WWE.com reports that Big Show had a meeting with Paul Heyman today, and the result is a Triple Threat match for Raw: Big Show vs. Ryback vs. Wade Barrett!
Raw’s main event will be the fifteen-man last chance Royal Rumble qualifying battle royale. The match will be, in essence, a miniature Royal Rumble, with only fourteen competitors and only forty-five seconds between entries. In this match will be John Cena, Daniel Bryan, the Great Khali, Antonio Cesaro, and ten other superstars looking to capitalize on this second chance!
In tonight’s other rumble qualifier, Mason Ryan will take on NXT’s Luke Harper. The loser of that match will be entered in last chance qualifier on Smackdown, along with the loser of both Royal Rumble qualifiers from this week’s WWE Main Event. Normally Main Event would only have one qualifier but this week the qualifier from Smackdown has been moved to main event so that the loser will not have to wrestle twice on Smackdown.
Tonight’s Raw will also feature the first public comments from The Rock since CM Punk assaulted him on last week’s Raw.
Also singed for Raw tonight is Sheamus vs. Tyson Kidd in non-title action. This match stems from the altercation between Sheamus and Christian on Smackdown.

Raw: (1/21/2013)- San Jose, CA
SHEAMUS vs. TYSON KIDD (w/Natalya Neidhart)-
Sheamus wins clean in a hard-fought twenty minute match. Sheamus offers Kidd a handshake afterwards and Kidd accepts.

Ted Dibiase Jr. is cutting a backstage about the Royal Rumble when Cody Rhodes walks by. Cody blames Ted for screwing up his interference in the Kofi vs. Ambrose match on Smackdown and tells Ted not to get in his way when he tries to eliminate Ambrose from the Rumble. They start arguing, and Zack Ryder, who also happens to be walking by, joins in on the argument, too.

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: Natalya Neidhart(c) (w/Tyson Kidd) vs. Naomi Knight (w/Damien Sandow)-
Nattie wins clean in seven minutes

Matt Striker is backstage interview Bo Dallas. He asks Dallas how he feels going into his first Royal Rumble. Bo says that he feels good. He says that his mentor, Randy Orton, a former Royal Rumble winner and one of the men tied for the most all-time final fours, has been sharing a lot of strategies with him, like staying towards the center or making alliances. Miz comes over and tells him that Orton is a snake and he will use Bo as a shield during the rumble, then turn on him. Miz tells Bo that he is smart, he will eliminate Orton the minute his back is turned.

ROYAL RUMBLE QUALIFYING MATCH: Luke Harper vs. Mason Ryan-
Harper wins clean in five minutes

Matt Striker is interviewing Big Show backstage. Striker asks Show why he asked Heyman to set up with Triple Threat match between himself, Ryback, and Barrett. Show says that both Ryback and Barrett recently Touted about being a “dominant force” in the WWE… well Show is going to remind them that he, too, is a dominant force in the WWE.

DEAN AMBROSE vs. SANTINO MARELLA-
Santino wants to dick around, but Ambrose just destroys him

The Rock appears live via satellite. He says that the beating Punk gave him last week was a bit of a wake-up call, but he will be ready to whoop CM Punk’s candy ass at the Royal Rumble.

FOURTEEN MAN ROYAL RUMBLE LAST CHANCE QUALIFYING MATCH:
The first two entrants are John Cena and Camacho. They fight for a bit until Cena eliminates Camacho. Then #3, El Local, comes down and is easily eliminated by Cena. BROCK LESNAR COMES THROUGH THE CROWD AND JUMPS CENA FROM BEHIND! BROCK CLOTHESLINES CENA OVER THE TOP! Brock shouts “see you on Sunday, John!” before going back up the ramp. The furious Cena gives chase and catches up to Brock at the top of the ramp, but security is already pouring out from backstage to stop the fight before it starts.
The next man to come down is Heath Slater. In addition to his standard Dusty-mocking get-up, Heath also has a ridiculously excessive amount of fake blood all over him, and just lies down on his back in the ring until the next entrant, Jimmy Uso, comes down to the ring. Heath and Uso fight for a bit until number six, Antonio Cesaro shows up, and they both try to double team him… but Cesaro manages to hold his own against both guys. The next man down to the ring is Justin Gabriel and Cesaro dominates him as well, hitting everyone with European Uppercuts. Cesaro maintains his dominance until the arrival of entrant number eight, Daniel Bryan. Bryan has brought AJ with him to ringside, and after a kiss for good luck, he enters the match.
Dragon gets the better of Cesaro for a bit until he is attacked from behind by Heath Slater. Dragon hits Slater with a big quick but is then jumped by Jimmy Uso. Jimmy is trying to force Dragon over the top rope when the ninth entry comes down…The ninth entry is Jey Uso, and he immediately goes to help his brother try to eliminate Dragon. They manage to force him over the ropes on the hard-cam side, but Dragon manages to land on the apron. He fights both of them off with forearms, but he takes a lot out of him, and he takes a moment to recover. While this is happening, Cesaro emphatically disposes of Heath Slater with gorilla press to the floor, then does some posing in the ring to taunt the fans. This creates an opening for Justin Gabriel to hit him in the back with a dropkick that propels the unprepared Cesaro over the ropes and to the floor, also on the side facing the announce table, right near AJ. AJ, seeing the manner of Cesaro’s elimination, begins to laugh at him. This infuriates Cesaro who stars to bear down on AJ. Dragon sees this and jumps down off of the apron and rushes over to save his wife (eliminating himself in the process). Dragon and Cesaro trade shots on the outside until the refs can come and break it up.
The ring starts filling up with more and more superstars. Number ten is Percy Watson. Eleven is Adrian Neville. By the time number twelve, Big E. Langston, comes out, still no one has been eliminated. Then comes unlucky number thirteen: KANE. Kane dominates the match, eliminating all six men (Big E. last) in the forty-five seconds between his entry and the final entry… The Great Khali. Kane and Khali have a staredown and a big-man slugfest, but less than two minutes later, Kane eliminates Khali, qualifying for the Royal Rumble in dominant fashion.

CM PUNK, SETH ROLLINS, JACK SWAGGER, & BRODUS CLAY (w/Cameron) vs. KOFI KINGSTON, TENSAI, ALBERTO DEL RIO, & DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Ricardo Rodriguez & Vickie Guerrero)-
The heels win in twenty minutes when Tensai pins Brodus.

The Prime Time Players announce that they have talked with Paul Heyman and they have decided to hold a poll on WWE.com with all of the tag teams not qualified for the Royal Rumble to determine who will get a shot at the WWE World Tag Team Titles at Royal Rumble. The poll will end at 8 o’clock on Friday, and the results will be announced on Smackdown.

THE BIG SHOW vs. WADE BARRETT vs. RYBACK
Show hits Ryback with the WMD, knocking him out, but Wade breaks up the pin. Wade tries to steal the pin but Show breaks it up, then chokeslams Wade and pins him to pick up the win (15 minutes).

A few minutes after Raw goes off the air, Dragon puts out a Tout demanding a match with Cesaro.

The next day, WWE.com reports that Paul Heyman has been negotiating with Cesaro to try to make that match happen.

Main Event: (1/23/2013)
ROYAL RUMBLE QUALIFYING MATCH: Michael McGillicutty vs. Xavier Woods-
McGillicutty wins clean in six minutes

THE USOS vs. PRIMO & EPICO (w/Rosa Mendes)-
Primo & Epico win clean in eight minutes

Daniels Bryan (w/AJ) comes out to the ring and calls out Cesaro, but Paul Heyman comes out instead. Heyman says Cesaro has said that he will only face Dragon if the Mixed Tag Titles will be on the line. Dragon & AJ say that is fine with them, so Paul E. makes Dragon & AJ vs. Cesaro & Aksana for the Mixed Tag Team Titles at Royal Rumble.

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: Natalya Neidhart(c) (w/Tyson Kidd) vs. Alicia Fox-
Nattie wins clean in six minutes

ROYAL RUMBLE QUALIFYING MATCH: R-Truth vs. Roman Reigns-
Truth wins clean in ten minutes. He offers Reigns a handshake after the match, but Reigns snubs him.

Smackdown: (1/25/2013)- Sacramento, CA
Wade cuts a promo saying that he will have the toughest night that anyone has ever had at the Royal Rumble because once he wins the last chance qualifier tonight, he will not only win the Royal Rumble on Sunday, but he will have to do so after having had his match with Ryback… but that is perfectly fine with him.. In fact, he is looking forward to it because he will both beat Ryback and win the rumble match. Then he will beat Sheamus for the World Heavyweight Championship at UltraClash… and at Wrestlemania, he will defeat the WWE Champion and unify the belts!

FOURTEEN MAN ROYAL RUMBLE LAST CHANCE QUALIFYING MATCH: Tyson Kidd def. Wade Barrett, Mike Dalton, Roman Reigns, Rick Victor, Jinder, Bateman, Tatsu, CJ Parker, Leo Kruger, Jake Carter, Santino, Mason Ryan, & Xavier Woods.
Kidd enters at number five and has a very strong showing. He wins by last eliminating Wade Barrett

Antonio Cesaro cuts a backstage promo in which he says that he outsmarted Daniel Bryan. Obviously a civilized European like himself would never strike a woman. He just made everyone think he was going to hit AJ so he could goad Dragon into giving him and Aksana a Mixed Tag Team Title match.
Paul Heyman and the Prime Time Players come out and reveal the results of the #1 Contendership tag team title poll… which is… that Gabriel & Neville and the Usos split the vote with a 50-50 tie… so they will have a match to determine who gets the title shot… and that match will happen right after this commercial break!

WINNER GETS A TAG TEAM TITLE SHOT AT THE ROYAL RUMBLE: The Usos vs. Justin Gabriel & Adrian Neville-
Gabriel & Neville win clean in eight minutes. PTP do commentary for the match.

Briley Piece is interviewing Christian, asking him about his World Heavyweight Title match against Sheamus this Sunday. Christian says that he is confident that he will win. Pierce then asks him about the possibility of having to face Tyson Kidd at Wrestlemania if Kidd wins the Royal Rumble. All of the confidence seems to disappear from Christian’s face for a moment. He tells Pierce that he has more big-match experience than Tyson Kidd and says that experience will help him beat Kidd at Wrestlemania… but it doesn’t sound like Christian himself believes this.

Nattie cuts an in-ring promo saying the only Diva she hasn’t beaten yet is Aksana, so she calls Aksana out. Cesaro comes out and says that Aksana won’t wrestle Nattie tonight because she is training for their Mixed Tag Team Title match on Sunday against AJ & Daniel Bryan. Nattie says that is okay. She could and Tyson Kidd might have lost to Dragon & AJ in their Mixed Tag Team Title shot last week, but she will still one-up AJ in a bit of friendly competition by not only beating the whole Divas roster, but by beating an NXT Diva as well.

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: Natalya Neidhart(c) (w/Tyson Kidd) vs. Audrey Marie
Nattie wins clean in five minutes. Nattie starts to cut a quick promo saying that she is willing to give anyone who wants it a second shot at her, but she is interrupted by Paul Heyman. Heyman says that there is still one more woman for Nattie to beat. A woman who has been out with an injury for the past two months, but who is now back and hungry than ever. A woman he thinks has enough potential that while she was on the shelf, he signed her to an exclusive managerial services contract like has done with Brock Lesnar. A woman who he has enough confidence in to name her “the Next Big Thing in Women’s Wrestling”… TAMINA SNUKA! And Nattie will defend the Divas Title against her at the Royal Rumble. Heyman offers Nattie the chance to scout Tamina firsthand and makes a match for later tonight: Tamina Snuka vs. Layla El.
CODY RHODES vs. ZACK RYDER vs. TED DIBIASE JR-
Ryder gets the win, pinning Ted in eight minutes

Primo, Epico and Rosa cut a backstage promo. They says that they think it is dumb that Neville & Justin and the Usos got a #1 contendership match even though Primo & Epico have singles wins of Neville & Justin and just beat the Usos on Main Event, but it doesn’t matter because, with the support of the WWE Universe, they know that one of them will win the Royal Rumble!

TAMINA SNUKA vs. LAYLA EL-
Both Paul Heyman and Nattie Neidhart are on commentary during this match, with Paul E. putting Tamina over huge while Nattie watches intently, saying very little, but when she does say something, it is very insightful.
Tamina dominates the match, putting Layla away in five minutes after a vicious Samoan Drop.

Cena cuts a promo telling Lesnar “I hope you though very carefully before you decided to make your wish come true, Brock… because now you’ve got it!” It will be Cena vs. Lesanr at the Royal Rumble!

CM PUNK vs. RYBACK-
Ryback wins by DQ in four minutes when Barrett attacks him with a chair, hitting his leg a few times. After about the second chairshot, Punk moves in to make the save, but Barrett swings the chair in Punk’s direction and Punk this better of it and retreats backstage, allowing Barrett to hit Ryback a few more times before Sheamus charges down to the ring, armed with a chair of his own, and makes the save.

Kane cuts a quick promo saying that his dominating victory in the Last Chance qualifier is just a sample of how he will dominate the Royal Rumble on Sunday. The emotionless dominant monster of the 2001 Royal Rumble is back!

RANDY ORTON, BO DALLAS & JACK SWAGGER vs. ALBERTO DEL RIO, DAMIEN SANDOW, & THE BIG SHOW-
Jack Swagger made Sandow tap to the ankle lock in twelve minutes.

Backstage, Matt Striker is interviewing CM Punk. He says that he always saw Punk as a fearless warrior and an upstanding individual, so he was very surprised that Punk backed down from Wade Barrett tonight and let Barrett continue assaulting Ryback with a chair. Punk says that Ryback is a tough guy and can take care of himself. He would have made the save if Wade didn’t have the chair, but he doesn’t want to risk any unnecessary injury going into his match with The Rock at Royal Rumble, because he cannot allow The Rock to win that match.

