the worst thing is that under any other circumstances, i would love to see these matches, just not at a freaking Death Before Dishonor. This could be Honor Rising, Field of Honor, or whatever other non-canon show, but for 10 yrs I was told that DBD was 2nd or 3rd more important show for ROH, and now it's full of exhibition matches

And this is after they did the same thing for both Global Wars and the Anniversary Show. And it's not like these are even GOOD exhibition matches (the tag title match should be fine, though). It's not Kyle vs. Shibata. It's Shibata vs. f*cking Silas Young. It's not Okada vs. Cole, it's Okada vs. Dalton Castle. There is no suspense for this show at all.

Yano & Roppongi vs. vs. Addiction & Kamaitachi signed for the TV tapings after the PPV.

Briscoes vs. Jay White & Lio Rush for the TV Tapings. I really hope White and Rush aren't a permanent team. This was the same mistake they've made with Cedric Alexander and TWICE with ACH that has caused them to go absolutely nowhere.

More completely random matches for TV:

Shibata challenges for the TV Title against either Bobby Fish or Mark Briscoe.

Kelly Klein vs. Sumie Sakai will be taped before the PPV.

Adam Page vs. Jay Briscoe added to the PPV.

Also, apparently Mark Briscoe is challenging for the TV Title. That gives us seven matches so far, with the following talent announced but as of yet unassigned:
