We don't even know if the Lumberjack match will win, and booking it first would be less logical to have wrestlers to themselves in danger if they have matches of their own later. Everyone would be getting ready for their matches instead.

Or you could use that as part of a story. Maybe someone loses their match later and gets angry at Okada for forcing them into this.

And the fact that we don't know if it will win or not doesn't make it not a foolish stipulation for Yujiro to offer. Just because you are saved from your own stupidity by the fans doesn't mean you're not stupid.
And do you really think it won't win? Are fans supposed to want to see a top babyface forced into an unfair fight? That goes against the entire logic of the existence stipulation matches.