SETH ROLLINS vs. DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero)-

WWE.com reports that tonight’s pre-show for the Royal Rumble will be very busy. In addition to the WWE World Tag Team Title match, it will also feature a Divas match between Naomi Knight and Layla El, two important announcements from WWE COO and Genreal manager of both Raw and Smackdown, Paul Heyman… and one of those announcements will be about the date of the upcoming Rey Mysterio Jr. Appreciation Night! Also on the pre-show, Matt Striker will reveal the results of WWE.com poll on who the fans think will win the Royal Rumble.

Royal Rumble: (1/27/2013)- Phoenix, AZ
PRE-SHOW:
LAYLA EL vs. NAOMI KNIGHT (w/Damien Sandow)-
Naomi wins clean in five minutes

Justin Gabriel and Adrian Neville cut a quick promo about their upcoming WWE World Tag Team Title match.
Paul E. comes out to the ring and makes two announcements. First, regarding Sin Cara’s status for tonight’s Rumble, it looks like Cara will not be able to wrestle, but Paul E. says he has found someone to take Cara’s spot who he hopes the fans will be happy with. He then announces that Rey Mysterio Jr. Appreciation Night will take place this Friday night in Rey’s home town of San Diego, and Rey will be there to address the fans.

Matt Striker reveals the results of WWE.com’s poll about who the fans think will win the Royal Rumble (worked, of course), and gives some brief analysis:
-Kane has the highest percentage, followed closely by Big Show and Ziggler.
-Others with notably high shares of the vote include Orton, Del Rio, Miz, and Seth Rollins. Striker calls attention to the fact that Rollins’ numbers are just a step below those of guy’s like Orton, Del Rio, and Miz, and are on par with those of established stars like former World Heavyweight Champion Jack Swagger, and current Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston. His numbers are even just a shade higher than those of former Intercontinental Champion and Tag Team Champion Tyson Kidd. A very impressive showing for a guy who has only officially been on the main roster for three and a half months.
He also points out that Rollins' high numbers might well be part of a trend this year as there are quite a few NXT wrestlers, such as Richie Steamboat, Randy Orton’s protégé Bo Dallas, Miz’s protégé Corey Graves, and NXT’s big man Luke Harper, whose numbers are actually higher than those of some established members of the WWE roster, such as Tensai and Drew McIntyre, who only got .5%, or Primo & Epico, whose percentages of the vote were so negligible that they round down to zero. Striker tells us not to be surprised if we see some NXT stars doing better than we thought they would.

MAIN SHOW:
The show opens with Lesnar coming out and saying that he doesn’t want to wait for his redemption any longer. He wants Cena right now.

Brock wins clean in eighteen minutes.

MIXED TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Daniel & AJ Bryan(c) vs. Antonio Cesaro & Aksana-
AJ & Dragon get the win when AJ makes Aksana tap to the Octopus Stretch in six minutes.

Seth Rollins cuts a promo saying that the Royal Rumble will be a big moment for him, as it will lead him to his first Wresltemania main event, and his first championship in the WWE!

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: Natalya Neidhart(c) (w/Tyson Kidd) vs. “The Next Big Thing in Women’s Wrestling” Tamina Snuka-
Tamina wins clean in ten minutes. Paul E. is on commentary and puts her over huge.

The Rock cuts a backstage promo about how he will win the WWE Title tonight, then continue on to defend the belt at Ultra-Clash and Wrestlemania, and beyond!

WINNER GETS A WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH AT ULTRA-CLASH: Wade Barrett vs. Ryback
Ryback wins clean in thirteen minutes

ROYAL RUMBLE MATCH:
This starts out with the ring announcer reminding us of the rules: A new participant will enter every 90 seconds. In order to be eliminated you must go over the TOP rope, and BOTH FEET must touch the floor. The last man standing is the winner.
The first two guys in the match are Richie Steamboat (#1) and Corey Graves(#2). They wrestle around, and, just as the count for the third entrant starts, Richie eliminates Graves. The third entrant is Alberto Del Rio. Richie puts up a decent fight, but Del Rio manages to eliminate him in under a minute. (I think this would be the first time that I have the announcers call attention to the fact that Richie always wins all of his matches against NXT guys but always loses to people on the main roster). Del Rio gets Ricardo to hand him a mic and he starts saying that Rey Mysterio Jr. doesn’t deserve an appreciation night. Instead, all true Latinos and true wrestling fans should appreciate him for ending Rey’s career when he threw him off the top of the cell at Hell in a Cell.

The fourth man in is Seth Rollins. Del Rio drops the mic and they square off. Rollins takes it to Del Rio, but Del Rio gets the advantage by using the mic he had dropped to hit Rollins in the head with. Del Rio works Rollins over until Primo comes out, and Del Rio now pairs of with Primo while Rollins recovers. Del Rio gets the better of Primo after hitting a big German Suplex. Del Rio does a great job of controlling both of his opponents, alternating who he goes over and beats down. The next man in is Zack Ryder and he brawls with Del Rio, too. Meanwhile Rollins and Primo recover and they go at it as well.
The next man in is Orton, then Ted Dibiase Jr. then Epico. Primo & Epico hit a series of double team moves on everyone, then they go for stereo Backstabbers on Ryder and Dibiase, but both men block the move by holding the ropes, sending their respective Colon down to the mat on their backs. They turn around and Dibiase hits Primo with the Dream Street. Meanwhile, Ryder waits for Epico to get up, then sends him back down with the Rough Ryder. Ted and Ryder have a stare-down, then start slugging it out for about fifteen seconds until the buzzer sounds and the next mans comes out… Dean Ambrose.

Ambrose gets in the ring, and Ted and Ryder immediately stop hitting each other, share a quick glance, then go after Ambrose. Ambrose fights them off as best he can, but only narrowly manages to avoid elimination several times. Everyone else is either fighting or recovering. Del Rio is working over Orton and is about to eliminate him when the clock buzzes and the eleventh entrant charges down to the ring…
It is Bo Dallas, who charges into the ring and saves his mentor from elimination. Orton and Bo then use teamwork to control the match. The Colons attack them from behind and go for a double noggin’ knocker, but Orton and Bo block it, then hit the Colons with a double noggin’ knocker of their own.

The next entrant is Cody Rhodes who comes in an stops Ryder and Ted from knocking Ambrose off the apron, only to try to knock Ambrose off the apron himself. Ambrose manages to hang on, and Ryder and Dibiase start going at it with Cody. This distraction allows Ambrose to slide back in under the bottom rope and slip away from the three men who have made it their mission to eliminate him from the Royal Rumble. The ring is really filling up now, as there are currently ten superstars in the ring, and Ambrose uses the mass of bodies to hide from Cody, Ryder, & Dibiase.
Meanwhile Rollins has Del Rio up on his shoulders and is going to F-5 him over the ropes but Ricardo grabs Rollins’ leg. This momentary distraction allows Del Rio to slip off of Rollins’ shoulders. Del Rio lands on his feet behind Rollins’ and clotheslines him over the top rope, but Rollins manages to land on the apron! Ricardo grabs both of Rollins’ legs and tries to pull him down from behind but Rollins hangs onto the ropes with his hands and manages to get his knees onto the apron, then hits Ricardo with hard elbow strike to the top of the head. Ricardo crumples and falls flat on the floor. Rollins focuses his attention back on the ring, but the moment he does a big kick from Del Rio knocks him off the apron… but both of his feet land on Ricardo’s motionless body, saving him from elimination. Rollins quickly climbs back up to the apron, then does a springboard lariat into the ring, which catches Del Rio right in the face.

The buzzer sounds and it is time for the number thirteen entrant. Just like on Raw, it is the Big Red Monster, Kane! Kane immediately starts dominating the match, knocking everyone down with clotheslines and big boots, then, as they get back up, Kane starts to hit them with Chokeslams.
Cody eats one. Then Orton. Then Rollins, then Ryder, then Ambrose, then Bo. Del Rio takes a chokeslam. Then Dibiase. The Colons decide it would be smarter to try to take Kane two-on-one, but the result is that Kane chokeslams them both at the same time! Kane lets out an evil laugh as he surveys the carnage he has created. He sees Orton trying to use the ropes to pull himself up and he sizes Randy up for a big clothesline over the ropes…
RANDY DUCKS IT AND PULLS THE TOP ROPE DOWN! KANE GOES TUMBLING OVER THE TOP ROPE! Kane gets pissed and the referees all come over to try to calm him down and get him to the back.
Meanwhile, in the ring, Cody Rhodes attacks Randy Orton from behind, then hits him with a Disaster Kick, followed by a Cross-Rhodes. Cody drags Orton to the edge of the ring to try to dump him over the top rope, but Bo Dallas makes the save. As Bo and Cody start to brawl, the next entrant comes down to the ring. The Miz charges past the pack of referees who are still trying to calm Kane down on the ramp, and slides into the ring. Miz charges at Bo, hoping to catch him while his attention is focused on Cody, but Bo sees him coming and the big forearm shot intended for Bo hits Cody instead, sending him staggering back. Miz turns to face Bo, but the moment he does he is hit with a huge spear! Cody uses this as an opportunity to hit Bo with a Disaster Kick, then hits him with a Cross-Rhodes. With all of his opponents down, Cody turns towards the hard camera and takes the time to pose.

A FAN JUMPS THE GUARDRAIL AND SLIDES INTO THE RING BEHIND CODY! The tall, rather familiar-looking blond male fan charges at Cody, hitting him with a HUGE enzulariat that sends both men tumbling over the ropes. The fan starts pummeling Cody! The referees, who have finally calmed Kane down, charge over to pull the fan off of Cody, at which point we get our first good, long look at his face: It’s Dustin Rhodes! The security comes down and arrests Dustin, and the refs send Cody to the back. Cody has been busted open, and has a look on his face like he has seen a ghost.

The next entrant is Drew McIntyre, and as Drew gets into the ring, things return to normal. The Colons are working as a team, Bo and Randy also work as a team, saving each other multiple times, and Ryder and Dibiase keep trying to eliminate Ambrose. Rollins is measuring Del Rio for the Black Out, but as he hits the ropes, Ricardo reaches into the ring and swipes at his feet… but Rollins sees it coming and jumps over it. Ricardo swipes at Rollins again, and this time Rollins jumps and lands a Black Out on Ricardo’s hand! Rollins turns his focus back towards Del Rio, only to find Del Rio charging at him. Rollins avoids Del Rio’s attack and Back Body Drops him over the top rope and onto Ricardo. Unfortunately for Del Rio, his feet do not land on Ricardo, so he is eliminated from the match.

The next man to the ring is Tensai, and he starts to dominate, taking down pretty much everyone he comes into contact with. Then Brodus Clay comes into the ring and the two big men spend the next minute and a half trading big shots. While this is happening, Ambrose takes advantage of the fact that Dibiase is down, meaning that there is only one man chasing after him, and manages to eliminate Ryder.

As Tensai and Brodus continue to fight in the middle of the ring while everyone else recovers, the buzzer sounds the and eighteenth entrant makes his way down to the ring. NXT big man Luke Harper charges into the ring and takes both Tensai and Brodus down with a double clothesline. Harper singlehandedly dominates the two men who had just been dominating the field themselves and eliminates first Tensai and then Brodus with big discus clotheslines over the top rope. Harper starts to dominate the match himself, almost eliminating Orton if not for a quick save by Bo, and then almost eliminating Bo if not for a save from Orton. Harper dominates the match so thoroughly that when the next entrant, Damien Sandow, comes out, he refuses to get in the ring until he is certain that Harper’s attention is focused on someone else. That someone turns out to be the Miz, who immediately slides under the bottom rope and out of the ring the moment he sees Harper heading for him. While Miz and Sandow talk start to talk on the floor Harper, continues to dominate the match, hitting everyone he comes across with big moves. He finally settles on Seth Rollins and lift him up for a powerbomb, then charges towards the ropes to powerbomb him out of the ring… BUT ROLLINS SLIPS FREE AND LANDS ON HIS FEET BEHIND HARPER! Rollins runs at Harper and hits him square in the back with a dropkick, sending the big man tumbling over the top rope!

Now that Harper has been eliminated, Miz and Sandow slide into the ring and seem to be working together. They go after Orton and Bo, and those teams start to brawl, but that brawl is soon interrupted by the Colons, who catch both teams from behind. The end result of this, however, is that Miz & Sandow work together to eliminate Primo while Orton and Bo work together to eliminate Epico. The two rival teams then return to their brawl, which winds up splitting off into Orton vs. Miz and Sandow vs. Bo. Miz ends up eating an RKO, then Orton goes over and helps Bo eliminate Sandow.
Orton and Bo quickly discuss who to go after next, and settle on Rollins. Orton quickly tells Bo the plan, and right as Bo goes to do what Orton said, Randy grabs him from behind and throws him over the top rope… BUT BO HANGS ON! Orton notices this, smiles at Bo, and offers him a congratulatory handshake, which Bo responds to by using the ropes to vault himself over the top rope, hitting Orton in the face with a shoulder black on his way in.

The next man into the match is Dolph Ziggler. Dolph zones in on Rollins, both seeing him as fatigued and weakened and also wanting some revenge for his loss on Smackdown. Ziggler goes after Rollins while Orton and Bo brawl and Ambrose eliminates Dibiase. The next man in is Tyson Kidd, who immediately faces off with Rollins. Cole informs us that he has just received word from Paul Heyman that the next entrant will be the man who is replacing the injured Sin Cara. Miz eliminates Drew McIntyre right as the countdown clock starts, and when the clock expires, we find out that Cara’s replacement is Billy Gunn!
Billy charges down to the ring and takes it to everybody, even managing to break up the Orton-Bo brawl with a double clothesline and Fame-Assers to both men. Miz goes over to start stomping away at Orton and Bo while Billy Gunn starts brawling with Ambrose. This is soon broken up by Ziggler, who wants to show Billy Gunn that he is now the premiere athlete in the WWE. The two men show the force they can get on their dropkicks by taking turns hitting Ambrose with big dropkicks.

