SHOW #15
EWA: UNDEFEATED
(8/31/2012)

A note to our readers- in order to get the most enjoyment out of the EWA, it is best to read ONE LINE AT A TIME, so you don't accidentally spoil something for yourself. Also, in another tab or window, you might want to keep the EWA roster thread open for quick reference to people's characters and moves.

Enjoy- Big Red Machine & Earth Child

JEWEL: Welcome to the Asylum for the EWA's fifteenth show... UNDEFEATED! {the full house of 1200 fans roars!} Before we get started, we regret to inform you that Sir Robert Royce of the Royal Appointments could not make it to today's show due to an illness. As a result, a few changes have been made to the card. Instead of the scheduled tag team match, Royce's partner, Lord Richard Bentley, will face Reaper in singles action, while the triple threat match has been changed to a fatal four way, pitting John Hall against "The Future" Shawn Stevens against Scott Logan against "Big Nasty" Kev Carnage! Now, though, let's get on with the action!

Jewel: The following match-up is your opening contest of the evening. It is scheduled for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit. Introducing first, from Stone Mountain, Georgia, weighing in at two hundred and fifty-one (251) pounds... BAD ASS MARK WOODBRIDGE!

Woodbridge strolls down to the ring, drinking a beer, high-fiving a few fans before getting into the ring.

Jewel: And his opponent… being accompanied to the ring by Sarah Kaminsky… from Verona, New Jersey, weighing in at two-hundred and forty-three pounds… JACK SQUAT!
“Living on a Prayer” by Bon Jovi starts to play, and the crowd pops as Jack runs down the ramp, and jumps in the ring. He jumps up onto the top right turnbuckle and pumps his fist in the air, getting the crowd pumped up. The crowd showers him with green streamers. He repeats this process in the other corners of the ring. Kaminsky stays on the outside of the ring. The crowd starts to sing {JACK IS GONNA KICK YOUR a**, DOO-DAH! DOO-DAH! JACK IS GONNA KICK YOUR a** ALL THE LIVE LONG DAY!}

Woodbrdige chugs the rest of his beer, eliciting a cheer from the crowd. The crowd quiets down as the two men shake hands.

DING! DING! DING!

Woodbridge throws a few punches, which Jack manages to avoid. Jack then lashes out with a kick which Woodbridge ducks.

Fooda: We know Woodbrdige can wrestle, but he prefers a wild-brawling, striking style. It will be interesting to see how that meshes with the much more technical offense of Jack Squat

The two lock up, and after a brief struggle, Jack comes out of it with the advantage slapping on a wristlock. Woodbrdige tries to roll through it to break the hold, but Jack keeps the wristlock on tight. Woodbridge tries a roll through once again, but Jack still manages to keep the hold on.

Seeking a new solution to his problem, Woodbridge starts to use his strength, lifting his locked arm up in the air, using his height advantage to make it harder for Jack to keep the lock on, then breaks free and applies a top wristlock to Jack. Jack, however, manages to roll through, successfully forcing Woodbridge to break the hold.

Jack gets back to his feet and Woodbridge lashes out with a big right hand. Jack ducks it, and slams his shoulder into Woodbridge’s chest. Northern Lights Suplex by Jack.

ONE!

TWO!

THR-NO!
Woodbridge kicks out!

Both men get back to their feet and lock up, but Jack quickly turns it into an inside cradle:

ONE!

TWO!

THRE-NO!
Woodbridge kicks out!

Carlos: Great strategy there by Jack. Woodbridge is much more of a striker, and thus he might not be thinking about a roll up, leaving him more vulnerable to it.

Fooda: And that’s what I like to see. A guy willing to exploit his opponent’s weaknesses. Just like Joel Carter

Carlos: There is a huge difference between taking advantage of your opponents style and cheating!

Woodbridge hits Jack with a big boot, knocking him backwards a few steps. Jack responds with a big boot of his own, sending Woodbridge stumbling backwards. Jack follows up for a clothesline, but Woodbridge ducks it and hits Jack with a German Suplex. Jack uses the ropes to pull himself up, as Woodbridge charges at him for a clothesline over the ropes, but Jack ducks it and locks in a waistlock. He pulls Woodbridge backwards a few steps, then hits him with a bridiging German Suplex.

ONE!

