By sending Karen to the back, you eliminate the notion that Karen will play a part in the match, so when Karen then comes back out and assists Jarrett, it's more of a shock and has more impact

but then why does the ref not restart the match when he sees her t ringside, interfering? That's what I don't get. usually, when someone is sent to the back, its so they didn't involve themselves in the match. Why did the ref not care that karen was back despite the fact he'd sent her away.

I just always hate it when they do that....
