BOBBY ROODE VIDEO PACKAGE- All of a sudden this is a drama Roode’s family life? I get that it is a side of things that we don’t normally see, and it was very well done… but it is lot less important to me that Roode is being a deadbeat dad than the fact that Bobby Roode cheated to beat James Storm and AJ styles because I have been given a reason to care about AJ and Storm, but no reason to care about Bobby’s family.

STING & BOBBY ROODE SEGMENT- Sting comes out and says that he is going to address something that happened weeks ago. Then he brings out AJ and Jeff and Jeff yells at Bobby for respecting Sting’s decisions and authority… what the hell has Bobby done that goes against Sting’s authority? Anyway, the main event gets made.

KAREN JARRETT PROMO- a good promo, but a terrible angle. It is the same as every week. Karen insults the knockouts, with a special jab reserved at Velvet, then gives them a demeaning task to do. Anyway, I also don’t understand how Karen can force them to do these things. Why don’t they just go to Sting and have him fire Karen?

BISCHOFF & BULLY RAY BACKSTAGE- Great segment

KAREN JARRETT & ODB SEGMENT- Very good… but why the hell did it have to happen with the Knockouts washing cars in bikinis in the background?

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR #1 CONTENDERSHIP TO THE TNA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES: DEVON & THE POPE vs. MEXICAN AMERICA (w/Rosita & Sarita) vs. INK INC. (w/Toxxin)- 4.75/10 Mexican America don’t get a return match?

AUSTIN ARIES & KID KASH SEGMENT- AWESOME!

GUNNER BEATS UP SOME GUYS IN A GYM- crappy and corny. I actually had to try not to laugh when Gunner said “you let him know… that Gunner… is coming for him!”

JEEF JARRETT & STING BACKSTAGE- good

STEINER & BUBBA BACKSTAGE- Crap. They are throwing away a serious angle for stupid comedy.

STREET FIGHT: ODB vs. Mickie James- 6/10. Very good match. Props to Mickie on her selling, here.

KURT ANGLE & JAMES STORM SEGMENT- AWESOME!

BOBBY ROODE’S REACTION TO THE FAMILY STUFF- GREAT!

TNA TV TITLE MATCH: Robbie E.(c) (w/Rob Terry) vs. Rob Van Dam- 5/10. Daniels interference got heat from me, but Hebner deciding to turn around immediately afterward felt too forced.

SH*T WITH THE KNOCKOUTS- utter sh*t. Entirely pointless. If I want softcore porn, I’ll go watc softcore porn. Right now, I want to watch wrestling.

BOBBY ROODE vs. AJ STYLES vs. JEFF HARDY- 7/10. Very enjoyable.

STING MAKES JARRETT VS HARDY IN A CAGE AT FINAL RESOLUTION- the stips are good… but the cage match doesn’t make sense here at all. There has been no interference this feud (other than Karen, who will be neutralized by being handcuffed to Sting), and no one has been running away. So why is this a cage match?

Overall, this was a very good episode of Impact.

After seeing the Robbie E vs RVD match, it came to me, why not give the TV title to RVD and have him break the ECW record. it's not like they're doing a lot with the title either way