TWO!

THRE-NO!
Woodbridge kicks out!

Both men get back to their feet. Woodbridge charges at Jack for a clothesline but Jack counters it with a Scrapbuster. Jack gets up and runs towards the ropes... QUEBRADA ELBOW DROP

WOODBRIDGE ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY!

Both men take their time recovering, both reaching their feet when the ref reaches a count of seven. Jack charges towards Woodbridge for a Jack Attack... APPALACHIAN SLAM! Woodbridge goes for the pin:

ONE!

TWO!

THR-NO!

Jack kicks out!

Carlos: Both men pretty much mirroring each other. Anything you can do, I can do better.

Woodbridge brings Jack to his feet, then lifts him up overhead in a gorilla press. Woodbridge carries Jack over to the right side of the ring, facing the crowd.

Carlos: He's going to throw Jack down to the floor!

Fooda: See! I knew Woodbridge had a mean streak in him. He needs to tap into it more often if he wants to win more matches.

Jack manages to wiggle free and lands on his feet behind Woodbridge. Woodbridge turns around. BIG BOOT BY JACK! WOODBRIDGE DUCKS IT, and Jack gets caught straddling the ropes. Woodbrdige runs towards the opposite ropes then comes back with a HUGE clothesline, sending both himself and Jack tumbling to the arena floor!

The ref starts to count both men out {ONE!}

{TWO!}

Woodbridge pops back to his feet and poses, met with some cheers from the crowd.

{THREE!}

Woodbridge brings Jack to his feet and shoves him, back first, into the ring frame, {FOUR!} then follows it up with a shoulder thrust. Woodbridge puts his finger to his lips

"SHHHHH!"

The crowd quiets down.

{FIVE!}

Knife Edged Chop by Woodbridge! {WOOOOOO!}

Woodbridge rolls Jack back into the ring, then slides back in himself. Woodbridge drags Jack over to near the bottom right turnbuckle, then starts to climb up to the second rope. Jack pops back up to his feet and charges at Woodbridge, stunning him with a forearm strike. Jack then climbs up to the top rope, standing over Woodbridge, and punches him in the face repeatedly, while the crowd counts:

{ONE!}
{TWO!}
{THREE!}
{FOUR!}
{FIVE!}
{SIX!}
{SEVEN!}
{EIGHT!}
{N-PUNCH! TO THE GUT BY WOODBRIDGE!

AVALANCHE SPINEBUSTER BY WOODBRIDGE!

Both men are down, and the ref starts to count:
{ONE!}

{TWO!}

{THREE!}

{FOUR!}

{FIVE!}

{SIX!}

Woodbridge is back up to his knees

{SEVEN!}
Jack is just stirring, while Woodbridge is almost back up

{EIGHT!}

Woodbridge turns to the referee and angrily yells at him "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? He was in that corner punching me for WAY MORE THAN FIVE SECONDS! If I got DQed for that a few shows ago, why the hell wasn't he DQed!?"

Woodbridge goes over to Jack, who is now almost up to his feet, and bends him over. Woodbridge lifts Jack up onto his shoulders. STONE MOUNTAIN CRUS-JACK ROLLS FORWARD, landing on his feet, back to back with Woodbridge. BACKSLIDE!

ONE!

TWO!

THREE!
Woodbridge gets his shoulder up!

DING! DING! DING!

Jewel: Your winner, at time of nine minutes and fifty-eight seconds (9:58)... JACK SQUAT! Jack rolls out of the ring, and starts high-fiving fans as he and Kaminsky make their way to the back. Woodbridge, meanwhile starts yelling at the referee, certain that it was only a two count, and that Jack should have been DQed before. After a minute or two of yelling, Woodbridge calms down, then heads to the back.

Reaper vs. Lord Richard Bentley (w/Jenkins)- They have a back and forth match for about five minutes until Reaper gains the upper hand. After a few more minutes of Reaper being in control, Bentley seems to decide that he just doesn’t feel like wrestling the match anymore and rolls out of the ring. He and Jenks go to the back as if the match was over. The ref tries to get him back by starting the count, but Bentley doesn’t return.
Jewel: At a time of nine minutes and thirteen seconds (9:13) your winner, via count-out… REAPER!

