Jeff Hardy's driving while impaired charge from March is close to being resolved.

WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina reported that Hardy pleaded guilty in court on Monday. He received a 120-day suspended sentence, was fined $300, and will need to complete 48 hours of community service within the 120 days. The report noted that Hardy also has to complete an assessment and treatment class in addition to turning over his license.

Hardy was arrested for DWI in Concord, North Carolina on March 10th after being involved in a single-car accident. The accident report stated that he "ran off the roadway to the right, in turn striking about 105 feet of guardrail before the back end of the car spun out 90 degrees to the left, coming to rest in the middle of the right N bound lane of travel." He submitted to a breathalyzer and blew a 0.25, which is more than three times the legal limit.

Hardy, who is WWE's current United States Champion, will face Shinsuke Nakamura in a non-title match on SmackDown tonight.
