Apparently it's one of those "history" matches that plays into their past matches. I can totally respect the ***** rating for that, but I'm not going to go back and watch years' worth of Tanahashi vs. Nakamura matches to see if it really deserves the rating.

Upon re-watching the match, I have given Nigel McGuinness vs. Tyler Black from ROH Take No Prisoners the full 10/10. This gives Nigel McGuinness three 10/10s in just five weeks- the only person so far to have accomplished that feat (and against three different opponents to boot).

Will Ospreay vs. Marty Scurll from Rev Pro's High Stakes 2016 is my new Match of the Year. As in better than Okada vs. Tanahashi. Better than ANY match Okada and Tanahashi have ever had. Like... a possible Match of the Decade.

Meltzer just put over the O'Reilly vs. KUSHIDA match as it airs on AXS (JR and Josh Barnett calling it) as "getting better every time" he watches it. The first time he saw it Dave gave it ****3/4, and few of us had it in that same area. Might be worth a re-watch.

i had it in my top 5 last year, maybe the JR/Barnett can really make a difference
