While he's listed in the Title's History, Andre The Giant held the belt but he never got to BE the champion.

If i had to choose I would go with Christian. He is a great wrestler and deserves to be a champion.

At least he was NWA Champ in TNA; I always count that. He was a pretty good champ, too; iMPACT! was a VERY entertaining show during most of his time as champ.

Ted DiBiase the first i always felt deserved the belt. Sure he held the Million Dollar title but its not a world title.
