So I guess he'll be working for both ROH and TNA at the same time.

It's not so much sharing as it is the wrestlers having more freedom to work wherever they want.

Yeah, I meant it as a forced sharing. I feel like the Young Bucks kinda showed everyone the benefits when they turned WWE and TNA down to work EVERY OTHER MAJOR PROMOTION and be among the top stars in multiple organizations. I feel like it opened some eyes and wrestlers are going back to preserving their own brand moreso than joining the top brand/promotion.

Yeah... I don't see that last part happening.

I don't know exactly what Alberto's deal with AAA is, but I assume that they control at least some of his booking (like asking for him to not lose cleanly). Aries is just working without a contract for whoever he wants. It's a different situation.

i meant more in the sense that he won't go in fully into the storylines and programs, so maybe a bit more like AJ where ROH has a bit more control over his booking, but still can't fully get into storyline mode

I hope that's not quite the case, as I think stories are one of Aries' many strong suits. That being said, I think ROH has done a great job of using AJ as a peripheral piece in stories (specifically the whole Kingdom break-up) and as a sort of "test" for wrestlers... and if there is anyone who can make something memorable out of the simple concept of "your next match is against guy X on day Y- go cut a promo to hype it up" it's definitely Austin Aries.
