List all of the wrestlers in CHIKARA to have unmasked or been unmasked... but not because of the result of a match (i.e. anyone who had their mask forcibly removed illegally, or whom took of a mask voluntarily)

That's two. On my own, I came up with three who did it on their own (and I'm not counting Ares or the 2nd Vokoder) and two were unmasked by force.

He did... but the actual unmasking was in ROH, not CHIKARA. He came back to CHIKARA without a mask on but never actually unmasked in CHIKARA.