John Hall vs. Shawn Stevens vs. Kevin Carnage vs. Scott Logan-
Stevens and Carnage work together, dominating most of the match. They hit Logan with a Demotion Decapitation, but Hall them hits them both with a springboard dropkick and steals the pin at 9:09

Chris Everlast vs. George Adams

Jewel: Our next contest is set for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit. Introducing first, from London England, weighing in at two hundred and forty five pounds, GEORGE “THE AGGRO” ADAMS!

Aggro emerges from the curtain to a thunderous cheer from the fans and has some streamers thrown at him. He gets in to ring and gears himself up for the match.

Jewel: And his opponent, from Miami, Florida, weighing in at two hundred and twenty ones, CHRIS EVERLAST!

"It's So Easy" by Guns n' Roses fills the arena and Everlast makes his way down the ramp.

DING! DING! DING!

The two circle each other before locking up in a collar and elbow tie up. Everlast gets the early advantage and pushes Adams into a corner. He breaks the tie up upon the referee’s orders then switches to a head lock. He pulls Adams out of the corner and wrenches the grip he has. Adams falls to one knee but gets up almost straight away and elbows Rose to break up the hold. Both wrestlers take a step away from each other and reassess the situation. Adams goes in for another collar and elbow tie up and muscles Everlast into a DDT.

From here the match goes back and forth with both men showing off their strong points, Adams with his technical and powers skills and Everlast with his technical and lucha hybrid style

After 12 minutes of intense action, Adams and Everlast get into a stalemate. Adams pick Everlast up into a fireman’s carry and whips around to face the crowd. In doing so, the feet of Everlast clock the referee in the face knocking him senseless to the ground.

Carlos: George Adams doesn’t realize that the referee has been knocked down by the feet of Chris Everlast!

Fooda: But he is still going for the Aggro-Matic! If he is smart he’ll get in a few *hmph* ‘extra’ moves in before the referee wakes up. If you know what I mean?

Carlos: Was there ever a time when you were honest?

Fooda: AND BAM! ADAMS HITS THE AGGRO-MATIC!!! ........... What?

Adams lays out Everlast with the Aggro-Matic and goes for the pin, but the referee is still out. When he notices that no one is counting his pin, Adams looks up and notices the referee lying in the corner of the ring, stirring. Adams lets the pin go and gets to his feet looking VERY pissed off.

Carlos: I’m not sure I’ve seen George Adams look this frustrated before.

Adams kicks Everlast a few times in the ribs while he is still down.

Carlos: He is getting pretty ruthless here.

Fooda: I think this is good for him.

Adams then picks up Everlast and locks in the Last Orders. Meanwhile the referee has started to slowly get to his feet.

Carlos: He is going to choke the life out of Everlast. The Last Orders is such a dangerous move!

Fooda: And now Everlast is tapping out but the referee is not here to end this match!

Carlos: Adams is relentless here; if anything it looks like he is tightening his grip on Everlast !

The referee by now has gotten to his feet and steadying himself on the ropes.

Carlos: The referee is too late! Everlast has stopped struggling and looks to have passed out from the Last Orders!

The referee turns around and sees what has happened. He goes to lift Everlast's limp arm to see if he is still conscience. It drops lifelessly and the referee calls for the bell.

DING! DING! DING!

Jewel: Here is your winner via submission; GEORGE “THE AGGRO” ADAMS!

Carlos: George Adams has choked Chris Everlast out! And Adams looks vicious here he hasn’t even let the Last Orders go. He still has it locked on Everlast ! Oh – Now he has let it go. I’ve never seen this side of Aggro!

Fooda: As I said before, this could be good for him. Nice Guys ALWAYS finish last, remember.

Jimmy Carnival vs. Tanakashi Shuprio (w/King Kang)
-
The fans boo both men relentlessly, but seem to have a very slight preference for Carnival over Shuprio. Unfortunately for the fans, it is Shupiro who picks up the win, pinning Carnival after a Mandate of Heaven at 14:44

“Surfin’” Scottie Adams & Power & Pain (Chris Calaway & “Mean” Mark Roberts) def. Shadow, Exodus Licairne, & Daniel Mireneuker-
Calaway pinned Shadow after a Frog Splash at 12:45

Robert Randall vs. Hazard-
Randall made Hazard tap to the heel hook at 5:07

Carlos: No we go backstage to Lucy Lee, who is standing by with Jordan Delux. Lucy?

