One of TNA's Biggest Mistakes Right Now (*Minor SPOILERS*)

They are clearly in financial straits, but instead of trying to narrow down their roster, they keep trying to either expand it or at least replace guys who have left with low-rent names like Jay Bradley and Crimson, and sticking guys like Al Snow and Pat Kenney in the ring in ridiculous gimmick matches.
What TNA should be doing right now is consolidating. The Knockouts Division is fine as it is, using a rotating group of women (with Taryn, Gail, Brooke, and Kong as the core), and something similar should be done with the tag team division (Wolves and Hardys as focus, then bring in some teams to rotate through) and probably the X-Division, but the heavyweight Division should have a small core of guys who you use exclusively:
EC III (w/Tyrus)
Lashley
Drew
Roode
EY
Angle
Storm
Abyss
Ken Anderson
Eli Drake
Bram (MAYBE)
Jesse Godderz (MAYBE)
(and I guess you should keep Khoya around for international purposes, and I guess Melendez for similar domestic reasons, but use them both sparingly so you don't have to pay them that much [and encourage them to work elsewhere- maybe book them out to smaller indies])
You should be doing one or two feuds, and if need be, you can create a makeshift team or two to work with the Wolves or Hardys (and can also cycle those guys into the other divisions when they're not holding the tag belts). This is a company that is trying to save money.
Cut Robbie E. Cut Crazzy Steve. Cut Jay Bradley, cut Crimson, cut Mycah... hell... cut down to just one or two agents, but just CUT THE FAT NOW so that you cna concentrate on the guys who will be important to your product. If you have fewer matches, you can give each match more time and have each match mean more.