The twenty-third entrant in the Royal Rumble is Johnny Curtis, who first takes Miz down with a clothesline, then sees Rollins trying to eliminate Kidd and sneaks up behind him. Curtis tries to flip both men over the top at the same time, but they both manage to land on the apron. Curtis goes to eliminate both men with a double clothesline, but manage to reverse it into a double hip toss, sending Curtis to the floor. Both men slowly try to slip back into the ring, while also keeping an eye on the other so as not to be caught by surprise and eliminated. The Miz sees this and runs over to them, alternating which one he tries to knock off the apron with forearm shots.

The buzzer sounds and the next man in Miz’s former protégé Alex Riley, who charges right at his old mentor, forcing Miz to abandon his assault on Kidd and Rollins, who both manage to slip back into the ring. Meanwhile, Ziggler has turned his attention to trying to eliminate Billy, rather than just show him up. Ambrose has picked up where Miz left off and is walking around the ring, stomping away at Kidd, Rollins, Orton, and Bo.

The next man in is Michael McGillicutty, who, after giving Ambrose a challenging stare, starts to beat down Orton. Rather than fight with McGillicutty, Ambrose decides to content himself with beating down his former FCW rival, Seth Rollins. McGillicutty goes to eliminate Orton, but Orton is saved, surprisingly, by Bo Dallas. Orton and Bo work together to eliminate McGillicutty, and after exchanging some words and gestures, seem to have reformed their alliance. While they go after Billy Gunn and Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose has been busy beating trying to eliminate Rollins, but Rollins manages to avoid elimination every time. This single-minded focus on Rollins leaves Ambrose open to an attack by Tyson Kidd, which sends him over the top rope and down to the floor.

The next man in the match is Jack Swagger, who pairs off with Kidd. Swagger hits Kidd with the Red White, & Blue Thunder Bomb, then drags him to the corner on the side of the ring near the entrance ramp. Swagger goes for a Swagger Bomb, but Kidd rolls out of the way. Kidd climbs to the top turnbuckle and waits for Swagger to get up so he can hit him with the Diving Blockbuster, but Christian runs down the ramp and shoves Kidd off the top turnbuckle, sending him face-first into the barricade. In the mean time, Miz has eliminated Riley, and he and Swagger pair off as the next man comes to the ring.

It is the Big Show, and Show starts to dominate the match until all of the guys attack him at once. The twenty-eighth entrant is Hunico, who starts off his Royal Rumble by doing a springboard dive into the ring, landing on the mass of guys who are beating Show down. When everyone (aside from Show, who is still down, selling) gets back up, Hunico pairs off with Ziggler, Rollins pairs off with Billy Gunn, Bo with The Miz, and Orton with Swagger. Right before the next countdown starts, Seth Rollins eliminates Billy Gunn.
The next entrant in the match is R-Truth, and he just takes Billy’s spot dueling with Rollins. Then the Big Show gets up… and he is ANGRY. Show once again starts to dominate the match, with Swagger, Ziggler, and Miz all eating WMDs and the others narrowly avoiding them. Everyone who hasn’t been laid out once again starts to gang up on Show, but this time Show is ready for it, and quickly retreats into a corner where he only has one front to defend. Realizing that they can’t effectively attack him, the guys going after Show break off their attack and start brawling with each other. Show, for his part, just rests in the corner and bides his time.

The final entrant is Kofi Kingston and he immediately sees an opportunity to eliminate people by going after the guys who are recovering from Big Show’s KO punches. He drags Swagger over to the ropes and tries to force him over, but somewhere along the way, Swagger regains his consciousness and is able to prevent himself from being eliminated. Kofi tries to knock Swagger back into unconsciousness with some hard punches, then goes to finish the job with Trouble in Paradise, but Swagger ducks it, catching Kofi’s back leg and dumping the Intercontinental Champion over the top rope.

While this is going on, Big Show plays hit and run, occasionally straying out of the corner to hit a bunch of power moves on people, but scurrying back whenever he sees everyone getting ready to gang up on him again.
Rollins soon eliminates Truth, and Rollins and Swagger pair off. Show decides it is time for another attack and ventures out of the corner. After hitting a few clotheslines, as usual, everyone starts to go after Show and he runs back to the corner. This time, however, Jack Swagger slides out of the ring and grabs Show’s ankle from behind, tripping him up. Swagger then locks in an ankle lock on the outside while the others beat Show down.

They all start pairing off again, with Rollins facing Miz, Swagger facing Ziggler, and Orton and Bo both working over Hunico. Orton and Bo make short work of Hunico, then decide to go after Roll- BO GRABS ORTON FROM BEHIND AND ELIMINATES HIM! Orton is furious at first, but then he very uncharacteristically laughs it off and walks backstage.

Miz eliminates Bo, and then Ziggler eliminates Swagger. Rollins then eliminates Ziggler and Big Show eliminates Miz. Rollins and Big Show are the final two, and they have a little four minute mini-match with Rollins trying to figure out how he can possibly get Show over the top rope. They work in a few teases of Rollins being eliminated and one extremely close tease of Rollins eliminating Show before Big Show finally eliminates Seth Rollins to win the 2013 Royal Rumble in just under one hour.

At the beginning I would have the announcers be slightly skeptical of Rollins chances, but as the match goes on and as he gets each big elimination, have them make it seem more and more likely that he could actually win, leading up to the big tease at the end.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Sheamus(c) vs. Christian-
Before Sheamus makes his entrance, Christian cuts a promo, sounding much more confident than he did on Smackdown, saying that it doesn’t matter who he faces at Wresltemania… even if it’s the Big Show… because he knows he will be able to beat them… just like he knows he is about to defeat Sheamus for the World Heavyweight Title!
During this match, the announcers explore the various cool possibilities for Mania involving whatever combination of Christian, Sheamus, Big Show, and Ryback, as all four men have been absolutely dominating their competition for months. The first fifteen minutes of the match show Sheamus doing his babyface stuff while Christian spends his time working over Sheamus’ ribs. Sheamus gets the advantage and sets Christian up for a Brogue kick. Christian is able to duck it… but the referee behind him isn’t. While Sheamus is checking on the ref, Christian grabs a chair and start hitting Sheamus in the back and ribs with it. Christian sets up for a spear but Tyson Kidd comes out, grabs the chair, and manages to cut Christian off, making him spear the chair. This buys Sheamus enough time to recover, and, with both men now on more-or-less even footing and a new ref in the ring, Sheamus picks up the win in about twenty-two minutes.

Matt Striker asks CM Punk for some last-minute comments heading into the main event. Punk simply says “I will not let The Rock walk away with this title.”

WWE TITLE MATCH: CM Punk(c) vs. The Rock
The match is very back and forth, and centers around Punk’s various attempts to exploit The Rock’s lack of time in the ring. In the first few minutes of the match, Punk keeps trying to catch The Rock with quick roll-ups, but Rock always kicks out, and Rock sitting down to block a sunset flip and almost getting the win convinces Punk to try something different. Punk shifts his strategy to trying to tire The Rock out with fast-paced stuff, but The Rock keeps up with him. Punk then tries to go for submissions, but The Rock always finds a way to break the hold quickly gets to the ropes. Finally Punk keeps trying to win via GTS but the Rock always manages to avoid the move. Likewise, Punk always manages to counter Rock’s signature stuff. At around the thirty minute mark, The Rock finally hits a Rock Bottom, then follows it up with The People’s Elbow.

Punk kicks out.

Rock starts to take over the match for a few minutes, but Punk starts fighting back, using a few well-placed roundhouse kicks to the head and finally manages to hit The Rock with the GTS.

Rock kicks out.

Punk immediately tries to pin The Rock again, but Rocky kicks out again. And a third time. Punk is getting very frustrated, and, as the Rock is getting back to his feet, Punk goes to the corner and starts to take the cover off of the turnbuckle. The referee admonishes Punk for this and goes to put the cover back on… and while his back is turned, Punk kicks The Rock in groin, then cinches in an small package and gets the win.
This is supposed to be that BIG garbage-throwing heel-turn moment, and I would go so far as to have some plants throw garbage at Punk as he walks up the ramp.

Raw: (1/28/2013)- Los Angeles, CA

The night’s scheduled opener is Ziggler vs. Kane, but Kane is nowhere to be found. Vickie demands that the ref declare Ziggler the winner via forfeit but Paul E. comes out and tells Dolph he has a new opponent: TENSAI!

TENSAI vs. DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero)-
Dolph wins clean in eight minutes, choking Tensai out with the Sleeper Hold

Matt Striker is backstage with the Royal Rumble winner: Big Show. Striker asks Show which title he wants to go after. Show says he is keeping his options open.

SETH ROLLINS vs. WADE BARRETT-
Rollins wins clean in ten minutes

Briley Pierce is interviewing Bo Dallas backstage. Briley is trying to convince Bo that he should just quit the WWE now because, after he betrayed Randy Orton and eliminated him from the Royal Rumble last night, if Randy finds him tonight, he is going to punt him in the head. Bo refutes this. He and Randy are cool with each other, and they will prove it tonight when they team with Jack Swagger to take on Kofi Kingston, Miz, & Corey Graves. Miz & Graves show up and Miz tells Bo that Randy is a liar. Now that Bo can’t help him win the Royal Rumble Randy has no use for him and so he will now dispose of him when the first opportunity presents itself.

SIN CARA & THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS vs. R-TRUTH, MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY, & DREW MCINTYRE-
Cara pins Truth in seven minutes.

Tamina cuts a backstage promo saying that she will be the most dominant Divas Champion of all time.

CODY RHODES vs. ZACK RYDER-
Three minutes into the match Dustin Rhodes once again jumps the guardrail and brawls with Cody (Cody wins by DQ) until they are separated by security.

Backstage, Matt Striker is leading a camera crew towards Paul Heyman’s office. As he is walking, he explains that WWE COO and General Manager of Raw & Smackdown Paul Heyman is about to give us the inside scoop on all of the details about Rey Mysterio Appreciation Night.
As we get closer to the office, we hear Paul E’s distinctive, loud voice. He sounds shocked and frantic. When we round the corner we see Paul talking on his cell phone while pacing in the front room of his office, where Steph’s desk is. “What you mean he won’t talk to me, Michelle? He and I go way back. I’ve known him for twenty three ye- you know what. It doesn’t matter. If he refuses to talk to me, I have someone else who he will talk to.”
Heyman puts the call on hold and goes over to Steph. “He won’t talk to me, but I’m sure he’ll talk to you. You screwed up by leaking the Rey Mysterio Jr. Appreciation Night announcement, and all that you needed to do was just keep a secret. This is a million times more important than that, so, please, for once, try not to be an incompetent screw-up!”

Paul E. then sends Steph out of the room and goes over all of the details of Rey Mysterio Jr. Appreciation Night this Friday Night on Smackdown in Rey’s home town of San Diego. Heyman says that Rey himself has promised to be there to address the fans, and that there will be guest appearances by famous luchadors and tribute packages to Rey throughout the show.
Just as Striker is about to wrap the segment up and send it back to King and Cole, John Cena walks into the room and asks Heyman to sign him a match against The Rock as soon as possible. Heyman tells Cena that he can’t because The Rock is currently only signed for one more WWE match, which will be at Wrestlemania 29, and The Rock doesn’t want to face Cena. Heyman says that he knows that this is hard for Cena, but he just has to accept that he might not ever get the chance to face The Rock again. Heyman tells Cena that he wants to help him take his mind off of The Rock and he thinks that having a title to worry about defending will be just the thing to do that so he books Cena in a match for the United States Title tonight against Antonio Cesaro.

MIXED TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Daniel & AJ Bryan(c) vs. Brodus Clay & Cameron-
Dragon & AJ win clean in six minutes. The finish comes when Brodus goes for What The Funk, but Dragon rolls out of the way, then locks in the Yes Lock.
Sandow comes down to do commentary for the match and says the he finds the Mixed Tag Titles to be ridiculous.

We cut to Tyson Kidd & Natalya Neidhart backstage. They express their disappointment in their losses last night because they knew how much the Divas’ Title and winning the Royal Rumble mean to the other, but as long as they have each other, everything will be fine.

RANDY ORTON, BO DALLAS, & JACK SWAGGER vs. KOI KINGSTON, THE MIZ, & COREY GRAVES-
Swagger makes Graves tap to the Patriot Act in ten minutes.

We go to Matt Striker for a quick promo from The Rock, which is interrupted by John Cena. Cena demands to know why The Rock won’t give him a rematch. Rock says that they both have more important things to do right now. Cena needs to stand up for all Americans and take the US Title away from that snobby European (sorry I couldn’t come up with a cool Rock insult) Antonio Cesaro while he needs to get revenge on CM Punk for screwing him and The People out of the WWE Title.

WWE UNITED STATES TITLE MATCH: Antonio Cesaro(c) (w/Aksana) vs. John Cena-
Cesaro pins Cena clean in fifteen minutes by countering the AA into a crucifix roll-up. As the frustrated Cena walks to the back, Matt Striker tries to get a reaction interview from him but Cena brushes him off and tells him that he is going home. The camera (& Striker) follows Cena straight to the parking lot and to Cena’s car. Just as Cena is about to get in, we hear an out-of-breath Paul Heyman shouting for Cena to wait. Heyman tells Cena he can’t go home because the show isn’t over. Cena says “you know I would never ask for this unless I really felt I needed it Paul, so please just give me some time away from the ring. I’ll gladly do charity work or public appearances but please just give me the week off from TV and house shows.”
Heyman gives in and says that he expects to see Cena back at work next week for Raw.

