WWE announced today that Brad Maddox has been released. Maddox was last seen in the “Tonight Show” skit with The Undertaker where he was dressed up as a turkey.
The company stopped using him regularly since he was fired as the on-air GM back in 2014. He had been wrestling on some house shows of late and he had been trying out different things for his character including dying his hair and teaming up with Adam Rose as “Beef Mode.” Back in August, he wrestled at one show under the name Joshua Kingsley with a British accent and he wrestled on another show later in the month as Lord Ruffles.
I believe his last appearance on WWE television was when he was part of the group of superstars that helped break up the Undertaker and Brock Lesnar brawl in August that led up to SummerSlam.
