Same match over and over? Come on. She worked entirely different matches against Mickie than against Jax than against Charlotte than against Asuka than against Sasha.Bob-O wrote: ↑Aug 10th, '18, 21:59 Considering the ladies on the roster, the theory behind the women's revolution... Evolution (taking place on October 28, 2018, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum), it's absurd that there's a debate going on over if either CHAMPION is shittier than Alicia Fox... but here we are.
Carmella is terrible all around. Promos are out because her voice is worse than Baszler's. She could ruin the Hard Times promo. Universally agreed she's bad in the ring. She's also a Butter Face. Needs the belt to justify her job amongst her company. She's a "diva", and a bad one.
Bliss is universally attractive. Decent promo. Knows enough moves to wrestle the same match over and over without screwing it up. She's a "diva"... but more like a Trish Stratus-type, a keeper, but should not be champion. Needs the belt to justify her job amongst her company.
Alicia Fox is universally attractive. Could deliver the Hard Times promo, but nobody'd care. Knows less moves than Carmella and botches a lot. She's a diva amongst other divas.
My opinion, but with EVERYONE they've got... c'mon... there is NO EXCUSE that Carmella and Alicia still have jobs, and Bliss belongs in Carmella's spot (cheating to keep up with the real wrestlers).
I type-o'd . Meant to say 'knows more moves than Carmella and botches a lot'. I'm nonetheless surprised somebody found 24 different moves to make a compilation about Alicia Fox (albeit 8 of them were simple kicks, 4 were variations of the same suplex, and they had to reach back to Matt Striker days and FCW to get some of those), but no need to argue Alicia being better in the ring than Carmella. Carmella makes Alicia Fox look like Johnny Gargano.
Right, but how about different matches from the SAME opponent? I don't expect much from Jax, and Asuke matches are by design mostly trying not to die, but I've got a funny feeling that Alexa rematches with any of them are going to look very familiar. It's not a big deal, we've watched two of the best wrestlers in the world punch each other in the nuts for the last six months. But, say for example, Sasha and Bayley can give you a different match every time and make you care about each one.Big Red Machine wrote: ↑Aug 11th, '18, 20:42 Same match over and over? Come on. She's just the wrong choice for the part. She wasn't over at all when she won mitb. Winning the title didn't get her over. Retaining the title hasn't gotten her over. And, it's because she's bad. At everything. She has no place there.Big Red Machine wrote: ↑Aug 12th, '18, 09:55 A Carmella-esque champion can work every once in a while. The problem is that WWE only really had one trick for her: Ellsworth. She needs to have about eight different tricks in order for it to work, with each babyface overcoming the one that felled the previous babyface, only to get screwed in a new way.
No, but I think Alexa could have a HOF worthy career in front of her all the same.