Alberto Del Rio comes out to the ring and cuts a promo saying he thinks it is ridiculous that WWE is having a night to honor a pathetic little chihuahua like Rey Mysterio Jr.

SHEAMUS vs. ALBERTO DEL RIO (w/Ricardo Rodriguez)-
Sheamus wins clean in fifteen minutes, then cuts a promo saying that he is looking forward to Rey Mysterio Jr. Appreciation Night because this is something that Rey has earned through all of his hard work, etc. etc.

CHRISTIAN vs. RYBACK-
Ryback wins clean in twelve minutes.

After the match, The Rock comes out and says that since Cena interrupted his promo time earlier, he is going to ensure that The People get to hear The Rock’s promo that they came to hear. Rock says that the only things that last night proved are that CM Punk is a cheater… and that CM Punk can’t beat The Rock fair and square. The Rock says that, with the support of The People, he will go to Wrestlemania and kick CM Punk’s Roody-Poo C- WHAM!
CM Punk comes out through the crowd and lays The Rock out with the WWE Title, busting him open. Punk grabs a mic and says “go back to Hollywood, Dwayne, before I ruin your movie-star face.”

NON TITLE MATCH: NXT Champion Richie Steamboat vs. R-Truth
Truth wins clean in twenty minutes. After Richie has gone to the back, Truth starts to cut a promo putting over the NXT roster when he is interrupted by Roman Reigns. Reigns says that he is sick and tired of guys on the main roster coming to NXT and stealing TV time that should be going to young up-and-comers like himself. He tells Truth he is giving him a free pass this week, but that the next time a guy from the main roster decides to show up on his show, he might not be so gracious. Reigns then walks to the back and lets Truth finish his promo (with Truth making some joke about Reigns failing at backstage politics).

OUT OF CONTINUITY NOTE: I didn’t realize that I would be doing NXT until the R-Truth-Roman Reigns thing on Main Event last week (and probably won’t be doing anything with it after Wrestlemania), so just pretend Richie won the belt from Rollins at some point back in September or October and has been defending it ever since.

Main Event is the easiest one. It is just an extra show that I have to fit in any essential matches without the major restrictions of Raw & Smackdown (i.e. that angles need to be advanced in a non-subtle way and that i need to get everyone above midcard level on the show every week).
As for NXT, I will really only be doing one or two angles, one of which I was planning on doing anyway, but doing it on NXT not only gives me more time on the main shows, but gives me a bit more versatility for the steps I want to take. As I said, I probably won't keep up NXT after I hit Mania.

NXT will help out any time you want to debut someone new, you can make them feel important by booking a little stuff in NXT before their debut, you don't need to make reference to it every week,

A few hours before the start of Smackdown, WWE.com reports that Rey Mysterio Jr. will not be able to attend tonight’s appreciation night because he is undergoing emergency knee surgery.

Smackdown: (2/1/2013)- San Diego, CA- Rey Mysterio Jr. Appreciation Night

The show opens with Paul Heyman coming out and announcing that, as already reported on WWE.com, Rey Mysterio Jr. couldn’t be here tonight because he is having emergency surgery. He knows that the fans are disappointed, but it couldn’t be helped. He announces that tonight’s Smackdown will feature Natalya’s Champion’s Rematch against Tamina, and the main event will be Rey’s long-time friend Christian taking on the WWE’s newest lucha star Sin Cara! Before we get everything underway, though Paul Heyman has a special guest to bring out… DUSTIN RHODES!
Dustin first says a few nice things about Rey, then asks Paul E. to give him one more match against Cody. Heyman says he will talk to Cody about it.

Backstage Matt Striker is interviewing Del Rio. Del Rio claims that Rey’s injury is fake and that Rey is afraid of him. He says that he has prepared his own tribute to Rey for tonight.

RANDY ORTON & BO DALLAS vs. INTERNATIONAL AIRSTRIKE 2.0 (Justin Gabriel & Adrian Neville)-
Randy & Bo win in six minutes

Backstage, Briley Pierce is interviewing Shemaus. Sheamus puts Rey over, but Pierce claims that Del Rio is telling the truth: that Rey’s surgery is an excuse to not have to be around Del Rio. Pierce claims to have called all of the surgeons in the area and none of them say that Rey went in for surgery today. Sheamus threatens to kick Pierce’s ass. Pierce tries to ask Sheamus another question but Sheamus walks off, angry.

We cut to the ring where Heath Slater appears, this time wearing a Rey mask and walking around on crutches. He starts to cut a promo but an angry Sheamus comes out and hits him with a Brogue Kick.

We get some footage of John Cena and Cody Rhodes doing charity work, along with a taped message from Cena putting Rey over.

ANTONIO CESARO & DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero & Aksana) vs. THE USOS-
Cesaro & Ziggler win in five minutes when Ziggler pins Jimmy Uso after a Zig Zag

Throughout the show we get both clips of past superstars saying nice things about Rey and interviewers asking current superstars about Rey. During each of his interviews, Briley Pierce keeps insisting that Rey’s surgery is a hoax, just like he did during Sheamus’ interview. Almost everyone who he interviews, whether face or heel, gets angry with him and Dean Amrbose even punches him in the gut.

While Striker is interviewing them, after they have said their mandatory nice things about Rey, Sandow & Naomi say that the Mixed Tag Team Titles are a physical manifestation of the ridiculous silliness that has plagued the WWE for a long time now. He says that making up your own titles is ridiculous and says that he doesn’t recognize the titles as legitimate.

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: “The Next Big Thing in Women’s Wrestling” Tamina Snuka(c) vs. Natalya Neidhart (w/Tyson Kidd)-
The match goes about five minutes before Nattie hurts her knee and Tamina quickly pins her. The ref throws up the X sign and the Tyson helps Nattie to the back.

When Matt Striker is interviewing Kofi, after Kofi talks about Rey he is interrupted by Jack Swagger. Swagger says that because he eliminated Kofi form the Royal Rumble and has gotten the win over tag teams that Kofi was on twice so far this week, Kofi should give him an IC Title shot at UltraClash.

Ryback wins a squash

When Striker is interviewing AJ & Dragon (after they have said nice things about Rey) Stirker asks them if they heard Sandow & Naomi’s comments from earlier tonight. Dragon that he thinks Sandow & Naomi are just jealous of his & AJ’s tag work, and AJ pipes in saying their excellent tag team work “comes from having perfect chemistry” (after which they share a mushy kiss). Striker then reads a longer statement that Sandow asked him to read that buries both the Mixed Tag Team Titles and AJ & Dragon’s “unprofessional” public displays of affection. This gets AJ & Dragon angry, so they go to find Paul Heyman.
The camera follows them to Heyman’s office, but he isn’t in at the moment, so they talk to Steph instead. Steph says that she is super-happy because Hunter just called and told her that he brought the kids to his parents' house and he is flying out to spend time with her over the next few days. She tells AJ & Dragon how lucky they are to have each other on the road because the exhausting WWE road schedule has prevented her from seeing Hunter for the past few months, etc, etc.
As they are chatting, Paul Heyman comes back and starts to yell at Steph (“Now that I actually give you something important to do, you are slacking off and chatting?!”)
AJ & Dragon try to take the blame but Paul E. won’t listen. He shoos AJ, Dragon, & the cameraman out of his office, and as the camera retreats, we still hear him yelling at Steph.

Big Show wins a squash match

Tyson Kidd gives a backstage interview telling us that Nattie’s injury was less serious than first thought. She will take the weekend off, but she should be okay to go again on Raw.

SIN CARA vs. CHRISTIAN-
Del Rio drives into the arena and does guest commentary during this match, and spends the whole match burying both Cara and Rey.
Cara wins clean in fifteen minutes. After the match he tries to start a chant for Rey but is jumped by Del Rio. Del Rio says that he has his own special tribute to the pathetic career of Rey Mysterio. He goes to his car and opens the trunk… and out pops a midget with a Rey mask on. Del Rio is first nice to the midget, but then beats him up. After this he grabs a mic and tells Ricardo to come out for the big surprise… but Ricardo doesn’t show. Del Rio (& the camera) go backstage to find him, and when he gets to his dressing room he finds Ricardo lying on his chest on the floor, knocked out. Del Rio rolls Ricardo over to check on him, and strapped to Ricardo’s face… is a Rey Mysterio Jr. mask!

THE REAL REY MSTERIO JR. CHARGES OUT FROM THE SHOWER AREA OF THE DRESSING ROOM AND ASSAULTS DEL RIO! Rey beats Del Rio through the arena and back onto the stage, but Del Rio manages to fight back a bit and just barely escapes to his car and drives away.

At midnight Saturday night going into Sunday, the news breaks that the Undertaker’s WWE contract has expired and he has chosen not to renew it. WWE thanks the Undertaker for his amazing career and his many years of service, both to the WWE and to the wrestling business. There will never be another like him.

WWE.com reports that John Cena has asked for some time to speak tonight and Paul Heyman has a special announcement regarding a match for UltraClash. Tonight's main event will be a huge eight man tag team match that will see Seth Rollins team up with Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston and WWE World Tag Team Champions the Prime Time Players to take on US Champion Antonio Cesaro, The Miz, Wade Barrett, and Royal Rumble Winner the Big Show.

Raw: (2/4/2013)- Atlanta, GA
Raw opens in Paul E’s office where Paul is about to make an announcement. Steph comes in, but Heyman yells at her to go away and tells her that he will deal with her later tonight. Paul E. tries to control himself during his announcement, but it is clear that he is very angry. He announces that he has made the Intercontinental Title match between Kofi Kingston and Jack Swagger at UltraClash official... but that’s not all. UltraClash will not only have an Intercontinental Title defense, but it will also have a match to determine the next challenger for the Intercontinental Title… and it will be the debut of the newest concept from the mad scientist of pro wrestling, Paul Heyman: a Four Way Frenzy. This will be a four way elimination match with only two men in the ring at a time and lucha tagging rules. There will be four qualifying matches, one on Raw, one on Smackdown, one on next week’s Raw and one on next week’s Smackdown. Tonight’s qualifier will be Dolph Ziggler vs. Tyson Kidd.

SIN CARA vs. MASON RYAN-
Cara wins clean in six minutes

AJ & Dragon call out Sandow & Naomi. They tell Sandow & Naomi that they are going to build up the prestige of the Mixed Tag Team Titles by defending the belts against every mixed tag team in the WWE. Naomi says that she & Sandow have no interest in those ridiculous belts, but they will gladly prove their superiority over AJ & Dragon by beating them in a mixed tag team match. AJ & Dragon accept and say that there is no time like the present… but Sandow & Naomi try to back out of the match, claiming that a smart wrestlers prepares for his or her opponents by scouting and developing a game plan and they won’t accept the match unless they have time to do so. AJ & Dragon suggest that they have the match on Smackdown and Sandow & Naomi accept.

INTERNATIONAL AIRSTRIKE 2.0 vs. PRIMO & EPICO (w/Rosa Mendes)-
The match starts out with five minutes of back and forth action until Gabriel & Neville hit a few pop-inducing dives to the outside, after which Primo, Epico, & Rosa get frustrated and walk off, taking a count-out loss.

Matt Striker is interviewing Natalya Neidhart & Tyson Kidd about their matches tonight. Tyson says that he is disappointed that his match and Nattie’s are so close to each other because he will be backstage warming up for his match and thus he won’t be able to be at ringside for her match. He also says that tonight’s match is his first step towards reclaiming the Intercontinental Title. Striker asks Nattie about her injured knee. She tells him it is fine.

DEAN AMBROSE vs. CODY RHODES-
During the match Dustin Rhodes runs in from the crowd and tries to attack Cody but Cody runs away, giving Ambrose a win via count-out. Cody soon comes back, though, mic in hand.
Cody: “We’re not doing this again, Dustin. You’re not costing me any more matches, and you’re not costing me any more time. I have already put Goldust down twice, now GO AWAY.”
Dustin: “Look at me, Cody! Do you see any facepaint? This isn’t Goldust talking to you. This is Dustin… and I don’t want a match. I want a fight. You have let Heath Slater walk around and mock and humiliate our father and our family. You’ve lost that special Rhodes family fighting spirit… and I’m going to beat it back into you!”

Cody thinks for a few seconds, then says “Fine Dustin. We’ll do this one more time… if you agree to the following terms. If I win, you’re done. Forever. No more Dustin, no more embarrassment, and certainly no more Goldust.”

Dustin is about to say something but Cody quickly interrupts him. “Don’t answer me now. This is a big decision. Take some time to think about it.” Cody walks backstage, and we cut to commercial.

BO DALLAS & RANDY ORTON vs. DREW MCINTYRE & MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY-
Bo & Randy win clean in nine minutes.

Matt Striker is interviewing Sheamus about his upcoming World Heavyweight Title defense against Ryback at UltraClash. Sheamus says that this might well be his toughest defense yet. He says that Ryback has been an unstoppable force in the WWE for close to a year now… but so has he. People can get so lost in CM Punk’s 442 days & counting that they don’t realize that Sheamus has been the World Heavyweight Champion for over ten months now and has defeated everyone from technical wrestlers like Dolph Ziggler & Daniel Bryan to powerhouses like Kane and strikers like Wade Barrett. When he and Ryback meet at UltraClash, they will determine who is truly the most dominant force in the WWE.

NATALYA NEIDHART vs. ALICIA FOX-
Two minutes into the match Paige comes out and clips Nattie’s knee (causing Nattie to win by DQ) then locks her in the Stretch Muffler. Refs come out to try to make her release the hold but she won’t do it. Eventually Paige releases the hold but she has done severe damage to Nattie’s knee. We see her being helped backstage and loaded into an ambulance to get a diagnosis on her knee. Tyson Kidd wants to go with her but Nattie tells him not to pass up his opportunity to win the IC Title back.

