Personally, I don't think it should for the following reason:
They're already "making history" by sticking them in HIAC, so why waste another "historic first" in the first women's PPV main event on a night where you've already got a historic women's first happening? If you want to make history by having the women main event the PPV, just do that a different month.

no, simply because the feud sucks, it's not worthy of a Hell in a Cell, much less of main eventing a PPV. Not to say that there is anything in RAW worth main eventing a PPV, but surely this is not it either. I don't have a problem with the chicks main eventing, but this feud and story just doesn't feel worth it like Bayley vs Sasha did in NXT where it was definitely overshadowing the Balor/Owens feud. At this point, Alexa vs Becky feels more worthy at this point
