There is an option to order both the VOD and the DVD, Do you have to wait until the DVD comes out for this to work, or can you just buy it when the VOD comes and out and they will ship the DVD to you when the DVD comes out?

you pay for them together and you get the DVD as soon as it comes out, but you can watch the VOD instantly.

Did you have to pay for shipping, too, or is that included in the extra ten dollars?

I thought about this, but I highly doubt that the DVD will be out by then. I expect Border Wars 2013 to be today's new release.