FOUR WAY FRENZY QUALIFIER: Tyson Kidd vs. Dolph Ziggler (w/Vickie Guerrero)-
It is clear that Tyson Kidd is thinking a lot more about Nattie than he is about this match and Ziggler catches him with a roll-up in just six minutes.

Jack Swagger cuts a babyface promo about being an all-American American and bringing the IC Title home to the USA.

John Cena comes out to the ring, mic in hand, and calls out CM Punk. Cena shows the footage of the finish to Punk vs. Rock from Royal Rumble and says “that’s not you, man.” He says that CM Punk is a man of integrity, and using a low blow to win a match is not something that CM Punk would do.
Punk says that he did what he had to do to win, and accuses Cena of being jealous of him for doing what he couldn’t: beating The Rock. Then Punk says “That’s what this is really about, isn’t it, John? You still haven’t given up hope of getting a rematch with The Rock. The Rock wants the WWE Title, so you figure you need to have the WWE Title to face him, so you come out here and make a personal attack on me and try to get under my skin so I’ll give you a WWE Title match. Well that’s too bad, John. You haven’t earned a title shot, so you’re not getting one.”
Punk then walks off, leaving Cena alone in the ring.

We cut backstage to Matt Striker who is interviewing Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio tells us that due to injuries suffered at the barbaric hands of Rey Mysterio Jr., Ricardo Rodriguez won’t be here for a few weeks. Del Rio is then jumped from behind by Rey and they brawl until security separates them.

ANTONIO CESARO, THE BIG SHOW, WADE BARRETT, & THE MIZ (w/Corey Graves & Aksana) vs. SETH ROLLINS & THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS, & KOFI KINGSTON-
Rollins pins Barrett in fifteen minutes.

Paul Heyman comes out to the ring and orders all of the guys from the main event to go to the back. He then demands that Steph come out and “face the music.” Steph comes out and Heyman yells at her for not being able to get the Undertaker to sign a new contract. Heyman just keeps shouting at Steph, calling her dumb, incompetent, a bimbo… basically every mean thing you can think of to say to someone.

IT’S TIME TO PLAY THE GAME!
Triple H’s music plays and a very pissed off former WWE COO Hunter Hearst Helmsley charges out to the ring, scaring Paul E. off and saving Steph from more public shaming.

WWE.com reports that Nattie Neidhart's knee is badly damaged and she will be out of action for the foreseeable future.

Smackdown: (2/8/2013)- Jacksonville, FL
RANDY ORTON & BO DALLAS vs. WADE BARRETT & CAMACHO-
Wade seems especially eager to mix it up with Randy during this match, starting two brawls with him on the outside when neither of them is the legal man. Orton & Bo win in six minutes when Randy pins Camacho with an RKO.
After the match, the Prime Time Players come out and say that they have been very impressed by Bo & Randy lately and offer them a shot at the WWE World Tag Team Titles at UltraClash.

Matt Striker is interviewing Richie Steamboat about his match tonight. Richie says he is excited because not only will he secure his first victory of a member of the main roster tonight, but he will do so in a major way, beating a champion and getting himself into a match where he will have the chance to earn a shot at the prestigious Intercontinental Title.

JOHN CENA vs. THE MIZ (w/Corey Graves)
Cena wins clean in eight minutes. After the match Cena grabs a mic and calls Punk out again, but Punk doesn’t come out. Cena decides to say his piece anyway, though. He says that Punk is wrong. This isn’t about The Rock for him. It is about CM Punk and, more importantly, the WWE fans. Cena says that the fans are very disappointed with Punk’s actions at Royal Rumble and Cena wants to try to stop Punk from turning his back on the fans. Punk claims to be the same guy he always has been… well Cena wants to test that first-hand. He doesn’t care if he and Punk have a match for the title or not. He just cares that they have a good clean match. Punk comes out and says that if this is really true, Cena will agree to face him at UltraClash in a non-title match. Cena agrees.

Briley Pierce is interviewing Primo, Epico, & Rosa. He starts to ask them about why they walked out of their match against International Airstrike 2.0 on Raw, but before they can answer, Pierce sees an a furious Alberto Del Rio heading towards Paul Heyman’s office. He tells Primo, Epico, & Rosa to wait right there because he is going to get the scoop on what Del Rio wants. Pierce (& the camera) follows Del Rio, trying to get his attention, but he ignores them and barges into Paul Heyman’s office… and is faced with the imposing form of Brock Lesnar. Del Rio demands that Lesnar stand aside and let him see Heyman. Heyman tells Brock to let Del Rio through.
Del Rio tells Heyman that he won’t go out for his match tonight unless Paul can promise him that he will not be attacked by Rey Mysterio Jr. Heyman says that Rey isn’t medically cleared yet. Del Rio points out that a wrestler who isn’t medically cleared is still allowed backstage. Heyman responds that under normal circumstances this would be true, but because of Rey’s penchant for having physical confrontations with Del Rio, he has ordered Rey to stay at home until he is medically cleared for physical competition.
Having gotten his scoop, Pierce goes back to find Primo, Epico, & Rosa, but they are gone.

DANIEL & AJ BRYAN vs. DAMIEN SANDOW & NAOMI-
Sandow & Naomi win when Sandow uses the ropes for illegal leverage to pin Dragon. Dragon & AJ are angry and Sandow & Naomi scamper out of the ring and point to their heads to show everyone how smart they are as they retreat up the ramp. Total time is ten minutes.

Briley Pierce asks Antonio Cesaro how he feels about his chances in tonight’s Four Way Frenzy qualifying match. Cesaro says that Richie is just an American NXT loser and is no big deal. Pierce brings up their history FCW, reminding Cesaro that he could never beat Richie for the FCW Jack Brisco 15 Championship. Cesaro says that is all in the past. He is so confident that he will win tonight that he is willing to put his US Title on the line in the Four Way Frenzy Qualifier.

ALBERTO DEL RIO vs. THE BIG SHOW-
Two minutes into the match Rey Mysterio Jr. comes out of the crowd and jumps Del Rio, leading to a DQ. They once again brawl and are separated.

Christian comes out to the ring and says “this week on Raw, Tyson Kidd lost someone very special to him… but why focus on the bad news when we can focus on the good news? I would like to introduce you all to someone very special to me. The person who has finally made it possible for me to get the monkey off of my back… PAIGE!
Paige comes out and tells everyone that she likes to hurt people and that she enjoyed ripping Nattie’s leg off. A furious Tyson Kidd charges to the bring and starts brawling with Christian until Paige low blows him and she and Christian put the boots to Tyson.

Ryback cuts a quick backstage promo saying that he will beat Sheamus at UltraClash for the World Heavyweight Title, and in doing so, prove that he is the most dominant force in the WWE.

FOUR WAY FRENZY QUALIFYING MATCH FOR THE WWE UNITED STATES TITLE: Antonio Cesaro(c) (w/Aksana) vs. Richie Steamboat-
Cesaro wins clean in ten minutes.

We cut backstage to Dustin Rhodes, who has an answer for Cody. Dustin says he has thought long and hard about this. He loves being Goldust and he loves performing for the fans, and he doesn’t want to lose the ability to do that… but some things are more important than his own personal wants. He accepts Cody’s challenge. It while be Cody Rhodes vs. Dustin Rhodes in a Street Fight, and if Dustin loses, he must retire from wrestling.

SHEAMUS & JACK SWAGGER vs. KOFI KINGSTON & DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero)-
Ziggler pins Swagger clean in twelve minutes

As the guys from the main event are walking to the back, Triple H’s music plays. Hunter comes out to the ring and demands that Heyman come out. Heyman does come out, guarded by arena security and Brock Lesnar. Heyman demands that Hunter be removed from the arena, but Hunter says that Paul doesn’t have the authority to do that. While he might not be the COO anymore, Hunter is still both contracted WWE talent and a major shareholder in the company. Heyman accepts this.

Heyman: Fine. I can’t kick you out… but you’re not scheduled to be here, either. What the hell are you doing here?
Triple H: I’m here to end this, Paul. Every week for the past three months you have berated, belittled, and humiliated my wife… and as a man, I can’t let that happen. Since the beginning of the year you have even started doing it on worldwide TV, and now that I am healthy, I am here to do something about it.
You claim that you are running the WWE better than the McMahons ever did? Well I see you making the same mistakes that Vince has. You are letting your own personal vendettas get in the way of business. Major stars like Scott Hall, X-Pac, Justin Credible, the New Age Outlaws, and Kevin Nash all boycotted the Raw 20th Anniversary Show because of the way you have treated Steph. You’ve taken guys that myself or Johnny Ace were instrumental in signing and let them languish in developmental simply because they’re not “your” guys…
And worst of all, you are getting just as power hungry as Vince did. I will fully admit that I don’t have any proof of this, but it seems awfully suspicious to me that Dean Ambrose jumped the guardrail and attacked Mick Foley at Survivor Series at the exact moment that he did. That’s right, Paul: I think you took legitimately the nicest guy in the wrestling business and you sold him out. You set Mick Foley up to take a brutal, almost life-threatening assault just so you could guarantee yourself your ultimate revenge and control over the WWE! But I’m here to stop it, Paul.

Heyman: Even if what you are saying is true… and the second and third ones most certainly aren’t… do you really expect that I would just give you control of the company? You must be insane! And that shows just how much truth your claims have.

Triple H: Here’s the deal, Paul. Me vs. Brock, one more time. If I win, I get your place as COO. If you win, you get my shares of the company. Deal?

Brock seems ready to go right now, but Heyman says he will think about it and get back to Hunter on Raw.

WWE.com reports that all of WWE’s shows this week have stacked cards, with HUGE main events this week. On Raw it will be Dolph Ziggler, Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow, & Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston taking on Daniel Bryan, Seth Rollins, Jack Swagger, & WWE Champion CM Punk. Main Event will feature The prime Time Players teaming up with Seth Rollins to take on Randy Orton, Bo Dallas, & Zack Ryder, NXT will see Corey Graves & The miz take on Richie Steamboat & R-Truth, Superstars will feature Rollins & Sin Cara taking on Ziggler and Antonio Cesaro, and Smackdown will feature one the biggest main events in Smackdown history: WWE Champion CM Punk will team up with Ryback to take on John Cena and the World Heavyweight Champioin, Sheamus!

Also on tonight’s Raw will be the contract signing between Ryback and Sheamus, Sin Cara vs. Dean Ambrose in a Four Way Frenzy qualifier, Paul Heyman responds to Triple H’s challenge, and an appearance by the Hardcore Legend MICK FOLEY!

Rey Mysterio puts out a Tout daring Del Rio to step into the ring in Nashville on Raw. He says he’ll be waiting.

Raw: (2/11/2013)- Nashville, TN
TYSON KIDD vs. JTG-
Tyson is extremely aggressive and wins the match fairly quickly. He then grabs the mic and demands a match against Christian.

Damien Sandow cuts a backstage promo saying that he & Naomi have changed their minds. They do want the mixed tag titles after all

FOUR WAY FRENZY QUALIFYING MATCH: Dean Ambrose vs. Sin Cara-
Cara wins clean in twelve minutes

Scheduled for now is an interview with Primo, Epico,& Rosa, but they have apparently decided to no-show the interview.

RANDY ORTON & BO DALLAS vs. LEO KRUGER & BIG E. LANGSTON-
PTP are on commentary for this match. A few minutes into the match, Miz & Graves come out and assault Bo & Randy with steel chairs. PTP come in to make the save but Miz & Graves beat them down, too.

Ryback and Sheamus’ contract signing goes off without a hitch. Paul E. hypes it up as the clash of the titans. Big Show then comes out and interrupts everything. He says that this won’t be the clash of the titans. This is just a preliminary match. The real clash of the titans will take place when he faces the winner of this match for the World Heavyweight Title at Wrestlemania.

BRODUS CLAY (w/the Funkadactyls) vs. TENSAI-
Brodus wins clean in six minutes

Mick Foley cuts an in-ring promo in which he says that he forgives DeanAmbrose for assaulting him. He says Ambrose is just using the tried and true tactic of going after an established star to make a name for himself, and Foley understands that. One thing about the attack that bothers him, though, is just how damn convenient the timing was. If Dean Ambrose doesn’t jump me exactly when he does, then John Cena pins CM Punk and eliminates him from the match. Seems to me like it works out pretty well for a certain someone who happened to gain control of the entire WWE as a result of the outcome of that match.
But Paul and I have been friends for twenty years, now, and I don’t think that even he would stoop so low as to set me up like that, so Paul, please come out here and tell me that you didn’t do it.

While Foley is waiting for Heyman, Dean Ambrose comes out of the crowd and jumps Foley from behind with a steel chair. Ambrose lays on a vicious beatdown until he is chased away by some of the babyfaces.

HEATH SLATER vs. ALBERTO DEL RIO (w/Ricardo Rodriguez)-
Heath comes out first and once again mocks Dusty Rhodes. Ricardo then comes out and says that Alberto Del Rio will not be wrestling this match because he is on strike because WWE has an “unsafe working environment.”
Slater wins the match by forfeit. He grabs a mic and says that Del Rio is almost as much of a coward as Dusty Rhodes is. Dustin Rhodes then charges the ring and Heath flees. Dustin then cuts a short promo hyping up his match with Cody at UltraClash

Paul Heyman comes out to the ring with some very official looking papers. He then orders the Titan-Tron guys to call Triple H, and they get Triple H hooked up live via satellite. Heyman says that Hunter doesn’t get to dictate terms to him. After all, it is Hunter who wants this match, not Brock or Heyman. Paul E. then lays out some new terms. If Hunter loses, not only will Heyman get all of his shares of the company, but he will also get complete control of Hunter’s contract. He can make him a ring-crew guy or a janitor or whatever else he wants. Furthermore, Brock has already beaten Hnter, but Hunter has never beaten Brock, so Paul E. says that if Hunter wins he will not get the company back, but rather he will get the chance to win control of the company back at a later date in a rubber match.
Hunter, realizing that he really doesn’t have much choice if ever wants to win control of the company back, accepts Paul’s terms, and the match is made for UltraClash

WWE.com reports that Daniel & AJ Bryan will defend the Mixed Tag Team Titles against Damien Sandow & Naomi at UltraClash. Towards the end of the match Richie has Miz on the ropes, and it seems like Richie is about to pick up that first elusive win over a member of the main roster when Roman Reigns comes down the ramp with a steel chair. The ref seems him coming and goes out to stop him but gets thrown aside.. Truth goes to fight Reigns but he eats a chairshot, causing a DQ. Reigns then slides in the ring to hit The Miz with the chair but Miz escapes into the crowd. Reigns goes to beat Truth down but is stopped by Richie. The two of them brawl with Richie getting the better end of things.

THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS vs. COREY GRAVES & THE MIZ-
PTP charge the ring and start brawling with Miz & Graves. The brawl lasts a minute or two and ends when Miz and Graves hit the PTP with low blows, then escape into the crowd.

Before during his entrance, Cesaro cuts a promo about how he is going to win the Four Way Frenzy at UltraClash. Ziggler cuts a promo during his entrance saying that he will do the same, and he will do it in a much more impressive fashion than Cesaro ever could. Obviously, this leads to the heels don’t get along, allowing the babyfaces to pick up the win when Rollins rolls Ziggler up while Ziggler is jawing with Cesaro. Total time- twenty minutes

Miz & Graves immediately hit their opponents with low blows, then escape into the crowd and leave the arena
FOUR WAY FRENZY QUALIFYING MATCH: Seth Rollins vs. Brodus Clay (w/Cameron)-
Rollins overcomes the odds and beats the much bigger man cleanly in ten minutes.

Antonio Cesaro cuts a backstage promo about how he will win the Four Way Frenzy, then win the IC Title and unify it with the US Title. Jack Swagger walks by and says that will never happen because he will win the IC Title this Sunday and he will beat whoever comes out of the Four Way Frenzy with the title shot… even if it is the US Champion.

NAOMI (w/Damien Sandow) vs. AJ BRYAN (w/Daniel Bryan)-
Sandow grabs AJ’s foot, tripping her up as she hits the ropes. Dragon goes after Sandow and they brawl, but meanwhile Naomi capitalizes off of Sandow’s interference and hits AJ with whatever her finisher is.

Both the Prime Time Players and Randy & Bo barge into Heyman’s office and demand another match wsith miz & Graves as soon as possible. Heyman says that in order to make the match as soon as possible, they would need to let Miz & Graves into the tag team title match at UltraClash. Both teams are okay with it, but on the condition that it is an elimination match, so that they can kick Miz & Graves’ asses first, then face off for the tag team titles.
Christian comes out to the ring and says that he is about to bring out an icon of Canadian wrestling… Natalya Neidhart’s music plays, and out comes Paige in one of Nattie’s t-shirts and a blonde wig, walking with crutches. They make mean and tasteless jokes until Tyson Kidd charges down to the ring. Tyson is so angry he can barely control himself, which allows Christian to get the advantage, but Tyson grabs one of the crutches and Christian bales, with Tyson following him all the way to the back, where he is intercepted by security

PRE-SHOW:
MIXED TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Daniel & AJ Bryan(c) vs. Damien Sandow & Naomi-
Sandow & Naomi win in ten minutes when Naomi rolls AJ up and pulls her tights for extra leverage.

Antonio Cesaro cuts his standard anti-US promo but is interrupted by Jack Swagger. Swagger says that Cesaro might not win the Four Way Frenzy tonight, but if he does and Swagger wins the IC Title, there is no way that Cesaro will be able to beat an All-American American.

MAIN SHOW:

WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH: Kofi Kingston(c) vs. Jack Swagger-
Swagger wins clean in twelve minutes, countering a Trouble in Paradise into a Patriot Act and making Kofi tap. After the match Kofi shows Swagger respect and shakes his hand.

Seth Rollins cuts a backstage promo saying that tonight is the next step on his journey to winning his first title in the WWE.

THREE WAY ELIMINATION MATCH FOR THE WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES: The Prime Time Players(c) vs. Randy Orton & Bo Dallas vs. The Miz & Corey Graves-
The first elimination comes eight minutes in when everyone but Orton in involved in a brawl on the outside, taking the referee’s attention away. This allows Wade Barrett to interfere, assaulting Randy Orton and knocking him out with a Barrett Barrage. Darren Young eventually breaks free of the brawl and slides into the ring. Seeing Orton down, Young slides back out, grabs the referee, then gets back into the ring and pins Orton. The second elimination comes a few minutes later when PTP hit their finish and get the pin on Graves.

FOUR WAY FRENZY MATCH FOR A SHOT AT THE WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE: Sin Cara vs. Seth Rollins vs. Antonio Cesaro (w/Aksana) vs. Dolph Ziggler (w/Vickie Guerrero)-
First Elimination: Rollins pins Cara after a Black Out at the ten minute mark.
Second Elimination: Cesaro sets up for the Neutralizer on Rollins but Rollins counters it with a jackknife pin and eliminates Cesaro. An angry Cesaro hits Rollins with a bicycle kick before leaving the ringside area (14:00 or so)
Third Elimination: Ziggler throws everything he has at Rollins but Rollins won’t stay down. Ziggler eventually wins the match in just under twenty minutes by rolling up Rollins and using the ropes for extra leverage.

TYSON KIDD vs. CHRISTIAN-
Kidd is very aggressive and works over Christian’s neck all match, building up to hitting Christian with a piledriver. Rather than go for the pin, though, Kidd picks Christian up and hits him with another piledriver. Then he goes for a third piledriver. The referee tells him that he has Christian beat and he should just finish the match already, but Kidd doesn’t listen and hits the third piledriver. Then a fourth. The ref DQ’s Kidd for excessive punishment, but Kidd doesn’t care and picks Christian up and hits him with yet another piledriver. The ref tries to stop Kidd but Tyson clotheslines him, then grabs Christian for a sixth piledriver, but security swarms the ring and manages to restrain him before he can hit it. Christian is stretchered off (total time- fifteen minutes).

STREET FIGHT IN WHICH IF DUSTIN LOSES, HE MUST RETIRE: Cody Rhodes vs. Dustin Rhodes-
This is bloody and violent, with both men bleeding a lot. Cody picks up the win in just over fifteen minutes via Cross Rhodes. After the match, Cody just stays kneeling on the mat and stares at the huge pool of his and his brother’s blood.

CM PUNK vs. JOHN CENA- the match goes about twelve minutes before Cena starts to get an advantage, but it is cut off by a blatant low blow from Punk (Cena wins by DQ). Punk walks up the ramp with the WWE Title held high over his head.

IF BROCK WINS, HEYMAN GETS FULL CONTROL OF TRIPLE H’S CONTRACT AND ALL OF HIS STOCK, IF TRIPLE H WINS, HE GETS A CHANCE TO WIN THE COMPANY BACK AT WRESTLEMANIA: Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar (w/Paul Heyman)
Brock wins in twenty-five minutes. At one point during the match we get a ref bump, which is quickly followed by Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash trying to interfere on behalf of Triple H but Brock takes them both out. Also during with ref bump, when Triple H is down, Heyman gets in the ring and tries to hit Hunter with his small, modern cellphone. Hunter no-sells it and Heyman runs away scared. Brock eventually picks up the win making Hunter tap to the Kimura.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Sheamus(c) vs. Ryback-
Sheamus wins clean in seventeen minutes. Big Show is on commentary for this match. After the match he gets into the ring and the show ends with Sheamus and Big Show having a staredown.

WWE.com announces that Paul Heyman has suspended Tyson Kidd indefinitely for his brutal assault on Christian during and after their match at UltraClash. We will have an update on Christian's condition for you tonight on Raw. Also scheduled for Raw are two big tag team matches: First we will have Santino Marella making his return to the ring after missing some time with an injury teaming up with NEW Intercontinental Champion Jack Swagger to face the man the Swagger took the title from last night, Kofi Kingston, and the new #1 contender for that title, Dolph Ziggler. Then, in the main event, it will be Damien Sandow, The Big Show, The Miz, & Dean Amrbose vs. Daniel Bryan, R-Truth, Sin Cara, & Ryback!

Raw: (2/18/2013)- Lafayette, LA

SHEAMUS vs. CODY RHODES-
Cody doesn’t show up for the match, and it seems as if he hasn’t even shown up to the arena tonight. Sheamus still wants some competition, though, so he makes an open challenge, which is answered by Tensai.

SHEAMUS vs. TENSAI-
Sheamus wins clean in eight minutes.

Seth Rollins cuts a backstage promo saying that even though he didn’t win the Four Way Frenzy match and earn a shot at the IC Title- though maybe he would have if Dolph Ziggler had decided to play by the rules-, he did manage to pin both international sensation Sin Cara and the WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro. Rollins says that he his hungry for his first taste of WWE gold, and that by pinning Cesaro, he thinks that he has earned a shot at the US Title.

PTP come out and say that they didn’t like the way that the WWE World Tag Team Title match went down last night so they are coming out to offer Bo & Orton another shot at the titles tonight. Bo & Orton come out and accept the match. PTP say that they will go talk to Paul Heyman to make it official.

DREW MCINTYRE & MICHAEL MCGILLICUTY vs. THE USOS-
Usos win clean in eight minutes

Our cameras are backstage, following PTP towards Heyman’s office. When we get to the office, we hear Heyman ordering a clearly unhappy Steph to make preparations for a party on Raw next week that will celebrates Lesnar’s victory over Triple H last night and with it, Heyman’s ultimate victory over the McMahons. PTP ask Paul to make their tag title match tonight against Bo & Orton official, and Paul does so. On the way out of Paul’s office, PTP talk to each other about how great an idea a party is, and think about throwing a celebration of their own.

TAMINA SNUKA & ALICIA FOX vs. LAYLA EL & KAITLYN-
Paige is on commentary for this match. She says she is shouting Tamina. She also tells us that after last night’s vicious and uncalled-for attack by Tyson Kidd, Christian will be out of action for about five weeks, but he plans on being back sooner than that.
The match goes six minutes with Tamina pinning Layla. Tamina refuses to tag Alicia in at all, and they have words after the match, resulting him Tamina laying Fox out with a big clothesline.

Heath Slater comes out to the ring, now mocking Goldust just like he had been mocking Dusty since Summer Slam. Slater makes an open challenge which is answered by John Cena.

JOHN CENA vs. HEATH SLATER-
Cena is very pissed off and after a few moves, Slater senses this and just runs away, taking a loss by count-out. Cena then grabs a mic and demands that CM Punk come out and give him an explanation for why he hit him with a blatant low blow last night at UltraClash and intentionally got himself DQed. Punk doesn’t come out, so Cena hypothesizes that Punk knew that Cena would beat him, so he took the coward’s way out. This brings out Punk. Cena dares Punk to get in the ring with him, but Punk stays on the ramp. Punk says that he has a major title defense coming up at Wrestlemania against The Rock, and he didn’t want to risk getting hurt in a pointless match against a chump like Cena when he should be training for his match with The Rock. After a bit more back-and-forth, Punk really starts to push Cena’s buttons, and Cena starts to come after Punk. Punk tries to escape by backing his way up the ramp… until The Rock comes out and cuts him off. Punk is now trapped on the ramp with Rocky blocking his escape at the top and Cena blocking his escape at the bottom. Ever the strategist, Punk leaps off the side of the ramp and runs backstage… and now we have Rock and Cena in staredown on the ramp. They stare at each other long and hard before finally shaking hands.

We go backstage to where Briley Pierce is interviewing Antonio Cesaro. Pierce asks Cesaro about Seth Rollin’s comments from earlier tonight, and Cesaro responds by saying that no American, whether it be Rollins, Swagger, Dragon, Cena, or a wanna-be American like Santino Marella or Kofi Kingston, will ever take his title away from him.

Wade Barrett comes out to the ring, mic in hand
Barrett: A lot of people are wondering why I attacked Randy Orton at UltraClash. Well, the answer is simple. Heading into last year’s Wrestlemania, Randy and I were embroiled in a bitter feud that, due to an unfortunate injury that kept me out for seven months, was never settled. Since I’ve been back, I have been doing other things, such as helping Paul Heyman win control of this company from the McMahons, and challenging for the World Heavyweight Title- which, for the record, I would have won had it been a normal match rather than a tables match. I had Sheamus knocked out and everyone who saw that match knows it!
Anyway, as I haven’t been able to earn another shot at that title as of yet, I figured I would kill of two birds with one stone. Get myself back in the title picture by taking out a big dog, and settle an old grudge while I’m at it. So in case anyone is wondering, I will not be interfering in tonight’s World Tag Team Title match. All I wanted to do last night was throw down the gauntlet, and I’m sure that Randy got the mess-
Miz’s music hits and he and Corey Graves come down to the ring. Miz is pissed because Barrett’s interference allowed Darren Young to pin Orton, when Miz wanted to be the one to pin Orton. Miz says that Barrett’s issues with Orton will have to wait because now he has issues with Miz.
Barrett tells Miz that he had his chance to face Orton, so he needs to get to the back of the line. Miz responds by saying that he won’t wait behind someone who is worse than him. Barrett challenges Miz to a match on Smackdown with the winner getting first crack at Orton and Miz accepts.

We get footage of Primo, Epico, & Rosa doing a charity appearance. They seem to be getting along very well with the fans and are being swarmed with fans who want to talk to them.

