Apparently during the Champions vs. All-Stars match, Ciampa got DQed, but didn’t actually do anything wrong. Kevin Kelly encourages us to go to www.ROHWrestling.com, buy the VOD, and decide for ourselves. You know what, Kevin? I think I might just do that.
Lots of hard strikes to the head. I also LOVED the finish, the reversal of the decision, and the aftermath (all of which has set up a No DQ’s match at the November 22nd Tag Wars 2014 TV taping in Baltimore).

JAY LETHAL & TRUTH MARTINI PROMO- good hype for next week’s TV Title match.

KEVIN KELLY INTERVIEWS MICHAEL ELGIN- eh
Elgin is a jerk to Kevin Kelly. He says he won’t say or do what ROH tells him to do. This really came off as just another “wrestler generically rebelling against management” angle, which is unfortunate, because Elgin had some cool lines here (“when you pray for the rain, you have to deal with the mud”).

THE BRICOES vs. THE KINGDOM (Matt Taven & Michael Bennett) (w/Maria Kanellis)- 6.5/10
Briscoes win clean, pinning Taven after a poor Jay Driller. Why pin Taven in his first TV match back? Couldn’t Bennett just take the pin here?
After the match, the Briscoes get beaten down. More importantly, though…
