Episode 1 (July 6th 2013)

- Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander def. John Silver & Alex Reynolds via Overtime (Leaping hurricanrana into frog splash combo).

- Nigel McGuinness revealed that Mark Briscoe is out of Steel Cage Warfare due to an injury sustained at Best in the World. Kevin Steen comes out and demands to be Mark’s replacement, this led to SCUM interfering and taking out Steen. However, Team ROH made the save, indicating that Steen may be on Team ROH after all.

- MsChif def. Veda Scott via Obliteration (Second rope piledriver).

- Adam Page def. Silas Young via Victory Roll. After the match, Silas beat down Page.

- ROH World TV Title match: Matt Taven def. Eddie Edwards via modified DDT.

Episode 2 (July 13th 2013)

- Tommaso Ciampa def. QT Marshall via running knee. Prince Nana watched on from the entrance way.

- Mike Bennett def. an unnamed local wrestler in a squash match. After the match Bennett claims that ROH has begged him to stay and then he tried to hand the contract to Cheeseburger who had come to the ring. He instead attack him which sees Brutal Bob hit the ring to aid the attack but Bennett turns on him before proclaiming that ‘The Prodigy is dead’.

- Jay Briscoe comes down for a promo and says he may be hurt but he’s still breathing. He says Matt Hardy will have to pry the title from his cold hands.

- ROH World Tag Team Title match: reDRagon def. C&C Wrestle Factory via chasing the dragon. The American Wolves, SCUM and Adrenaline RUSH brawled at ringside during the match.

Episode 3 (July 20th 2013)

- Roderick Strong def. Adam Cole via DQ. Strong called out Cole after the cheap finish to last night’s match at Best In The World and it led to another match. There was a ref bump at one point which allowed Steve Corino to throw a chain into the ring. Strong tried to get rid of it before Cole used it and got disqualified.

- ROH World Title match: Jay Briscoe def. Matt Hardy via small package. Post match, both Team ROH and Team SCUM hit the ring and begin to brawl. Rhino hits a gore on Jay Briscoe before Hardy steals the World Title, wears it and smashes Jay’s arm in a steel chair. SCUM stand tall heading into Steel Cage Warfare.

Episode 4 (July 27th 2013)

- The American Wolves def. Mike Sydal & an unknown partner via top rope double stomp from Davey Richards.

- Steel Cage Warfare: Team ROH (BJ Whitmer, Jay Lethal, Michael Elgin & Kevin Steen) def. SCUM (Jimmy Jacobs, Rhett Titus, Cliff Compton & Rhino). SCUM won the con flip and will get the man advantage. Jacobs and Whitmer start the match off. Titus in next followed by Elgin and Compton. Whitmer is the first to be eliminated before Jay Lethal and Rhino enter and the latter is eliminated by Lethal. Steen is the last entrant and is immediately attacked by Hardy. The cage door is left open and all the guys quickly spill out of the ring. Titus is the next to eliminated by Lethal but he is then pinned by Compton after a chair shot. Elgin managed to eliminate Compton but ‘Unbreakable’ is the next out after a fireball from Steve Corino. Corino tries to do the same to Steen but Nigel makes the save and helps Steen pin Jacobs as Team ROH wins! SCUM have to disband per the stipulations of the match. Adam Cole is on the entranceway but Nigel tells SCUM to leave. Jacobs leaves on his own accord as Hardy and Corino require security.

I heard a live report saying that Steel Cage Warfare was a possible MOTY (also Elgin vs. Ciampa from the PPV).

Well Hardy stole the ROH World Title belt and the champ is injured, so I assume they'll use that as leverage to keep it going for a bit.

Is it me or do these results seem like out of nowhere quick booking, I just can't get over my head that ROH would finally defeat SCUM in a live tapings show and before ever really got to see SCUM do any real harm to ROH, not even when Steen was champion did we really see ROH in jeopardy or anything.

also, Brutal Bob Evans vs Bennett? HELL YEAH!

So the speculation is that after the initial invasion at the 11th Anniversary Show SCUM didn't do anything that actually made it seem like they were trying to "kill" ROH in any way, and fans got annoyed at it. They were just booked like a gigantic version of the Prophecy... which would have been fine if Corino hadn't kept saying that they were going to kill the company. But because they kept talking about killing the company, it felt like there had been almost no forward motion at all towards that particular goal in three months, so Delirious rushed the blow-off.
Another major complaint was that the SCUM guys weren't really putting on ROH quality matches (aside from Jacobs), and Compton and Hardy were major targets of this (Rhett, too, to a lesser extent). Basically it felt like the angle was both not going anywhere and dragging the quality of the shows down, so they decided to kill it (once again, this is all speculation).

I think this is all great momentum for Hardy to win the title; which I feel is GREAT for the potential Adam Cole title run....

by the time Hardy's run is near it's in, Cole will become the fan favorite. And (if he's as good a heel as everyone says he is/was in CZW) then he could be such a heel Hardy could be the face in the situation.

i really don't know what they expected, Hardy was never a MOTY guy, Compton sucks, he's just an IWC favorite cuz he's best friends with Cabana and Punk, Rhett hasn't been as near as good since Kenny left, Rhino and Jimmy are hits and misses, sometimes they work amazingly and sometimes they're just lacking. I think Cole was gonna end up being their ace, but i guess it's too late for that.

As much as i don't want Hardy as the champ, i say give it to him and retake the Cole/Hardy feud they had for the TV title, i felt that had been working really good.

Hardy will never be the face. Ever. Too many fans have such a visceral dislike of him and a disregard for his abilities. ROH fans view him the way that TNA fans view "WWE rejects" (except that most ROH fans who don't like Hardy will acknowledge that he probably does draw people.

I agree with you about SCUM (although all of Hardy's matches in 2005 in ROH were between great and awesome) and I thought the Final Battle 2012 match with Cole was great live, so I can see why their would have been some excitement.

I thought that Cole vs. Hardy was where they were going with things before Border Wars when Corino made the challenge to the match that would give a SCUM guy a world title shot. I thought Cole would go over Jay (I never saw Jay as a long-term champ, and if I were booking, I wouldn't have put the belt on him in the first place), then face (and likely beat) Hardy for the title at Best in the World.

With the way he has been booked at the past few shows, having Cole wind up a babyface at the end of this would be very disappointing.

I feel like they're doing with him the same thing TNA is doing with AJ, kinda; it's like they're giving him an edge so that he comes off to EVERYONE as more than just an excellent wrestler and "good guy."