JACK SWAGGER & SANTINO MARELLA vs. KOFI KINGSTON & DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero)-
Ziggler takes Santino out with a Zig Zag on the outside, leaving Swagger at a disadvantage. Swagger manages to overcome the odds and fight back valiantly, but Antonio Cesaro comes down to ringside and clobbers Swagger with the US Title belt (while Vickie has the ref distracted) allowing Ziggler to pick up the win. After the match Ziggler and Cesaro beat Swagger down. Kofi looks like he is thinking about helping Swagger, but instead just walks away. After all, it’s not his problem. The beatdown continues until Seth Rollins shows up with a steel chair to drive the heels away.

We get a recap of Ambrose attacking Foley on Raw last week, then we go to Matt Striker asking Ambrose why he did it. Ambrose repeats his whole spiel about Foley being the cause of tons of young aspiring wrestlers ruining their lives with his hardcore stuff, but he says that will not happen anymore because he has gotten rid of Mick Foley once and for all.

WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: The Prime Time Players(c) vs. Bo Dallas & Randy Orton-
PTP win clean, pinning Bo after their finish in ten minutes.

Heyman comes out and announces that he has made the Barrett vs. Miz match for Smackdown official. He also invites everyone to tune in to Raw next week for the celebration of his victory over the McMahons, featuring the star of Monday Night Raw: Brock Lesnar.

DEAN AMBROSE, THE MIZ, THE BIG SHOW, & DAMIEN SANDOW, (w/Corey Graves & Naomi) vs. R-TRUTH, SIN CARA, RYBACK, & DANIEL BRYAN (w/AJ Bryan)-

This week's Smackdown will feature a huge main event featuring Dolph Ziggler & Antonio Cesaro teaming up to face Seth Rollins and Jack Swagger in an elimination tag team match. Also on Smackdwon, The Miz and Wade Barrett will face off for the right to take on Randy Orton without interference from the other, and the Prime Time Players have asked for time to address the WWE Universe.

On Thursday night, Paul Heyman puts out a Tweet saying that everyone should tune in to Smackdown right at 8pm because he has a HUGE surprise match in store.

Smackdown: (2/22/2013)- Biloxi, MO
Smackdown starts with Paul Heyman and CM Punk in the ring. Punk seems very unsure of why he is out here.

Heyman: I promised a big surprise for tonight and, as ever, I am a man of my word. Those of you who have good attention to detail will have notice that the last time CM Punk defended the WWE Title was at the Royal Rumble, twenty-six days ago. Now, as you know we have a rule here in the WWE that says that champions MUST defend their titles at least once every thirty days or they will be stripped of the belt. While we have a few days left, this would problem would normally be solved by Mr. Punk defending the title at one of our live events over the weekend or even on Raw on Monday… but I was thinking… why not have that title match right here in the great city of Biloxi, MO?

Punk starts to get upset and protests that he hasn’t had any time to prepare for his opponent. Heyman responds by telling Punk that his opponent hasn't had any time to prepare either… but that shouldn't matter in this case because Punk and his opponent have met quite recently so the strategies should still be fresh in their minds. Punk demands to know who Heyman thinks has earned a title shot against him.

Heyman: the only man to have beaten you since Daniel Bryan back in December… JOHN CENA!

Punk: Are you kidding me? Cena won by disqualification because I got tired of wasting my energy on him. He didn’t pin my shoulders to the mat. He didn’t make me tap out. He doesn’t deserve this title shot.
Heyman: While you are correct in that he didn’t pin you or make you tap out… I can’t help but notice that you didn’t do the same to him, either, Punk.
Punk: You’re only giving Cena this title shot because you know that he sells merch and you want to do Rock vs. Cena at Wrestlemania again because you think it will get you a huge buyrate. I think you need to rethink your priorities, Paul.

Heyman: I’m sorry that you feel that way, Punk, but if you want to prove that John Can doesn’t deserve a title shot, prove it right now by beating him in the middle of this ring. John, you’d better get out here quick. The match starts right when we get back from commercial.

WWE TITLE MATCH: CM Punk(c) vs. John Cena-
The wrestle for a few minutes before Punk once again quickly low-blows Cena then goes to leave the arena. Heyman intercepts him in the parking lot and starts yelling at him, but Punk tells Heyman that he has decided the he needs some time off. Heyman starts to get angry but Punk accuses Heyman of favoritism because he let Cena do it last month.

We cut back to the ring where John Cena cuts a promo calling CM Punk a coward and vowing to dethrone Punk and become the WWE Champion, then to beat The Rock at Wrestlemania.

R-Truth cuts a quick backstage promo on Roman Reigns saying that he will come to NXT to teach Reigns some respect the next time he isn’t booked for Main Event.

Backstage, Matt Striker asks Randy Orton for some thoughts on the situation between Wade Barrett and the Miz, namely that they will be battling it out tonight on Smackdown for the right to face him without interference from the other. Randy just smiles and tells Striker that he is very much looking forward to the match.

The Prime Time Players come out to the ring (with cake and balloons) and say that they are having a Million Dolla Celebration (or something with a more hip name that). They talk about some of their big tag team wins, the fact that they have been tag team champions for 213 days now, easily the longest reign in about four years, and they are still going strong… but, despite what they might have said in the beginning of their reign, they have come to realize that they could never have done it without the support of the WWE Universe… and as such, they would like to share some of their cake with the WWE Universe.
Darren Young starts to cut the cake while Titus O’Neill assures everyone that the cake is Kosher, Halal, Vegetarian, Lactose-Free, and contains no nuts or nut derivatives whatsoever. They both go to the bottom of the ramp to begin serving the cake to members of the WWE Universe, and as they are doing so, Primo & Epico charge down the ramp and assault them, leaving them a bloody mess and ruining their celebration with the WWE Universe.

Backstage, Briley Pierce is interviewing Damien Sandow and Naomi. He asks them why they aren’t wearing the Mixed Tag Team Title belts which they won from Daniel and AJ Bryan at UltraClash. Sandow and Naomi say that the Mixed Tag Team Titles are a symbol of the unchecked ridiculousness and silliness that has been allowed to overrun the WWE for far too long. Anyone with half a brain knows that you can’t just make up your own championship and go around defending it. They won the Mixed Tag Team Titles with the intention of never defending them. They are sitting in a box in Sandow’s basement and will never see the light of day again.

WADE BARRETT vs. THE MIZ (w/Corey Graves)-
The match goes evenly for a few minutes until Randy Orton comes out and RKOs both men.

We go backstage to Paul Heyman, who announces that he has decided to grant NXT Champion Richie Steamboat’s request for a match on Raw against a member of the main roster. He also reminds everyone to tune in to Raw next week for his big celebration of his victory over the McMahon family. He says that any WWE employee who tries to do to his celebration what the Colons did to PTPs will be fired… but only after Brock Lesnar gets through with them.

ELIMINATION TAG TEAM MATCH: Seth Rollins & Jack Swagger vs. Antonio Cesaro & Dolph Ziggler (w/Vickie Guerrero & Aksana)-
Ziggler eliminates Swagger cleanly (about fifteen minutes in)
Rollins is now down two-on-one, but fights valiantly, and even manages to catch Ziggler with Avada Kadavra and pin even, evening the odds at one-to-one, but the damage inflicted on him in the six or seven minutes of two-on-one time seems too much to overcome. Cesaro dominates the match until Rollins counters the Gotch-style Neutralizer with a Jackknife pin and gets the surprise victory at 25:23

Matches announced this week’s WWE Programming include Sheamus vs. The Great Khali on Raw, R-Truth vs. Sin Cara on Main Event, Leo Kruger & Kassius Ohno vs. Rick Victor & Xavier Woods on NXT, and Dolph Ziggler vs. Justin Gabriel on Smackdown! Tune in for these and many other exciting matches.
One team that will not be in action this week is the Prime Time Players, who are still recovering from the shocking and brutal assault by Primo and Epico on Smackdown. Also not in action will be Cody Rhodes. WWE.com has learned that WWE COO Paul Heyman has talked to Cody and has agreed to give him time off for personal leave.
In addition, this week’s Raw will feature an exclusive sit-down interview by Briley Pierce with the Colons, NXT Champion Richie Steamboat challenging a member of the WWE main roster, and Paul Heyman’s celebration of his victory over the McMahon family.

Raw: (2/25/2013)- Dallas, TX
Backstage, Matt Striker is interviewing Seth Rollins. He says that Rollins has been quite vocal in asking for a US Title shot, and that, in his opinion, Rollins has earned it, having now pinned the US Champion Antonio Cesaro not once but TWICE last week. He asks Rollins if Cesaro has agreed to give him a title shot yet. Rollins says that Cesaro hasn’t answered him, so he is going to take matters into his own hands. Striker and the camera follow Rollins back to Heyman’s office, where Rollins pleads his case before Heyman. Paul E. makes a little joke about feeling like the Godfather on the day of his daughter’s wedding (to remind the fans of Heyman’s celebration coming up later tonight) and says that he agrees: Rollins has earned a US Title shot, and he will get his shot this week on Smackdown. While he has the camera’s attention, Heyman says that he wants to make sure that the night of his celebration is remember forever in WWE history, so he has signed a blockbuster singles match for tonight: CM Punk vs. Randy Orton (non-title).

SHEAMUS vs. THE GREAT KHALI-
Sheamus wins clean in eight minutes.

We go backstage to Matt Striker who is standing by with Daniel & AJ Bryan. Striker asks the usually happy-go-lucky couple for their reaction to Damien Sandow and Naomi’s comments from Smackdown about the Mixed Tag Team Titles which AJ and Dragon created.
Dragon and AJ cut a passionate promo about how the Mixed Tag Team Titles are “more than just belts” to them. “They are a symbol of what two people can accomplish together. If, Sandow & Naomi, for all of their intellectual prowess, don’t understand that, then that’s fine… but they should still defend the belts proper champions should, so that others, who can appreciate them, can win the belts, and feel the same joy that we feel when we hold them together. For that reason, we want our return match, and this time, we promise, that love will conquer all.”

CM PUNK vs. RANDY ORTON (w/Bo Dallas)-
After a ref bump, Miz, comes down to attack Orton. Barrett soon comes out as well and they succeed at beating Orton down a bit, but then start arguing. This gives Orton time to recover and he hits both men with an RKO. Unfortunately, this whole thing has given Punk enough time to recover and he hits Orton with a GTS. Cena then comes out and hits Punk with an AA, putting both men down. Both guys (and the ref) get back on their feet at almost the same time, but Orton is just a little bit quicker… and that little bit makes all of the difference, allowing Randy to hit Punk with an RKO and get the pin.

We now cut to footage of Briley Pierce’s exclusive sit-down interview with the Colons.
Briley: Thank you three for agreeing to sit down and talk to me today. Now, let’s start at the obvious place to start; the question that has been on everyone’s mind for the past three days: Why did you attack the Prime Time Players on Smackdown and ruin their Million Dolla Celebration with the WWE Universe?

Primo: Why? Because we deserve a damn tag team title shot. We’ve deserved one for months, since we got screwed in the first round of the tournament back in December, but it seems like the only way to get a tag team title match around here is to get the champs attention… so that’s what we did. Just like The Miz and Corey Graves did last month.
We didn’t want to do it that way. We tried doing it the old-fashioned way. Did you know that we haven’t lost a match at a WWE Live Event in over a month? No? Well the Prime Time Players don’t seem to, either. Neither do the WWE Universe.

Briley: Speaking of the WWE Universe, how do you respond to those who say that attacking two the most popular WWE Superstars at a celebration they were throwing with the fans means that you have turned your backs on the WWE Universe?

Epico: WE turned our backs on them? No. No. No. Let me tell you something, Briley: The WWE Universe turned their backs on us LONG before that. It just took us a while to notice. A blown call by a referee screwed us out of the tag team title tournament back in December... and do you remember what we said after that? We said that, with the support of the WWE Universe, we would be able to persevere. Well let me ask you something Briley; where was that support? How many phone-calls did the WWE Universe make to the WWE corporate office demanding that we get a rematch? ZERO! How many letters did they WWE Universe write to General Manager of both Raw and Smackdown, Paul Heyman? ZERO! They barely even tweeted or touted about it!
Then, before the Royal Rumble, WWE held a poll to see who the WWE Universe thought would win the Royal Rumble... and do you remember how many votes Primo and I got? NOT ENOUGH TO EVEN SHOW UP ON THE CHART! A percentage so low it had to be rounded to zero! Is that support? I don’t think so. The WWE Universe cast us aside for their newest flavor of the month. We didn’t turn our backs on them. They turned their backs on us.

Briley: So where do you guys see yourselves going from here?

Rosa: Hopefully the beating that my boys put on those idiotas on Smackdown was hard enough to get the message through their thick skulls: We are going to the top of the tag team division!

Tamina wins a complete and total squash in forty seconds.

We are about to go backstage to where Matt Striker is going to interview the big show, but we get interrupted by notification of a backstage fight in which Punk has laid Cena out, and Cena is being loaded into an ambulance.

Richie Steamboat makes an open challenge to any member of the main roster. The challenge is accepted by Zack Ryder, leading to…
RICHIE STEAMBOAT vs. ZACK RYDER-
Ryder wins clean in five minutes. He offers Richie a handshake afterwards and Richie somewhat reluctantly accepts it. As Richie heads backstage, Matt Striker tries to get a reaction interview from him. Richie tells Striker that he didn’t deserve the handshake that Ryder gave him.