Lucy Lee: Set to square off against Phreak tonight, I'm here with Jordan Delux. Jordan, you've been impressive since showing up in EWA, what are your plans for Phreak who many are saying will be a challenge for you?

Jordan: "Showed Up"!? Let's get one thing strait right now, I ARRIVED. As for my plans for Phreak, my plan is to give the fans what they payed for and leave with my hand in the air.

Lucy Lee: Speaking of hands in the air, Jack Squat pulled off a nice win tonight. Your thoughts?

Jordan: That's an odd choice of words, Lucy. "Nice Win". The match I watched tonight showed Jack Squat upset Mike Bridgewood. A desperation move got him a three c-

Lucy Lee: You mean Mark Woodbridge.

Jordan:... not that it matters. He got lucky. I mean, unless Jack's using the backslide as his finisher these days? C'mon... it's Mike Woodbridge. That's embarassing.

Lucy Lee: MARK Woodbridge.

(Jordan rolls his eyes)

Lucy Lee: Thank you, Jordan. Back to you guys...

Jordan Delux vs. Phreak

Jewel: The following match is set for one fall with a thirty minute time limit. Introducing first, weighing in at two hundred pounds… PHREAK!

Phreak makes his way to the ring to wait for his famous opponent.

Jewel: And his opponent… from Beverly Hills, California, wighing in at two hundred and fifty-nine pounds… “THE TOP DRAW” JORDAN DELUX!

DING! DING! DING!
The two men square off. Delux tries to shoot the leg, but Phreak uses his speed to avoid it. The next five minutes pass in a similar fashion, with Phreak using his speed to avoid Delux’s maneuvers and land some of his own, while Delux tries to use a series of headlocks and other head and neck-based submissions to wear Phreak down. After being thrawted once again by Phreak’s superior speed and winding up on the receiving end of a springboard lucha-style arm drag, Delux rolls to the floor to regain his composure.

TOPE CON HILO BY PHREAK!

DELUX MOVES OUT OF THE WAY!

Phreak manages to land on his feet, but is quickly hit with a few hard forearms by Delux, followed by a suplex on the floor. Delux rolls into the ring, seemingly content to take a count-out victory, but Phreak rolls in at the count of fifteen. Delux now takes control of the match, using a series of submissions to keep Phreak on the ground. Delux eventually goes for a Final Offer, but Phreak rolls out of the way. Delux crashes to the mat! Phreak rolls him over and goes for the pin:

ONE!

TWO!

THRE-NO!
Delux gets a shoulder up.

Phreak not takes control of the match for a about a minute or so, until Delux manages to catch him with a big lariat. Delux picks Phreak up and whips him into the corner, the follows him in for a clothesline, but Phreak moves out of the way. Delux bumps into the turnbuckle, then Phreak spions around and kicks Delux in the back of the head. Tornado DDT by Phreak! He goes for the pin:

ONE!

TWO!

THRE-NO!
Delux kicks out!

Phreak wastes no time, though, and presses his advantage. He gets Delux up on his shoulders for a Phreakish Intents, but Delux manages to hit a DDC!
Delux slumps an arm across Phreak’s chest:

ONE!

TWO!

THR-NO!
Phreak gets his shoulder up!
Both men take some time to recover and the ref goes into a ten count. Both men make it to their feet by the count of eight, and they square off once again. Delux takes a few swings a Phreak, but Phreak ducks them all and kicks Delux in the hamstring a few times, then jumps and hits him with a Jumping Tornado DDT. Phreak once again sets up for Phreakish intents, but Delux manages to wiggle free and lands on his feet behind Phreak. Orton-style backbreaker by Delux! Delux dominates the next few minutes of the match, keeping Phreak grounded and working his back over with submissions. When he thinks he has done enough damage, Delux tells the crowd that it is time to end this. He drags Phreak to the center of the ring, then runs towards the ropes…

FINAL OFFER BY DELUX!

PHREAK ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY!

BUT DELUX LANDS ON HIS FEET…
But he is a bit wobbly. While he tries to fully gain his balance, Phreak quickly scrambles to his feet and hits Delux full in the face with a superkick!

