Rollins vs Lethal, The better booked champion?

Post by cero2k » Sep 20th, '15, 21:18

NOC and ASE are in the can. Both WWE and ROH ran pretty much the same story within days from each other, who do you think better booked their story?

Lethal defended the TV title in the opening match against Bobby Fish, winning by pinfall and pulling the tights. Later on in the main event, Lethal retained the world title against Kyle O'Reilly via pinfall after Adam Cole turned on O'Reilly and superkicked him.

Rollins failed to retain the US title against Cena, who won clean. Then Rollins defended the world title against Sting via pinfall with a roll up. Rollins had his matches back to back.

who do you think did best booking this angle?

Over the whole run as double champ? Easily Lethal. Last weekend?
I think the booking of Lethal himself was better, but in terms of overall disappointment, I think that what ROH did was more disappointing.

The whole idea of the heel champ defending twice was just bad all around.

Lethal is being booked stronger simply BC he Kayfabe wants to defend both titles. Rollins was forced into multiple matches. Lethal comes off as the stronger champion
