EDDIE EDWARDS vs. RHETT TITUS- 6.25/10
DAVEY RICHARDS PROMO- great
MICHAEL ELGIN PROMO- eh.
YET ANOTHER MICHAEL ELGIN PROMO- also eh.
MIA YIM vs. MSCHIF- 4/10
THE NEW INTERVIEWER INTERVIEWS RODDY- decent.
INSIDE ROH SEGMENT- The coverage from National Pro Wrestling Day was good. I particularly liked Kevin Kelly discussing ROH’s choice of sending the Briscoes rather than Steen and the political implications thereof. Jay Briscoe's promo was great. I like how it subtly set up for the upcoming announcement of the Briscoes’ ROH World Title shots.
FOUR CORNER SURVIVAL MATCH: Matt Hardy vs. Roderick Strong vs. Davey Richards vs. Michael Elgin- 6/10
Not good enough for a main event, and monumentally disappointing considering all of the talent involved. I do have to give them credit for what they did with Matt Hardy here. Rather than doing the predictable thing just putting Matt over, they created a situation where they could have Matt prove what he wanted to Nigel while managing to put someone else over in the match.
Overall a decent episode of ROH, but it is really hampered by the extremely disappointing main event.