Fooda: It looks like Phreak is just too quick for Delux

Phreak goes for the cover:
ONE!

TWO!

THRE-NO!
Delux kicks out!

Fooda: It looks like Delux is too resilient for Phreak.

Phreak tells the corwd that this match is over and signal for Phreakish Intents!
He brings Delux to his feet and sets him up on his shoulders… but Delux fights out of it. He lands on his feet behind Phreak, and when Phreak turns around, Delux kicks him in the gut. Delux bends Phreak over and hits him with a Pilderiver! Delux runs towards the ropes…

FINAL OFFER!

ONE!

TWO!

THREE!
DING! DING! DING!
Jewel: The winner of the match, at a time of thirteen minutes and two seconds (13:02)… JORDAN DELUX!

Fooda: Delux needed to find a way to slow Phreak down to he could he hit him with that Final Offer, and a Piledriver is as good a way as any.

EWA World Tag Team Title Match: The Atomic Punks(c) (w/Kat Klash) vs. The Faith Breakers (Josh Storm & Unknown) (w/Valerie Knot)
The EWA World Tag Team Title match is an intense, almost hate-filled affair. There is a lot of disrespect show between the two teams. There is also a lot of trash talking, involving both the wrestlers and the managers. The ref is constantly struggling to keep only two men in the ring at any one time. At one of those such times, Valerie Knot jumps up onto the apron to distract Rage. Kat Klash jumps up onto the apron on the opposite side of the ring and starts jawing with Knot. Knot motions for Klash to “bring it” and the two women charge into the ring as well and start fighting. The ref repeatedly tells them to get out of the ring, but they don’t listen, and the ref decides to DQ both teams.

Neither factions seems to care, though, as they both keep fighting. Eventually Ron Ellis calls in security to break up the fight.

EWA World Title Match: Joel Carter(c) vs. Tien Triopiquer

Jewel: The following match-up is the Main Event and is scheduled for one fall with a one hour time limit and it is for the EWA World Championship.

The crowd works themselves up at this announcement; some can be seen getting their streamers ready as the camera pans across the first couple of rows.

Carlos: Let’s remind everyone now what is on the line here in this match.

Fooda: Good idea Carlos, this match is a one on one. In one corner we have the undefeated, unstoppable, monster of a man – seven foot, six inches, five hundred and fifteen pound Tien Triopiquer. As I said he is undefeated here in EWA but tonight he faces his toughest challenge.

Carlos: Yes against our World Champion, Joel Carter who is putting his belt on the line. It's Streak verses Championship Gold

Tien makes his way down the ramp as Carlos and Fooda discuss the stakes in the match to some boos from the fans and a steady flow of coloured streamers. He shrugs them off his shoulder and steps over the top rope to enter the ring.

Carlos: This man looks incredibly focused. Not fazed by the crowd at all.

Tien’s music cuts and Carter’s hits. He makes his way toward the ring to an even louder chorus of boos and a thicker shower of coloured streamers. Some have thrown toilet paper in the mix and one has even thrown their cup of popcorn at him.

Fooda: That right there is a good display of how much the EWA fans hate Joel Carter.

With both men in the ring now, Jewel starts the formal introductions.

Jewel: Introducing first, the challenger standing in the left corner. From El Paso Texas, weighing in at five hundred and fifteen pounds, he is TIEN TRIOPIQUER!

Tien doesn’t move a muscle but continues to stare down Carter.

Jewel: And his opponent, standing in the right corner. From Buffalo New York, weighing in at two hundred and fifty one pounds, he is the current and defending EWA World Heavyweight Champion, “High Impact” JOEL CARTER!

The crowd gears up for the highly anticipated match.

Carlos: I think most of these fans just want to see Joel Carter beat up.

DING! DING! DING!

And the next thing Carter knows that that Tien has charged across the ring and has speared him to the ground. He lays in rights and lefts as Carter tries to cover up.

Fooda: He didn’t even give the man a chance!

Carlos: He heard the bell ring!

Carter manages to kick the massive frame of Tien off of himself but Tien doesn’t let him catch his breath as he gets right back on the assault by pulling Carter to his feat and pushing him into a turnbuckle. He lays in with more rights and lefts and a few knees to the gut as well. The crowd goes nuts seeing Carter punished like this.

