I think an honourable mention has to go to Kane's promos since The Memorial Day Weekend... they've just been top notch almost every time... he's never been better.

There's no denying that Kane has been spot on during his title hunt/reign. The same could also be said for Batista, who I almost mentioned instead of Punk, for his work leading up to Wrestlemania.

Cena's "firing" promo was pretty good too.

Kane's right after Summerslam, despite their best attempts to ruin it.

My favorite promo of this year is tied between Delirious' "Taste of Revenge" promo for Death before Dishonor VIII and Larry Sweeney's first promo since his return to wrestling in AAW.

I don't want to go back and what everything, but it has to be something that Kevin Steen has said. His " promo from the video wire in mid July sticks out in my mind (the one that Jeff Haryd stole from- it ends "I... AM THE ANTI-CHRIST... OF RING OF HONOR!), but he just been an amaizng promo machine this year.
Although I havne't seen it, Dave RIchards apparently gave an awesome promo on ROH's Hate: Chapter 2 show in response ot another amazing promo by the Young Bucks, officialy turning heel for thier last to ROH appearances to date.
