Thats not the problem. It's the fact that it's a gimmick PPV and the gimmick match isn't so special when a PPV has multiple matches of that same gimmick which they're killing.

I hope they don't let orton win at Hell In The Cell. Because they need to have someone hold the title for a wile not just two weeks