Tien stops the onslaught of strikes to take a second to catch his own breath. Carter sees this chance, and hurt as he feels, gets out of the corner and goes for a dropkick to the knee.

Carlos: That’s one way to take a big man off his game. Take out the legs.

Tien drops to one knee as Carter tries to recuperate from the corner attack. He pauses for a moment and kicks out the other leg from under Tien who is now on both knees. Carter goes to punch him in the face but Tien blocks it and punches him in the gut. Carter doubles over having the wind knocked out of him as Tien gets to his feet and hooks Carter up for a body slam. He has him upside down but Carter wriggles out and lands behind Tien. He wraps his arms around Tien, trying to go for a German Suplex but Tien is just too damn heavy.

Fooda: Big mistake there on the part of Carter.

Carter heaves again but cannot get Tien off his feet. He gives up and stumbles away. Tien turns around to face him and kicks him in the gut then an uppercut, which sends Carter stumbling backwards. Tien grabs him and lifts him up on his shoulders, going for an early TKO...

Carter squirms out of it and hooks Tien's arms from behind. Carter tries to pull Tien back over for a backslide, but Tien is too heavy. Carter keeps trying through and seems to be making some progress when Tien jumps up in the air, and his massive over five hundred bound frame comes down, back first, onto Carter's back, squashing him against the mat. Tien rolls off of Carter, then rolls him over and goes for a pin:

ONE!

TW – Carter squirms out and realizing that he can’t beat Tien like this, rolls to the outside of the ring.

He takes this chance to recover and gestures to Tien to follow him. Tien jumps through the ropes to the outside to go after Carter but Carter bolts and runs around the ring. Tien runs after him but Carter is a lot quicker than he is and is already on the other side of the ring. He slips under the rope quick as a flash and runs the side Tien has made it to, and hits him with a Heat Seeking Missile!

Fooda: Joel Carter is going to have to keep being like the Flash if he wants to stay on top of this match.

Carlos: Or resort to his usual method of winning....

Fooda: I’m not sure I know what you’re talking about.

Carter follows up with his own barrage of punches to Tien who has hit his head on the guard rail and has been knocked silly. Meanwhile the referee has started his ring-out count.

{ONE!}

{TWO!}

{THREE!}

Carter gets up off Tien and gets on top of the ring stairs. He waits a few seconds for Tien to get to his feet, albeit all groggy, and jumps off hitting a Double Axe Handle.

{FOUR!}

Tien swings around and lands draped over the guard rail. Carter climbs on the ring apron next and lands a Double Stomp on Tien’s back, sending him into the crowd

{FIVE!}

The two men brawl in the crowd, with Carter having the upper hand, Tien is still disorientated.

{SIX!}

Carlos: I don’t think Tien Triopiquer has ever, EVER being on the defence for this long.

Fooda: Carter is our World Champion for a reason.

{SEVEN!}

The brawl makes its way away from the ring as the crowd really gets into the action.

{EIGHT!}

Tien finally sees a break in Carter’s attack and takes him down with a lariat.

{NINE!}

He slowly makes his way back to the ring with Carter trying to follow. They both manage to flip over the guard rail and continue their brawl.

{TEN!}

Tien is still dazed from the all the offense dished out by Carter.

Carlos: he mustn’t be used to being attacked like this.

Carter rebounds first and Irish whips him into the ring stairs

(ELEVEN!}

Tien lies slouched over the stairs as Carter gets up on the ring apron and delivers a dropkick to Tien’s midsection.

{TWELVE!}

Carter pulls with everything he has got and locks Tien in a DDT and plants his head on the ground. But the move hurt Carter too and he takes a few more moments than normal to get up off the floor.

{THIRTEEN!}

Both men stumble to their feet but Carter remains one step ahead and once again climbs the ring apron but goes further on to the top turnbuckle.

{FOURTEEN!}

He waits for the right moment and leaps off hitting Tien with a Senton Bomb. The crowd goes crazy in appreciation for the effort put in by both wrestlers.

{FIFTEEN!}

Carter gets up out of the mess and rolls into the ring.

Carlos: Don’t tell me he is going for the cheap win here.

Fooda: Hey, a win is a win!

Tien hasn’t moved much as the Referee continues his count.

