#FinalDeletion. Hardy vs Hardy. SO. MUCH. HYPE!

Post by cero2k » Jul 5th, '16, 12:08

phpBB [video]
The Hype is Real!
From The Bryan and Vinny show

They spent 12 minutes hyping the shit out of it.

Bryan Alverez's words were the following:

"I just want everyone to know, here's my quick and dirty: I'll explain the whole thing in 10 seconds. If you loved the last Matt Hardy vs Jeff Hardy Video [Brother Nero Contract Signing - Director's cut]...if you were one of those people who thought "that was so awesome, and if that slammaversery ppv had been a two hour mini movie, I would have just bought the ppv." ... all I can say is, it's your fucking lucky day.

Vinny said, "I think that was the finest wrestling television segment I ever saw"

you're obviously missing the buzz, it may be good tv, it may be bad tv, but something unique is definitely gonna happen tonight, and surely neither Lance Storm nor Bryan nor Vinny nor 'was fired by TNA and now hates Dixie' Vince Russo are marks for TNA

think about it. Storm, Alvarez, and Russo are all agreeing on something TNA did

Alvarez has a tendency to forgive TNA for total goofiness because he has ceased caring. If Lance says he likes it, it might be good. I think it's either going to be fantastic or total sh*t, with no in between, and based on everything else they've done so far, it'll probably be the latter.

the point is not about it being good or bad, this is just going to be unique and controversial. It doesn't matter if it's good or bad, this is not the thing that saves nor kills TNA, but I totally believe you're gonna hate it.

This whole idea that something being "unique" or "controversial" makes it inherently worth doing is such utter bullsh*t. No, this won't save TNA... but that's because this has sucked so far. But there is something out there that maybe can save TNA, so they should be spending time with their biggest stars (and that includes the Hardys) trying to find out what it is.

a full write up from Vince Russo, i hate agreeing with Vince Russo
"There is no doubt in my mind that the WWE is ripping this off with their Wyatt/New Day gimmick, it's just coincidence now isn't it that we're gonna go have a fight now on the Wyatt turf. They're going to think oh well that TNA production was mickey-mouse compared to what we can do, i'm telling you now it wasn't. But I hate to break the news to the WWE and this is the truth, there is no Jeremy Borash working at the WWE. Bro how embarrassing putting this side by side to RAW’s food fight, one show’s written for toddlers and one is written for adults. One show does not have much effort and one has a lot of effort. The effort is not even close. TNA’s effort is so much more than what WWE is putting in. I’ve been messaging people in TNA all day congratulating them, that was the best piece of business I have ever seen, better than anything I have ever done, hats off to them. I’ve worked with Jeremy for a long time. And its really scary bro, lets call a spade a spade. We’re talking about comparing the mind of Jeremy Borash to Vince McMahon, like seriously, really? You know what i mean, that's embarrassing. JB is running circles around a 70 year old Vince McMahon, if I was Vince I would be embarrassed. If I were Vince and seen this 24 hours after I had a food fight I would be firing everyone on my creative team. And you know why they’re like that? Because they don’t care, they’ll get their 3million no matter how bad the show is, they got their network, making their millions. Theres no pride. Do you think Vince McMahon makes Dean Ambrose or Reigns the best he can, no he doesnt. As for Matt and Jeff, 18 years since they were a main roster team on WWE and they are just as relevant now if not more in 2016 producing the best wrestling television in 2016, reinventing themselves is remarkable. Reby as well was brilliant and the gardener, as well as Maxel with the white streak in his hair. Vince McMahon is going to go now and do the Wyatt/New Day angle at on-location and their biggest spot is going to be someone taking a bump into horse shit and Vince is going to think its the most hilarious thing ever. Its going to be tough for TNA to keep this going, to even top it, knowing JB, knowing Corgan, and Conway, they know it. If the rating tomorrow stays normal then tomorrows rating doesnt mean shit, this will generate buzz for them, just stay the course.”

Why is everyone assuming there is going to be a "fight" at the Wyatt's compound? I mean... yes, it will come down to a fight, but there situations are completely different. Matt and Jeff is a challenge to a match to blow-off a feud. The Wyatt thing will almost certainly be Kofi & Big E. getting jumped by all four Wyatts because they were too dumb to see an ambush coming. Furthermore, off-site brawls have been done before this. If they heavily post-produce it and start shooting fireworks at each other then fine, but until that happens, calling it a "rip-off" is completely silly.

Apparently the gardener was played by Reby's father.

Rumor has it that the referee was the ROH ref who got fired for grabbing Mandy Leon's ass or whatever he did.

Lance Storm wants WWE to hire Matt and Jeff. Not as wrestlers, but to produce a 15 short episode mini-series of Spy vs. Spy style vignettes like this all about Broken Matt Hardy trying to ruin Brother Nero's life.

WWE would fuck it up just for giving them money, they're the type of person that fail to see that the thing that made that was the low budget, and WWE think they can 'do it better' with better production.
