PROMOS TO HYPE UP TONIGHT'S MAIN EVENT TV TITLE MATCH- Lethal and ACH were good. Sydal didn't get to cut one for some reason.

THE ROMANTIC TOUCH vs. MOOSE (w/Veda Scott & Stokely Hathaway)- 3.75/10
Hasn't this gimmick run its course by now? Give us Rhett Titus again.
On commentary, Steve Corino said the following line, which sums up his character as an announcer so perfectly: "I've got to know my boundaries.

DECADE PROMO- they're looking for a new young boy. Maybe someone in this match will impress them.

LEON ST. GIOVANNI, SHAHEEM ALI,& CHRIS CHAMBERS vs. CHRIS LARUSSO & THE DECADE (w/Jimmy Jacobs & Adam Page) (w/BJ Whitmer)-4/10
Page picked up the win. None of the prospects really stood out to me in any way aside from Ali, who took Page's finisher really well. Whitmer beat LaRusso up after the match and locked him in the Strong Hold. Whitmer and Corino had another altercation on the outside during the match because Whitmer was being a dick to Corino.

BRISCOES PROMO- good hype for their intergender tag match next week with ODB against the Kingdom.

CHIKARA COMMERCIAL- they're still advertising the Philly show from last weekend.

ANNIVERSARY SHOW ANNOUNCEMENTS- it will be Lethal vs. Alberto, and if Lethal is still champ the TV Title will be on the line. Also, the reDRagon vs. Young Bucks ROH World Tag Team Title match will be a Lucha Rules match. Umm... okay...

TOP PROSPECT TOURNAMENT FIRST-ROUND MATCH: Ashley Sixx vs. Dalton Castle- 2.25/10
Castle has man-servants and stole the Embassy's footstool entrance as well as Sexy Star's wings. So basically, he has combined Prince Nana's gimmick with the Christopher Street Connection's. Ashley Sixx is completely unremarkable in the ring, but he is apparently a cancer survivor. He also does CM Punk's Pepsi Twist, but calls it the "Coke Zero," which is an appropriate name because it's not as good. He also has a move he calls "the skid mark."
Actually, I take back what I said about Ashley six not being remarkable in any way. His finisher is called the "Sixx Year Itch." Like Billy Kidman's Seven Year Itch, except instead of being something cool like a shooting star press, it is a lame move that in no way resembles the shooting star press. This also means that the only original name for a move he could come up with was "the skid mark." Also, he chose to use "Ashley Sixx" as a ringname. That sounds like the name of a female cyborg from a seventies sci-fi show. I really hope they don't hire this guy. Castle wasn't very good, either, but seemed to be over with the local, crowd and had good facials.

The Knights of the Dawn showed up in the crowd. These are men who have hijacked ROH TV broadcasts for the past two weeks, and yet no one made any effort to arrest them or even find out who they are. Actually, I might be able to help ROH on that particular front. My assumption is that anyone called the "Knights of the Dawn" must be the harbingers of The New Day.

ADAM COLE "PROMO"- he looked very depressed. Corino sold that he was acting weird. He cared the timekeeper and was about to talk, but then dropped the mic, flipped the fans off, and left.

ROH TV TITLE MATCH: Jay Lethal(c) (w/the House of Truth) vs. ACH vs. Matt Sydal- 7/10
Great match. Lethal retains. After the match he spits on an Alberto El Patron shirt, then beat ACH up until Alberto comes out to make the save.

I won't quite call this show bad because of the main event, but it was nowhere near the high level that ROH TV has consistently been at since last July.