{SIXTEEN!}

{SEVENTEEN!}

{EIGHTEEN!}

Tien rolls over and forces himself to get to the ring apron!

{NINETEEN!}

And with all his effort, Tien hoists himself onto the apron and rolls under the rope!

Carlos: Now that was close!

Carter looks frustrated and goes right in and locks on a Carter Clutch, but he is too close to the ropes and Tien breaks the hold quickly reaching out with his long limbs. Carter lets the Clutch go but only after exploiting the five count at four. He gets up and walks away from him obviously getting frustrated with not only Tien but also the crowd who won’t get off his back.

Tien takes this opportunity and surprises Carter with a Full Nelson!

Fooda: Out of nowhere!

Carlos: But here comes the equalizer!
Shawn Stevens can be seen making his way down the ramp.

Carlos: It was only a matter of time.

Stevens gets up on the apron and distracts the referee.

LOW BLOW BY CARTER!

SMALL PACKAGE!

Stevens forces the referee to turn around!

ONE!

TWO!

THRE-NO!

Tien kicks out!

Carter quickly gets up to his feet, while Tien remains on his knees, his face a visage of pure rage.

Carlos: I think he just pissed Triopiquer off!

Tien takes Carter down a few times, then press slams him to the outside.

Stevens tries for a springboard dropkick, but gets swatted out of mid-air. Tien picks him up by the throat and sets up for a chokeslam, then changes his mind and lifts Stevens high over his head. He runs towards the ropes… and tosses Stevens high into the air and out of the ring… Stevens comes crashing down through the announce table! {HOLY SH*T! HOLY SH*T! HOLY SH*T!}

Tien then goes for a big splash to Carter on the outside… but Carter avoids it!

Carter rolls back into the ring, and the ref once again stars the ring-out count:

Tien manages to make it in by the count of sixteen, but Carter has now fully recovered and is waiting for him with a series of vicious stomps as he rolls into the ring. Carter then hits a few jumping elbow drops and starts viciously kneeing Tien in the back. Carter summons up all of his strength and manages to drag Tien towards the center of the ring. Carter returns to dropping elbows and knees into Tien's back, then locks in the Carter Crab.

Fooda: Good strategy by Carter here. A good old-fashioned submission can get anyone, any day, not matter how big they are.

Carter has the hold locked in tightly. Tien's face is a mask of pain, but slowly the giant starts to crawl towards the ropes. Carter tries to pull hum back, but his strength is no match for Tien's. Tien uses his long arms and reaches the ropes.

Carter doesn't break the hold until four, and when he does let go, he immediately starts stomping away at Tien. The ref yells at Carter to back up, and he finally does. Carter jaws with the fans a bit, then goes back over to Tien to start stompin-TIEN GRABS HIS LEG! He pulls Cater down to the mat. Tien gets to his knees and rolls, Carter over into an ankle lock. Carter struggles a bit and manages to roll over onto his back. He uses his free leg to kick away at Tien's hands, forcing him to break the hold. Carter then rolls backwards and springs back up to his feet. Before Tien can even get up off of his knees, Carter is on him again. He lands a big punch to the head, then hits the kneeling Tien with an Implant DDT. Carter goes for the cover:

ONE!

CARTER SLIPS HIS FEET ONTO THE TOP ROPE FOR ILLEGAL LEVERAGE! THE REF DOESN'T SEE IT!

TWO!

THRE-NO!
TIEN POWERS OUT OF IT extra leverage and all!

Tien is getting fired up as he gets back up to his knees. Carter charges at him, trying to stop him from reaching his full height, but Tien hits him with a massive clothesline from his knees! Tien now gets to his feet, and when Carter makes it up as well, Tien clotheslines him down. Another big clothesline from Tien. Now he picks Carter up in a vertical suplex, and holds him up in the air for almost a full minute before dropping him down to the mat!

Tien is really fired up now. He plays to the crowd a bit, then drags Carter to the center of the ring. Tien goes to the bottom right corner of the ring and climbs to the top rope.

Carter lunges into the ropes, knocking Tien off balance and crotching him on the top turnbuckle. Carter goes to the top right corner of the ring and starts running towards Tien. Right before he gets to him, Carter springs off the rop with one foot, propelling himself up and driving his shoulder hard into TIen's chest. Tien doubles over... but does not fall.

