Lana Signs New Multi-Year WWE Contract

Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned “The Ravishing Russian” Lana signed a new WWE contract.

Sources tell us the WWE star recently came to terms with the company on a new 5-year agreement that both sides are happy with and this week she officially put pen to paper.

Rusev, however, has not yet signed a new deal. We’re told “The Bulgarian Brute” is still in the midst of ongoing discussions relating to a new contract.

Lana reacted to the signing after we published this article, tweeting, “I just signed a multi-million dollar deal with [WWE]!!!!!!!!!! Congrats!”

According to sources, Lana’s new deal allows her to take time off for outside projects, like the movie she and Rusev produced/acted in called “Another Version Of You” – which is available now on iTunes and VOD platforms.

The 34-year-old wrestler/manager recently returned to television following a brief hiatus, only this time with Bobby Lashley instead of her husband Rusev. This has led to a polarizing storyline involving all three which most recently ended with Rusev being taken away from Raw in handcuffs.

kinda smart to get Lana first and use that to convince Rusev to stay. It's easier to convince lana anyway

She's so horrible in her current role...everything from her previous heel Russian gimmick is gone and somehow she's so bland and dry, with literally no charisma. It just comes off as horrible acting and ridiculous shouting. Plus, are we gonna address the complete and total loss of accent as well?

Maybe it's because she genuinely doesn't like this whole storyline possibly...
When they come, they'll come at what you love.

It's god awful storyline that no-one is buying because we all know that Lana and Rusev are still together. It's definitely a skippable angle that's not actually getting anyone over.
Have A Nice Day!

Yeah it's fuckin horrible and they should just let each other wrestler be themselves with more natural material.
