SHINE 8: Angelina Love to Debut, "Career vs Respect" match

Valkyrie look to continue their dominance of SHINE Wrestling by making an example of four top stars in the main event of SHINE 8 later this month.

Rain, Ivelisse and Made in Sin (Allysin Kay and Taylor Made) will take on the team of Amazing Kong, Mia Yim, Christina Von Eerie and Angelina Love in eight-woman tag action. Kong, Yim and Von Eerie have all faced the wrath of Valkyrie members over the past couple of events, while former TNA Knockouts Champion Love, who rubbed the group up the wrong way on her debut appearance at SHINE 7, will wrestle her first match for the promotion in unenviable fashion.

On the rest of the card, Reby Sky will go up against Jessicka Havok for one last time, with far more than just pride at stake. If Reby loses, she must leave SHINE forever, but if she wins Havok must bite the bullet and admit once and for all that she respects her as a wrestler. With Reby’s boyfriend Matt Hardy likely to be in attendance, things could get extremely interesting indeed, and it’s safe to say that the match will not be easy viewing for Reby Sky fans whatever the result.

Meanwhile, Leva Bates and Kimberly‘s rollercoaster rivalry continues even further, as they face off in a Pick Your Poison Match, where both women pick a stipulation each for the contest. After the lengths these two have gone to inflict pain on each other over the past few months, this looks set to be a scintillating crescendo to a frankly epic feud.

Elsewhere, Mercedes Martinez aims to level the score against fellow veteran Nikki Roxx, as they do battle in a rematch of their excellent, hard-hitting bout from SHINE 7 and Su Yung faces a Brittney Savage riding a wave of momentum following her superb victory against Heidi Lovelace last month.