Carlos: I think that was almost a springboarding version of the Gore their by Carter, using the middle rope for leverage. Very innovative.

Carter climbs the turnbuckle and butterflies Tien's arms.

Fooda: Carter is a genius. He is going for the Trigger Effect up on the top rope where gravity will be on his side. All he has to do is get Tien's up of the turnbuckle and forwards just a little bit, then he'll have this match won.

Carlos: Don't count your chickens before they hatch, Fooda. Tien is fighting back.

Sure enough, Tien is struggling and manages to get one of his arms free. He hits Carter in the stomach with several hard forearms, Carter doubles over in pain and Tien lifts him up onto his shoulders, then adjusts Carter so that he is set up for the TienTizer...

KNEE TO THE HEAD BY CARTER! AND ANOTHER!

Fooda: Carter fights out of it!

Carter manages to free himself from TIen's grasp and drops to the mat. He gets up and hits Tien with a huge Iconoclasm!

Carter climbs up the turnbuckle himself... FROG SPLASH!

ONE!!!!!

TWO!!!!!!

THRE - NOOOOO! KICK OUT!

Carter starts arguing with the ref about the count, but then realizes that he can't waste time when Tien is off his feet. He needs to capitalize on it quickly.

He rolls Tien over and locks in the Carter Clutch.

Carlos: That's the move he beat Unknown with!

Fooda: Great strategy by Carter. It doesn't matter how big you are... if you cna't get blood to your brain, you are going to go down.

After about thirty seconds of the hold being locked in, the ref comes over to check on Tien. He lifts his arm up once...

It drops.

He lifts his hand up a second time...

It drops again.

He lifts his hand up a third time...

It drops

THEN SHOOTS RIGHT BACK UP!

The fans cheer, and Tien feeds off of their energy. He fights up to his hands and knees, with Carter still on his back, locking the hold in. In takes him some time, but Tien even manages to get to his feet, but Carter still has the hold locked in.

Drawing on his deepest reserves of energy, the 500 pounder charges towards a turnbuckle, trying to squash Carter flat.

Carter still holds on.

Tien then charges across the ring to another turnbuckle and squashes Carter again...

CARTER STILL HOLDS ON!

Tien once again charges across the ring and squashes Carter in the corner.

Carter drops down.

Tien recovers a bit, then drags Carter to the center of the ring. He climbs to the top rope. DIVING SPLASH BY TIEN!

CARTER ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY!
TIEN CRASHES FACE FIRST INTO THE CANVAS!

Both men are down, and the ref begins to count:
{ONE!}

{TWO!}

{THREE!}

{FOUR!}

{FIVE!}

{SIX!}
Carter is up to a knee by now.

{SEVEN!}
Carter is on his feet. Tien has made it up to his knees.
Carter sizes Tien up, and when Tien gets to his feet, Carter charges.

GORE!

Tien stumbles backwards, but doesn't even leave his feet!

Carlos: WOW! That didn't even take Tien off of his feet!

Carter charges again and hits a second GORE!

TIen doubles over... but is still on his feet!

Carter charges a third time...

GORE!

Finally TIen is taken off his feet! Carter goes for the cover:

ONE!

TWO!

THREE!
DING! DING! DING!

Jewel: At a time of twenty minutes and fifty-three seconds (20:53)... your winner, and STILL EWA WORLD CHAMPION... "HIGH IMPACT" JOEL CARTER!

Carlos: Carter retains the title. It's been a great night tonight. We'll see you next time everyone.

Man was this shit great fun! Exodus was really cool. A "dark mistress" type of female manager/valet/groupie , hangin' around ringside would of been cool ,reading back that's something that's came to me.

Reaper was already setting up to go in that direction. There needed to be some separation between the various types of "dark" characters. Reaper was going in the more cultish/quasi-mystical direction. Exodus came across to me as having more of this kind of... slightly Machiavellian selfish brand of Nihilism. He was more dark in that he was usually keeping either his reasons or his goals close to his vest, and because he seemed to be this angry, anti-social guy, not in the Undertaker dark followers and mysticism type of way.

Yeah...I truthfully borrowed a lot of... SURPRISE ALERT, old school "Drifter/loner" Edge. Mannerisms... Coming through the crowd ..lots of black and that complete antisocialism to the point of uncaring.
