Last week, Triple H came out at the end of the show and told Vince that the board of directors are now taking away Vince's power. There's a rumor floating around that CM Punk will be on hand tonight but it'll probably be just that, a rumor. John Cena also was not fired last week.

It's presumed that The Miz will face Rey Mysterio in the WWE Championship Tournament final tonight. The match was postponed last week.

Results:

Rey Mysterio defeated The Miz to win the WWE Championship.

Dolph Ziggler w/Vickie Guerrero defeated Evan Bourne.

Kelly Kelly & Eve defeated Maryse & Melina.

Zack Ryder defeated Michael Cole.

Alberto Del Rio defeated Kofi Kingston.

John Cena defeated Rey Mysterio to win the WWE Championship.

the Triple H Era begins tonight

there were also rumors that they would do a farewell ceremony to Vince tonight. not sure about that

Well guys, the only thing that I can say is this:

I HOPE that this means The End of the Anonymous GM Nonsense

I wonder if that GM WAS Triple H

Miz vs Mysterio will be the first match tonight. If Punk does show up, not saying he will, but if he does it'll probably be to disrupt the match or somewhere in the aftermath. I expect Miz to become the champion.
