There have only been three wrestlers to appear on (non-internet) PPV in the US for FIVE different companies. Who are they?

i can barely think of 5 companies that have had PPVs before, let alone a wrestler that was involved in all of them

By my count, there have only been seven companies with PPV in the US (I'm counting the NWA and WCW as the same thing).

Jerry is correct (WCW, ECW, WWE, TNA, ROH)
There are only two others.

Only wrestlers. All three guys wrestled on PPV for all five companies.

Yes. And WCW/NWA/JCP are counted as the same promotion.

Nope.
One of them should be easy to determine based on the date I posed the original question. The other you'll really have to think about, but you might hit yourself a bit when you figure it out.
