That was never announced as being a title match, it was an idea that was thrown around. Match doesn't need the title at all, Cena vs Rock is enough to sell it.

I think so

So i just thought about it and honestly, Kofi is taking the spot that Morrison had taken from him. Only difference is that Morrison did that spot at the Rumble last year and Kofi followed that with an even cooler spot this year.