Paul Heyman has gone full-out for his party. There is a big cake in the ring, a red carpet, balloons, confetti, the works. Justin Roberts is about to introduce Heyman when Steph comes out to the ring, looking very unhappy. She whispers something to Roberts, then takes his microphone and, clearly very unhappy, introduces “the COO of the WWE, the General Manager of both WWE Smackdown and WWE Monday Night Raw; starring Brock Lesnar… and the only man to ever go up against the McMahon family and come out on top… Paul Heyman!”
Heyman comes out to the ring all waves and smiles (waiting for Steph to hold the ropes open for him before he gets into the ring), clearly enjoying being able to gloat at his victory. He then has Steph introduce Brock Lesnar (wearing his usual Jimmy John’s t-shirt, rather than a suit or tux). Heyman goes on to give a big, self aggrandizing speech about his accomplishments. How he took ECW from nothing and turned it into a national promotion. How he gave the WWE Universe its first exposure to some of WWE’s most popular stars, such as Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam (I think his TNA contract would have been up by now), and Rey Mysterio Jr. How he was the one who found major talents for WWE developmental like CM Punk, and how he brought the WWE the biggest star it has ever had: Brock Lesnar (“yeah, that’s right. I said it! The biggest star WWE has ever had. Bigger than Taker, bigger than Bret, bigger than Rock, bigger than Austin, bigger than Foley. Bigger than Macho Man, bigger than Hogan, and even bigger than Bruno!”)

How he has now done what everyone in this business secretly wishes they could do. What Billionaire Ted and Eric Bischoff couldn’t do… what those losers in Orlando have deluded themselves into thinking that they can do and what everyone else in this business knows that they will never be able to do: He beat the McMahons. He has conquered the Evil Empire, and now there is no one left who can hope to oppose him.

*”IT’S TIME TO PLAY THE GAME!”*
Triple H’s music hits and crowd rises to their feet…

And out comes a midget dressed in a classic Triple H leather jacket and carrying a plastic sledgehammer. Heyman makes fun of the midget, then Brock knocks it out and Heyman puts his foot on its chest and order Steph to count a pin. Feeling angry and humiliated, Steph acquiesces. Heyman then starts to once again gloat about his victory over the McMahons… about how Vince’s own daughter, Stephanie, a former political rival of Heyman’s within the WWE power structure, now has to do what he says. He says that it is a good thing that Shane ran away from the family business or else he would be here too, right next to Steph, as helpless to do anything as… say… Triple H with two broken arms!
Heyman laughs at his own jokes and continues his rant until he hears a faint noise and stops. He turns to look at the source of the noise: Steph’s pocket. Her phone is ringing. Heyman chastises her for being unprofessional by bringing her cell phone to the ring when she should be conducting official business (I figure the hypocrisy there should get a good pop). During all of this the phone stops ringing, but immediately starts up again. Heyman wonders who could be trying so hard to reach Steph right now and demands that she give him her phone. She does, and Heyman’s face lights up like a kid on Christmas morning.
Heyman yells for a tech to come down to the ring. He hands the tech the phone and asks him to hook it up to the arena speaker system. The caller is Vince McMahon.

Vince: DAMMIT, PAUL, STOP THIS RIGHT NOW! You want to make fun of me? Fine. But you LEAVE MY FAMILY OUT OF IT!

Heyman: Why should I? They’re just as a much a part of WWE as you are. They’ve all served in various executive functions. I’ve beaten them just the same as I’ve beaten you, so I’ll continue to talk about your son, your daughter, your wife, your son-in-law, and even your grandkids in any way that I want. After all… it’s MY show.

Vince: What do you want, Paul? What do you want me to do? Do you want me to beg? Do you want me to fly to Raw, get in the ring, get on my knees and –

Heyman: Get on your knees? Who do you think you are, Vince? Stephanie?!

Vince roars in anger and Heyman orders the tech to cut the call. Heyman continues to gloat, proclaiming that there is no one who can stand in his way because he has his monster, Brock Lesnar. The man who has beaten John Cena. Who has beaten The Rock. Who has beaten Randy Orton, Kane, and Booker T. The man who, at UltraClash, took out Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Kevin Nash ALL IN ONE NIGHT!
There is no one in the wrestling business who has a prayer of taking me down, just like there is no one in the wrestling business who has a chance in hell of beating BROCK LESNAR!

*THE LIGHTS GO OUT!*
And when they come back on, The Undertaker is standing in the ring.

Heyman freaks. “GET HIM OUT OF THE RING! HE DOESN’T WORK HERE ANYMORE! GET HIM OUT! SECURITY! SECURITY!” Security pours out from the backstage area to try to escort Taker out, but none of them seem eager to try to take on the Deadman. Lesnar, on the other hand, seems quite ready to get in Taker’s face, but Heyman yells at him, screaming something about a lawsuit. Lesnar reluctantly leaves the ring, and Raw closes with Taker standing in the ring (with Steph in the corner) and security trying to work up the nerve to approach the ring.

NXT: (2/27/2013)
Richie talks to his dad about his match on Raw. Ricky says that he needs to take babysteps. It is very hard to go from NXT straight to beating a veteran like Zack Ryder. Steamboat suggests that next week Richie call out someone he knows from his time on NXT. Someone he has beaten before and knows in his heart that he can beat again.

LUKE HARPER vs. BIG E. LANGSTON-
Harper wins clean in ten minutes, then grabs a mic and says that he wants an NXT Title shot.

Roman Reigns cuts a promo saying that R-Truth purposely got himself booked on Main Event this week so that he wouldn’t have to get another ass-kicking from “The Boss” Roman Reigns.

LEO KRUGER & KASSIUS OHNO vs. XAVIER WOODS & RICK VICTOR-

Truth and Kofi work together to eliminate Brodus (Truth pins after both of their finishers him at around the seven minute mark), then have a nice little mini-match for about four minutes which Truth wins.

Backstage, Briley Pierce asks Sandow & Naomi why they are refusing to grant AJ & Dragon a rematch. After all, they beat them the first time. Sandow says that they have no problem wrestling AJ & Dragon again, but they won’t put the ridiculous, made-up belts on the line.

TENSAI vs. DANIEL BRYAN (w/AJ Bryan)-
Dragon makes Tensai tap in six minutes

Matt Striker is interview Big Show. He asks Show if Sheamus’ recent string of victories against large competitors is giving him cause for concern. Show says that he doesn’t find anything impressive about beating those guys, even if they are big. Sheamus comes up and says that he will prove how unstoppable he is, so next week, when he asks, he wants Big Show to come out to ringside and watch.

DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero) vs. JUSTIN GABRIEL (w/Adrian Neville)-
Dolph wins clean in six minutes

Briley Pierce is interviewing Wade Barrett but the interview is quickly interrupted when Miz walks by. Miz & Barrett argue about whose fault it was the Randy got the better of them.

Backstage, Briley Pierce is interviewing Jack Swagger. He asks Swagger for some comments on his upcoming Intercontinental Title defense against Dolph Ziggler next week (constantly pointing out to Swagger that Ziggler has his number). Swagger says it will be a tough match, but he is confident that he will beat Dolph. Ziggler then shows up and tells Swagger “it will end the way it always ends, Jack: with me beating you. Just like I did on Smackdown last week, just like I did on Raw last week, and just like I did at TLC.

WWE UNITED STATES TITLE MATCH: Antonio Cesaro(c) (w/Aksana) vs. Seth Rollins-
Cesaro wins clean in twenty minutes, but Rollins gets several near-falls in.

Striker interviews Punk, and asks him why he has been resorting to tactics like blatant low blows to get out of title defenses against John Cena. Punk says that he needs to concentrate on his title defense again The Rock at Mania. He doesn’t need other undeserving distractions like having to train for John Cena or Randy Orton. Heyman comes by and tells Punk that if he gets himself intentionally DQed or counted out, he will be stripped of the title. Heyman also warns Miz, Graves, & Barrett not to interfere in the title match.

WWE TITLE MATCH: CM Punk(c) vs. Randy Orton-
Punk wins clean in twenty minutes.

WWE.com reports that as a result of Randy Orton’s actions on Smackdown a week and a half ago, Raw’s main event will be a triple threat match between Orton, Miz, and Barrett. WWE.com also reports that Heyman has been trying open up negotiations with Del Rio to get Del Rio to end his strike, but Del Rio won’t give in and is still considering suing WWE for being an unsafe work environment.

Raw: (3/4/2013)- Buffalo, NY

Punk cuts an in-ring promo complaining about having to defend his title again before Mania because of the 30 Days Rule. Heyman comes out and suggests that Punk might have to defend the belt against Cena. Punk is annoyed at this, but Heyman invites him backstage to talk things out.

PRIMO & EPICO (w/Rosa Mendes) vs. EL LOCAL & SIN CARA-
The Colons win clean in ten minutes.
During the match, Rey Mysterio Jr. makes a surprise appearance and sits down to do commentary. Rey says he is disappointed in the actions of the Colons, but he is out here to watch this match because everyone in it has the potential to be the next big Hispanic superstar. Cole asks Rey what he thinks about Del Rio being on strike. Rey says Del Rio is nothing but a coward.

Seth Rollins cuts a backstage promo about how close he came to winning the US Title on Smackdown. Dolph Ziggler walks by and says that Rollins choked, just like at UltraClash, but he will show Rollins how it’s done this week on Smackdown when he wins the IC Title from Jack Swagger.

R-TRUTH vs. SANTINO MARELLA –
Truth wins clean in six minutes.

Antonio Cesaro cuts a backstage promo bragging about how long he has been US Champion and how no American has been able to defeat him and never will be able to defeat him. Cesaro says that having a European as the United States Champion proves European dominance over the US. Jack Swagger then showed up and said that, as an All-American American, he won’t stand by and let the US Title be held by a “pansy European, from Switzerland, the most pansy country in Europe.” Cesaro gets angry and reiterates his early comments about his, and by extension, Europe’s domination over the US. He then tells Swagger that he will prove this fact to him by taking the WWE Intercontinental Title away from him.

Richie Steamboat calls out Seth Rollins
RICHIE STEAMBOAT vs. SETH ROLLINS-
Rollins wins clean in eight minutes. Steamboat seems slightly off for the whole match, taking too much time just staring at the huge crowd when he should be pressing the advantage.

Sandow is being interviewed but it is interrupted by Dragon. Dragon asks Sandow why he won’t put the belts up if he doesn’t care about them. Sandow says that he can’t allow such stupidity to infect the WWE Universe even more than it already has, so he is keeping the belts forever to ensure that they stay out of sight… and more importantly, out of mind.

Sheamus comes out to the ring and says that it is time for his display of dominance. He first asks for Show to come out and watch from ringside. Show comes out and sits down at the announce table. He and Sheamus stare at each other the whole way. Sheamus then issues a challenge, saying that he will take on the first four wrestlers through the curtain, one after the other. The first four out are JTG, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Mason Ryan. Sheamus beats all four men handily, in a total time of nine minutes. Big Show says that this is very impressive but he vows to top it on Smackdown.

Ambrose is in the ring to cut a promo but is interrupted by The Rock. Ambrose looks like he might charge at The Rock, but thinks better of it and escapes through the crowd. The Rock says that Ambrose is “a little (I REALLY want to use the word bitch here but I don’t think WWE would be okay with it, so Rocky will have to come up with something) just like CM Punk, but that’s okay because just like Punk, Ambrose is going to get what’s coming to him very soon.

ALICIA FOX vs. KAITLYTN-
Fox wins clean in eight minutes. Tamina is on commentary and says that she isn’t impressed by either one of them.

WADE BARRETT vs. RANDY ORTON vs. THE MIZ (w/Corey Graves)-
Miz & Barrett work together against Orton and get the best of him, but when it comes time to pin him, they start to break up each other’s pins. Barrett and Miz’s arguing lets Orton recover and hit them both with RKO’s and pin both of them at once.

After the end of the match, the lights go out and Taker uses his magical powers to hijack the TitanTron. Taker cuts a promo challenging Heyman to put control of the WWE on the line at Wrestlemania- Brock vs. Taker

WWE COO Paul Heyman was very impressed by the initiative shown by the Usos, JTG, and Mason Ryan on Raw, so he has decided to give them a match on Smackdown. It will be the Usos teaming up against JTG and Mason Ryan.
WWE.com also reports that Jack Swagger met with Paul Heyman yesterday, and that one of the results of that meeting was the signing of the main event for WWE’s Main Event on Wednesday night: Jack Swagger vs. Daniel Bryan

Main Event: (3/6/2013)
R-TRUTH vs. SETH ROLLINS vs. TENSAI vs. DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero)-
Truth wins in fifteen minutes, pinning Tensai. There were multiple times during the match where Rollins had Ziggler beat but either someone else made the save or Vickie distracted the ref so he couldn’t count.
After the match, Truth cuts a promo saying that he will be at NXT next week to get his revenge on Roman Reigns.

Swagger cuts a quick promo explaining that he wanted this match with Dragon for two reasons: 1) because Dragon’s style is very similar to Ziggler, so this will make a great warm-up match for his IC Title defense on Smackdown, and 2) to show Cesaro how outstanding America’s best technical wrestlers are.
JACK SWAGGER vs. DANIEL BRYAN (w/AJ Bryan)-
Swagger wins clean in twenty-five minutes.

NXT: (3/6/2013)
We get a backstage segment with Ricky Steamboat talking to Richie about his loss on Raw. Ricky hypothesizes that Richie might have been distracted by the bright lights and the huge corwd and the pressure of being on Raw. He suggests that Richie might have a better chance at beating a member of the main roster here on NXT.

Luke Harper squashes a jobber, then reiterates his demand for an NXT Title shot.

LEO KRUGER vs. JASON JORDAN-
Kruger wins clean in eight minutes. After the match, Kruger cuts a promo saying that he, too wants an NXT Title shot.
Kruger gets a win and says that he, too, wants an NXT Title shot.

ROMAN REIGNS & KASSIUS OHNO vs. JAKE CARTER & SAMMY ZAYN-
Ohno gets the pin via Ohno Blade at the fifteen minute mark, pinning Carter.

In addition to the big Intercontinental Title match and the Usos vs. Ryan & JTG tag match, tonight’s Smackdown will also feature a 20 person battle royale with the winner getting a World Heavyweight Title shot next week on Smackdown.
