apparently at the Smackdown Tapings, Summer Rae and Tyler Breeze announced that they were going their separate ways in 2016... and I have to ask: WHY?!
Tyler Breeze's call-up to the main roster has been handled with incompetence that I would call stunning if not for the fact that we'fve seen it time and time again with everyone they have called up who wasn't Rusev or part of The Shield (or arguably Bray Wyatt). Whatever happened to Triple H's claim that they weren't going to bring people up without a six month plan?
But let's ignore that track record for the moment. Instead I'd like to focus on the following point which seems obvious to me: Are you really going to do anything better with each of them separately than you are doing with them right now? It seems almost certain that Breeze will follow in the footsteps of Adam Rose, Bo Dallas, and others by being used as a televised jobber for a few weeks before being relegated to completely meaningless matches on the jobber shows.
Summer, for her part, will likely completely disappear from all TV until they find some other guy to stick her in a doomed partnership with (this year alone she has been with Miz, Miz-Dow, Rusev, Dolph, and Breeze, with none of these going anywhere or lasting more than two months). So I have to ask: If you're not going to do anything better with either of them, why not just let them stay together?
