You mean you didn't recognize Camacho?Serujuunin wrote: ↑Apr 6th, '19, 21:02Just finished it. I knew literally nobody except Bully Ray. I mean, I knew people's names, but that's it lolcero2k wrote: ↑Apr 6th, '19, 17:38yes! NJPW puts on a ton of shows. So you're watching G1 Supercard?Serujuunin wrote: ↑Apr 6th, '19, 14:37
Welp, I subscribed to NJPWworld.
I am overwhelmed by how much stuff there is to watch.

Re: The weekend schedule
What I'm hearing about this show is that reception was pretty split, with people in the building loving it and people not in the building thinking it was decent but not much better. You, me, and DHRainmaker seem to be outliers.cero2k wrote: ↑Apr 7th, '19, 08:29I'm gonna try to find you some videos of the stories and the players. From the little I know you I'd say you would love Ibushi and maybe the Ingobernables.Serujuunin wrote: ↑Apr 6th, '19, 23:49I think that's the issue. I need someone to get emotionally invested in to get interested- without that, I had no idea who I was supposed to like or not like, and I didn't know any of the story or anything lol. I have until the end of the month with NJPWworld anyway, and now that I'm all caught up on NXT, I have a wrestling void in my life that I can try to fill with that and see what happens. Maybe I'll go far back enough to find some guys I know and go from there lol.
What did you think of it? I'm just wondering, as an initiated viewer, if it was any good, because I have no idea
The show was good, but it could be better, red and I can attest that there's been better shows.

Re: The weekend schedule
LOL at UPWA from Wayne, NJ not getting on this list. I almost went to that show but when I heard the most recent show had been cancelled and couldn't find anything of a card other than a title match with two guys I'd never heard of a Billy Gunn match I decided it wasn't worth the twenty-minute car ride and then the time at the shows. My cousin and her boyfriend went to a show Wednesday night, but I'm not sure if it was this show or WrestlePro. My guess is that it's WrestlePro, but my cousin's boyfriend is involved with a couple different local indies so it might have been this show instead. I will try to find out.

Re: The weekend schedule
Nope, sure didn’t lol. I’m pretty sure you could show me a picture of him from WWE and I wouldn’t remember him either. I remember the name though.Big Red Machine wrote: ↑Apr 7th, '19, 11:26You mean you didn't recognize Camacho?Serujuunin wrote: ↑Apr 6th, '19, 21:02Just finished it. Don't worry. No one else remembers him, either. And they also don't remember his TNA run as Mycah.Serujuunin wrote: ↑Apr 7th, '19, 12:13Nope, sure didn’t lol. I know exactly who you're talking about...but there's no way she'd remember such a quick and nothing and nowhere character like him from all those years ago lol.
When they come, they'll come at what you love.
Re: The weekend schedule
no, the real KUSHIDA retired earlier this year. I think you're talking about a random guy that just sold his soul to the devil

Re: The weekend schedule
I know you didn't care because he wasn't very memorable at all. Just Haku's son playing the part of a vato.Serujuunin wrote: ↑Apr 7th, '19, 13:52You would be surprised. I just don’t remember because I never cared lol
