NJPW G1 Climax 25: Day 6 (7/28/2015)- Beppu, Japan

TIGER MASK IV JUSHIN "THUNDER" LIGER, & CAPTAIN NEW JAPAN vs. DAVID FINLAY JR., JAY WHITE, & RYUSUKE TAGUCHI- 5/10
Decent match. The story was that the non-masked guys were doing well until they started to run into each other.

CHAOS (Toru Yano & YOSHI-HASHI) vs. BULLET CLUB (Doc Gallows & Cody Hall)- 4.5/10

HIROYOSHI TENZAN, KATSUYORI SHIBATA, & YOHEI KOMATSU vs. KOTA IBUSHI, TOGI MAKABE, & MASCARA DORADA- 6.5/10

HIROSHI TANHASHI, TETSUYA NAITO, & MICHAEL ELGIN vs. BULLET CLUB (AJ Styles, Tama Tonga, & Bad Luck Fale)- 6.5/10
I am thoroughly confused by this new Naito character.

G1 CLIMAX 25 BLOCK B MATCH: Yuji Nataga vs. Yujiro Takahashi (w/Cody Hall)- 6.75/10
Great match. Yujiro is SOO underrated (about as much as people overrate Honma). It did have one extremely strange moment where young Cody on the outside appeared to mistake Yujiro for CM Punk because, in order to show his support, he started to bang out what sounded a lot like Miseria Cantare.

G1 CLIMAX 25 BLOCK B MATCH: Hirooki Goto vs. Tomoaki Honma- 6.5/10
Standard Honma match with his head getting worked over.

G1 CLIMAX 25 BLOCK B MATCH: Tomohiro Ishii vs. Karl Anderson (w/Cody Hall & Tama Tonga)- 7/10
The match was going great with Anderson working over Ishii's head, but then Ishii had to do his usual sh*tty comeback and drag the match down with his lack of selling and psychology. Super brainbuster for a nearfall, but then a regular one for the finish? This guys drags down just about every match he's in, and the fact that he's the guy who derails Anderson's momentum just makes it even more frustrating.

G1 CLIMAX 25 BLOCK B MATCH: Satoshi Kojima vs. Kazuchika Okada (w/Gedo)- 7/10
Would have been a 7.25/10 if that Rainmaker at the end hadn't looked so damn soft.

A decent show from New Japan. Not getting to see Elgin vs. Nakamura was quite disappointing.

I am thoroughly confused by this new Naito character.
I thought i had it, but then he started wearing that suit and mask. I think you may need to check out his stuff with CMLL's Los Ingobernables, which to my understanding was just a stable of heels
